Description

The present invention relates to a joining structure for joining a mounting member to a body-side member, a joining method, and a joining fitting.

Due to some revisions of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order in recent years, it has been obliged to take fall prevention measures in accordance with the technical standards when the ceiling falls under a specific ceiling that may cause serious damage due to falling. Then, in the "Guideline for Preventing Falling Accidents of Non-Structural Materials such as Ceilings" (Non-Patent Document 1) published by the Architectural Institute of Japan, the ceiling is integrated with the building and changed to a rigid ceiling as one of the measures to prevent falling. "Semi-structured" is recommended.

For semi-structuring of the ceiling, it is necessary to use a metal fitting to firmly join the mounting member to the skeleton side member that constitutes the skeleton so that the mounting member to which the ceiling material is attached moves in the same way as the skeleton. See, for example, Patent Document 1.). That is, Patent Document 1 describes a joining technique using a connecting member for fixing a field edge receiver (corresponding to a frame side member) and a field edge (corresponding to a mounting member) with a screw as such a joint fitting. ing.

Specifically, the connecting member described in Patent Document 1 includes a field edge fixing portion that is covered with the field edge so as to straddle the field edge in the extending direction of the field edge receiver and is fixed to the side plate portion with a screw, and below. To the lower plate portion of the field rim receiver, and a field rim receiver fixing portion fixed with a screw. Then, using a clip different from the connecting member, hold the field edge in a predetermined joining posture with respect to the field edge receiving member, and fix the field edge fixing portion and the field edge receiving fixing portion of the connection member. By fixing with a screw to the field edge, the field edge is firmly joined to the field edge receiver.

非構造材の安全性評価及び落下事故防止に関する特別調査委員会、“天井等の非構造材の落下事故防止ガイドライン”、[online]、2013年3月4日版、日本建築学会、[2016年5月10日検索]、インターネット〈URL:http://www.aij.or.jp/scripts/request/document/20130304.pdf〉Special Investigation Committee on Safety Assessment of Non-Structural Materials and Prevention of Fall Accidents, "Guideline for Preventing Fall Accidents of Non-Structural Materials such as Ceilings", [online], March 4, 2013, Architectural Institute of Japan, [2016 May 10 search], Internet <URL: http://www.aij.or.jp/scripts/request/document/20130304.pdf>

However, like the connecting member described in Patent Document 1, in order to firmly join the mounting member to the body-side member to obtain earthquake resistance and wind pressure resistance, the connecting member is used as both the body-side member and the mounting member. When fixing with a screw to the mounting member, it is necessary to use another metal fitting such as a clip to hold the mounting member in a jointed posture with respect to the body-side member before fixing the screw of the connecting member. Therefore, there is a concern that the work will be complicated and the cost will be increased by separately mounting the two kinds of metal fittings.

Furthermore, it is necessary to properly fix the position and orientation of the mounting member with respect to the body side member, and then fix the screw with the connecting member, but the position of the mounting member that is once locked and held by the clip with respect to the body side member It is difficult to adjust the posture and the posture, and complicated work such as once releasing the locking and holding and starting again is required.

In view of this situation, the main problem of the present invention is to firmly join the mounting member to the body side member to obtain earthquake resistance and wind pressure resistance, and to adjust and join the work while adopting a reasonable and inexpensive structure. The point is to provide a joining technique that can be simplified.

A first characteristic configuration of the present invention is a joining structure for joining a mounting member to a body-side member,
A support member having a skeleton side engaging portion that engages with the skeleton side member;
A fixing member fixed to the mounting member,
With respect to the support member in which the skeleton side engaging portion is engaged with the skeleton side member, the fixing member, a temporary joining portion that can be temporarily joined in a position or posture adjustable state,
In the state where the position or the posture of the fixing member is maintained, the fixing member is provided with a main joining portion capable of making a main joining to at least the body-side member.

According to this configuration, with respect to the supporting member engaged with the body-side member, the fixing member fixed to the mounting member is temporarily joined by the temporary joining portion, and thus the mounting member is attached to the body-side member. It is possible to temporarily hold the position or posture in an adjustable state. Then, after adjusting the position or posture of the mounting member with respect to the body-side member to an appropriate one, and by permanently joining the fixing member to at least the body-side member by the main joining portion, the attachment member performs the same movement as the body. As described above, it can be firmly joined to the body-side member at an appropriate position or posture.
Therefore, when the mounting member is strongly joined to the body side member to obtain the earthquake resistance and the wind pressure resistance, the adjustment and joining work can be simplified while adopting a rational and inexpensive structure.

