− 4mm、8mmもしくは特に20mm以下の最長断面対角線。
− エジェクタデバイスのプランジャに隣接する材料の領域は照射されず、その結果として硬化されない、
− エジェクタデバイスのプランジャに隣接する材料の領域は、より低い放射強度で照射され、その結果として、より低い程度まで硬化される、または
− エジェクタデバイスのプランジャに隣接する材料の領域は、選択的な照射幾何形状で照射され、たとえば、ハチの巣状、ドットパターンなどのような照射幾何形状で照射され、その結果として、所定の領域内でのみ硬化される。
硬化可能流体で充填された容器40が、結合ロッド50に取り付けられている基板60、および、上記基板を軸方向において誘導する容器カバー42とともに予め取り付けられる。容器および基板および結合ロッドを含むこの予め取り付けられたアセンブリがその後、容器支持板14の上に配置され、容器支持板14がその後、図面に示す造形位置へと押し込まれ、結合手段13a、bによって上記位置においてロックされる。
Claims (16)
- 光造形装置であって、
照射によって硬化可能な流体材料を受け入れるための容器と、
基板と、
前記容器と前記基板との間に相対運動を生成するためのアクチュエータ手段と、
前記容器内に配置されている前記材料を選択的に照射するための照射デバイスであって、
照射源、および
イメージングマスクを備える、照射デバイスと、
前記照射デバイスを制御するためのコントローラと
を備える光造形装置において、
前記アクチュエータ手段および前記照射デバイスがフレームアセンブリに取り付けられており、前記容器および前記基板が組み合わされてアセンブリを形成しており、前記容器および前記基板から構成されている前記アセンブリがともに、前記フレームアセンブリ内へと挿入され、取り付け手段によって、前記フレームアセンブリからともに取り外されるために、内部に分離可能に固定されていることを特徴とする、光造形装置。 - 前記容器は、前記照射デバイスからの放射線に対して不透過性を有する側壁を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光造形装置。
- 前記容器に分離可能に接続されて前記容器を閉じるカバーを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の光造形装置。

前記フレームアセンブリは、前記容器または前記さらなる容器を、規定の位置において選択的に固定するための固定ユニットを有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の光造形装置。 - 前記容器は、前記照射デバイスからの放射線に対して透過性を有する底板を有し、前記照射デバイスは、下方から前記容器内へと前記放射線を導入するように適合されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の光造形装置。
- 前記容器の前記内部に面する前記底板の側面において、
固着防止コーティングが施されており、または
前記底板に対してその周縁領域において流体密にシールされている固着防止フィルムが配置されており、前記底板と前記固着防止フィルムとの間の非常に小さいボリュームを封止していることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の光造形装置。 - 前記底板は、前記容器の側壁に分離可能かつシール可能に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の光造形装置。
- 前記コントローラは、
前記基板を、層の照射前に、造形されるべき最新の層と固着防止フィルムとの間の所定の層間隔を有する空洞をもたらす位置へと動かすステップと、
その後、特定の領域において前記空洞内に配置される流体を選択的に照射し、したがって、選択的に硬化させるステップと、
前記空洞内に配置されている前記流体の照射後に、前記選択的に硬化した領域を前記固着防止フィルムから分離するのに十分である分離経路だけ、前記基板を動かすステップと
を実施するように適合されており、
前記コントローラはまた、以前に硬化した層の前記選択的に硬化した領域のサイズから、特に、前記層内の照射されているピクセル数から前記分離経路を決定するようにも適合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の光造形装置。 - プランジャを有するエジェクタデバイスを特徴とし、前記プランジャは、前記プランジャが前記基板を越えて突出しない造形位置から、前記プランジャが前記基板を越えて突出する排出位置へと動かすことができる、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の光造形装置。
- 光造型法によって三次元成形体を造形する方法であって、
照射によって硬化可能な流体材料が内部に配置されている容器を、フレームアセンブリに固定するステップと、
以下のサブステップを含む一連のサブステップを複数回反復することによって、一層ごとに前記三次元成形体を造形するステップであって、前記サブステップは、
前記フレームアセンブリに取り付けられているアクチュエータ手段によって、前記フレームアセンブリに分離可能に取り付けられている基板を、前記容器に対して所定の層厚分だけ動かすサブステップと、
相対運動から生じる空洞を前記流体材料で充填するサブステップと、
前記フレームアセンブリに取り付けられている照射デバイスによって、硬化されるべき領域において前記材料を選択的に照射することによって、前記空洞内に配置されている前記材料を選択的に硬化させるサブステップと
を含む、一層ごとに前記三次元成形体を造形するステップと
を含む方法において、
前記容器および前記基板はともに、1つのアセンブリとして前記フレームアセンブリ内へと挿入されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記選択的な照射が、前記照射デバイスからの放射線に対して透過性を有する底板を通じたものであることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記基板に接続されている結合ロッドがカバーを通じて延伸すること、および、前記カバー内で、前記容器に対する前記基板の動きが、前記結合ロッドの長手方向における軸方向運動として実施されることを特徴とする、請求項13または14に記載の方法。
- 前記基板が回転可能に取り付けられていること、および、前記基板の前記回転可能な取り付けは、回転に対して解放可能に固定することができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の光造形装置。
