Claims (10)
- 電気的接続部の壁(9)との接続のためのインサートであって、
第1の長手軸(I)に沿って延びるヘッド(3)と、少なくとも1つの接続手段(5)を備えるシャフト(4)と、を備える導電性のボルト(1)と、
第2の長手軸(II)に沿って延び、前記ボルト(1)を受容するための貫通開口(7)を備える導電性のリング(2)と、を備え、
前記ボルト(1)及び/又は前記リング(2)は前記電気的接続部と接続されているか又は接続可能であり、
前記リング(2)は、前記リング(2)の棚部(8)が前記壁(9)の一方の面に隣接するよう前記壁(9)の貫通開口の中へ挿入されるように構成されており、
前記リング(2)は、前記ヘッド(3)の前記リング(2)に対する前記第2の長手軸(II)に沿った移動によって、前記リング(2)の張り出し部(10)の形成を通じて変形可能であり、
前記ヘッド(3)は、少なくともある領域において、第1の半径(R1)で湾曲すると共に前記第1の長手軸(I)から隔たった第1の線(L1)を、前記第1の長手軸(I)の周りに回転させることによって生成される外側輪郭を備え、
前記貫通開口(7)は、少なくともある領域において、第2の半径(R2)で湾曲すると共に前記第2の長手軸(II)から隔たった第2の線(L2)を、前記第2の長手軸(II)の周りに回転させることによって生成される内側輪郭を備えることを特徴とするインサート。 - 前記第1の半径(R1)は前記第2の半径(R2)とは異なっており、特に前記第1の半径(R1)は前記第2の半径(R2)より小さい、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインサート。
- 前記第1の線(L1)の前記第1の長手軸(I)からの距離は、前記ヘッド(3)のシャフト側の端部から前記ヘッド(3)の対向する端部に向かって増大している、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のインサート。
- 前記少なくとも1つの接続手段は、内ネジ又は外ネジ(5)である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のインサート。
- 前記ヘッド(3)の前記外側輪郭は、部分的に刻み目(6)を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のインサート。
- 前記シャフト(4)は、第3の長手軸(III)に沿って延びており、前記第3の長手軸(III)は、前記第1の長手軸(I)に対して平行であり且つオフセットしている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のインサート。
- 前記棚部(8)は、前記リング(2)の残りの部分と比較して大きな外径を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のインサート。
- 前記第2の線(L2)の前記第2の長手軸(II)からの距離は、前記リング(2)の一端部から、前記張り出し部(10)を備える前記リング(2)の対向する端部に向かって増大している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のインサート。
- 前記ヘッド(3)は、その外径が前記リング(2)の1つの領域の前記内径より大きい1つの領域を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のインサート。
- 電気的接続部の壁(9)との接続の確立のための方法であって、以下のステップを備える:
・請求項7、又は、請求項7を引用する請求項8若しくは9に記載のインサートを準備するステップ
・前記リング(2)を前記壁(9)の貫通開口の中へ挿入し、その結果、前記リング(2)の前記棚部(8)が前記壁(9)の一方の面に隣接するステップ
前記シャフト(4)を、前記リング(2)の中へ、前記棚部(8)と対向する側から挿入するステップ
・前記ヘッド(3)の前記リング(2)に対する前記第2の長手軸(II)に沿った移動によって、前記壁(9)の前記棚部(8)と対向する側における前記リング(2)の張り出し部(10)の形成を通じて、前記リング(2)を変形させるステップ。