A second characteristic configuration of the present invention is that the temporary joining portion includes a bolt joining portion that joins the fixing member to the supporting member with a bolt while maintaining the position or the posture.

According to this configuration, by providing the bolt joint portion as the temporary joint portion, in a state where the fixing member is temporarily joined to the support member, the bolt member is rotated around the bolt axis or moved along the joint surface. Thus, the position or posture can be easily adjusted. Further, by firmly joining the bolt joints, the joining of the main joints can be assisted.

A third characteristic configuration of the present invention is that the main joining portion includes a first screw fixing portion that fixes the fixing member to the supporting member and the body-side member with a screw.

According to this configuration, by providing the first screw fixing portion as the main joining portion, the fixing member can be firmly fixed to the body-side member, and in addition, the fixed fixing member and the body The support member can be firmly fixed to the side member.

A fourth characteristic configuration of the present invention is that the first screw fixing portion is arranged at a plurality of positions within an adjustment range of the position or the posture of the fixing member with respect to the support member in the temporary joining portion.

According to this configuration, by disposing the first screw fixing portion at a plurality of locations, even when the position or the posture of the fixing member with respect to the support member is significantly adjusted at the temporary joining portion, any one of the first screw fixing portions is fixed. The main joining can be reliably performed using the portion.

In a fifth characteristic configuration of the present invention, the skeleton side member is C-shaped steel,
The support member has a central plate portion bridged between the one side lip portion and the other side lip portion of the body side member,
The first screw fixing portion fixes the fixing member to the one side piece of the central plate portion and the one side lip portion of the skeleton side member with screws.
A second screw fixing portion is provided for fixing the other side piece which is the other end portion of the central plate portion of the support member to the other side lip portion of the body side member with a screw.

According to this configuration, when the skeleton side member is C-shaped steel, in addition to the first screw fixing portion that fixes the fixing member and the one side piece of the supporting member to the one side lip portion of the skeleton side member with screws, A second screw fixing portion for fixing the supporting member to the other side lip portion of the body side member with a screw can be provided. That is, by fixing the supporting member to both the one-side lip portion and the other-side lip portion of the body-side member, as compared with the case where the supporting member is fixed to only one lip portion, one lip portion from the supporting member It is possible to reduce the load and rotational moment applied to the lip and suppress the deformation of the lip portion. As a result, the support member and the fixing member can be more firmly fixed to the body-side member.

A sixth characteristic configuration of the present invention is that it is provided with a vibration isolator that suppresses transmission of vibration to the mounting member.

According to this configuration, it is possible to absorb the vibration by the vibration isolator and suppress the transmission of the vibration to the mounting member. With this, it is possible to add vibration proofness while obtaining earthquake resistance and wind pressure resistance by firmly joining the mounting member to the body side member.

A support member having a skeleton side engaging portion that engages with the skeleton side member;
Using a fixing member fixed to the mounting member,
An engaging step of engaging the skeleton side engaging portion of the support member with the skeleton side member;
A temporary joining step of temporarily joining the fixing member to the support member in a state in which the position or the posture is adjustable,
After the engaging step and the temporary joining step, an adjusting step of adjusting the position or the posture of the attachment member fixed to the fixing member,
After the adjusting step, a main joining step of permanently joining the fixing member to at least the skeleton-side member while maintaining the position or posture of the fixing member is provided.

According to this configuration, the joining structure of the first characteristic configuration can be realized by the joining method using the supporting member and the fixing member, and the same operational effect as the first characteristic configuration can be achieved.

[First Embodiment]
The joining metal fitting 10 of the first embodiment, the joining structure, and the joining method using the joining fitting will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 10.
As shown in FIG. 1, in the present embodiment, the joining metal fitting 10 and the joining structure realized thereby join a field edge 2 (an example of an attachment member) for attaching a ceiling material 50 to a skeleton side member 1. It is configured to do.

Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 as well, the frame side member 1 functions as a field rim receiver for receiving the field rim 2, and is a semi-structure that is designed and constructed as a quasi-structure from the design stage. Structural materials can be utilized. Specifically, the skeleton-side member 1 is made of C-shaped steel (lip channel steel) having lip portions 1Aa and 1Ab. The body-side member 1 is laid along the horizontal direction with the open portion formed between the lip portions 1Aa and 1Ab being in the sideways direction, and a plurality of them are arranged in parallel at a predetermined pitch.

