Description
The present invention relates to ratio differential relays.
Conventionally, a ratio differential relay has been known as a device for protecting a transformer or the like (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
The ratio differential relay, for example, compares the current values of the primary side and secondary side of the transformer to determine whether or not an accident has occurred in the transformer, and when it is determined that an accident has occurred, Protect the transformer by opening the breaker installed on the primary or secondary side of the transformer.
The ratio differential relay determines that an accident has occurred in the transformer, for example, when the difference between the current values on the primary side and the secondary side satisfies a predetermined condition.
Since the ratio differential relay has a high ability to detect whether or not an accident has occurred, it is used not only for transformers but also for protection of generators, busbars and transmission lines.
For example, when multiple feeders on the primary side of a transmission line are integrated and one feeder on the secondary side, the ratio differential relay that protects the transmission line is the sum of the current values of the multiple feeders on the primary side, It is necessary to compare with the current value of one feeder on the secondary side.
As described above, the number of feeders to be compared may differ between the primary side and the secondary side depending on the integration of the feeders. Even in such a case, there has been a demand for a ratio differential relay that can detect the occurrence of an accident in a transmission line or the like without making an erroneous determination.
Therefore, an object of the present invention made in view of the above problems is to make a mistake in detecting the presence or absence of an accident even if the number of feeders to be compared is different between the primary side and the secondary side. It is to provide a ratio differential relay that can reduce the determination.

According to the ratio differential relay according to the embodiment of the present invention, even if the number of feeders to be compared is different between the primary side and the secondary side, erroneous determination in detection of the occurrence of an accident is reduced. can do.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a schematic configuration of a power protection system including a ratio
The primary side bus and the secondary side bus shown in FIG. 1 are connected by a power transmission line. The ratio
As shown in FIG. 1, n feeders 80-1 to 80-n are connected to the primary-side bus, and one
Here, the
As shown in FIG. 1, the n feeders 80-1 to 80-n are integrated and connected to the one

第1変流器40は、例えばCT(Current Transformer)である。

FIG. 2 is a block diagram of the ratio
The ratio
The first current detector 11 acquires a plurality of primary-side current values from the first current transformers 40-1 to 40-n. The first current detector 11 supplies the acquired plurality of primary-side current values to the current adding
The second
The current adding

The ratio
The ratio
[Example 1: Accident detection]
The operation of the ratio
In FIG. 3, it is assumed that a three-phase short circuit accident has occurred at the midpoint of the transmission line. Moreover, all the 1st circuit breakers 20-1 to 20-2 shall be in a closed state .
Further, in the example shown in FIG. 3, various parameters are assumed to be as follows.
Reference capacity: 10 [MVA]
Primary side bus% Z: 1.85
Transmission line% Z: 0.3
Rated line voltage between primary and secondary buses: 22 [kV]
CT ratio of the first current transformer and the second current transformer: 1000/5
In this case, the total% Zt (% impedance) from the primary bus to the accident point is
%Zt=%Z of the primary side busbar: 1.85+%Z to the fault point of the transmission line: 0.3/2
= 2.0
Becomes Here, since the accident point is an intermediate point of the transmission line, %Z up to the accident point of the transmission line is set to 1/2 of% Z of the transmission line.
Is=基準容量/(√3×定格線間電圧)×(100/%Zt)
=(10M/(√3×22k)×(100/2)
=13.12[kA]
となる。
In this case, the fault current Is is
Is=reference capacity/(√3×rated line voltage)×(100/%Zt)
=(10M/(√3×22k)×(100/2)
= 13.12 [kA]
Becomes
13.12[kA]/2=6.56[kA]
6.56[kA]/200=32.8[A]
である。
At this time, the fault current flowing through the first current transformers 40-1 and 40-2 is
13.12 [kA]/2=6.56 [kA]
Is. Since the CT ratio of the first
6.56 [kA]/200=32.8 [A]
Is.
32.8[A]+32.8[A]=65.6[A]
At this time, in the ratio
32.8 [A]+32.8 [A]=65.6 [A]
To calculate.
Moreover, since an electric current does not flow through the second
When the difference between 65.6 [A] which is the added value of the primary side current value and 0 [A] which is the secondary side current value satisfies a predetermined condition, the ratio
[Example 2: When there is the first circuit breaker in the open state ]
The operation of the ratio
In FIG. 4, the first circuit breaker 20-1 is in the closed state , but the first circuit breaker 20-2 is in the open state . Moreover, in the example shown in FIG. 4, it is assumed that the CT ratio of the first
Further, it is assumed that 400 [A] is flowing in the power transmission line as the power transmission current. In the example shown in FIG. 4, since the first circuit breaker 20-2 is in the open state , the transmission current does not flow in the first current transformer 40-2 but only in the first current transformer 40-1. .. Then, this current also flows through the second
400[A]/200=2[A]
である。
Since the CT ratio of the first current transformer 40-1 and the second
400[A]/200=2[A]
Is.
1000[A]/200=5[A]
である。
Further, in the example shown in FIG. 4, it is assumed that it is detected that 1000 [A] is being applied to the first current transformer 40-2 by a simulated current as a test. Since the CT ratio of the first current transformer 40-2 is 1000/5, the current supplied from the first current transformer 40-2 to the ratio
1000 [A]/200=5 [A]
Is.
Since the first circuit breaker 20-2 is in the open state , the
In the ratio
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the first current transformer 40-2 installed in the feeder 80-2 in which the first circuit breaker 20-2 in the open state is installed is simulated for the test. Even if a current is passed, the current value detected as being acquired from the first current transformer 40-2 is not added, so it is possible to prevent erroneous determination that an accident has occurred in the power transmission line.
[Comparative example]
A comparative example of this embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
In the configuration of the comparative example of the present embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the current adding
The ratio
Comparing the comparative example shown in FIG. 5 with the present embodiment, in the comparative example, for example, the
On the other hand, in the ratio
Further, in the configuration of the comparative example shown in FIG. 5, the current adding