The field edge 2 also functions as a mounting member for mounting the ceiling material 50 with screws (not shown) or the like with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. Specifically, the field edge 2 is made of C-shaped steel (lip grooved steel) having a lip portion 2A to which the ceiling material 50 is attached. The field edge 2 is laid along the horizontal direction orthogonal to the body-side member 1 with the open portion formed between the lip portions 2A facing upward, and a plurality of them are arranged in parallel at a predetermined pitch. There is.

Then, as will be described later in detail, by a joining method using the joining metal fitting 10, a plurality of skeleton-side members 1 arranged in parallel are arranged in parallel from the lower side to the skeleton-side members 1 at right angles. By firmly joining the plurality of field edges 2, the field edge 2 to which the ceiling material 50 is attached moves in the same manner as the frame-side member 1. As a result, the ceiling material 50 is semi-structured, and the ceiling material 50 is prevented from falling off. Further, as the ceiling material 50, a lightweight and flexible finishing material such as rock wool sound absorbing board or glass wool board in consideration of safety at the time of dropping can be preferably used.

[Joint metal fittings and joint structure]
Hereinafter, the details of the joint fitting 10 and the joint structure realized by the joint fitting 10 will be described with reference to FIGS. 2, 3, 4, and 5.

The joint fitting 10 includes a support member 11 having a skeleton side engaging groove 11a (an example of a skeleton side engaging portion) that engages with the skeleton side member 1, and a fixing member fixed to the field edge 2 to which the ceiling material 50 is attached. 12 is provided. Then, in the joining metal fitting 10, the field edge 2 is strongly joined to the body side member 1 to obtain earthquake resistance and wind pressure resistance, and the adjustment and joining work are simplified while adopting a reasonable and inexpensive structure. There is a configuration for achieving this. That is, a bolt that functions as a temporary joining portion capable of temporarily joining the fixing member 12 to the support member 11 in which the body-side engaging groove 11a is engaged with the body-side member 1 in a state where the position or the posture is adjustable. A joining portion X and a first screw fixing portion Y1 that functions as a main joining portion capable of making a main joining of the fixing member 12 to at least the body-side member 1 while maintaining the position or the posture of the fixing member 12 are provided.
(Support member)
As shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 3, and FIG. 5, the support member 11 is configured as one component made of sheet metal having a skeleton side engaging groove 11 a that engages with the skeleton side member 1. Specifically, the support member 11 is composed of a flat plate-shaped central plate portion 11A and a pair of flat plate-shaped lateral bending piece portions 11B bent rearward at right angles from end portions on both sides thereof.

In the support member 11, each of the pair of lateral bending piece portions 11B is provided with a notch-shaped body-side engagement groove 11a extending upward from a lower end portion near a boundary with the central plate portion 11A. As a result, in the state where the rear surface of the lower piece portion 11Aa of the central plate portion 11A is brought into contact with the front surface of the lower lip portion 1Aa of the body-side member 1, the pair of body-side engagement grooves 11a are formed in the body-side member 1 It becomes possible to engage with the lower lip portion 1Aa. In addition, a screw hole 11b into which the bolt 15 that constitutes the bolt joint X can be screwed is formed on the upper side of the center plate portion 11A of the support member 11 substantially in the left-right direction.

(Fixing member)
As shown in FIG. 2, the fixing member 12 is attached to the front surface side of the support member 11 and is configured as one component made of sheet metal that is fixed to the field edge 2 to which the ceiling member 50 is attached. Specifically, the fixing member 12 includes a flat plate-shaped vertical plate portion 12A, a flat plate-shaped horizontal plate portion 12B that is bent at a right angle from the lower end portion of the vertical plate portion 12A toward the front, and the side thereof. The plate portion 12B includes a pair of flat plate-shaped lateral bending piece portions 12C that are bent at right angles downward from both side end portions of the plate portion 12B.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the width of the lateral plate portion 12B in the left-right direction, in other words, the spacing between the pair of lateral bending piece portions 12C is substantially equal to the width of the C-shaped steel forming the field edge 2. I am doing it. As a result, the C-shaped steel forming the field edge 2 can be fitted into the inverted U-shaped concave portion formed by the lateral plate portion 12B and the pair of lateral bending piece portions 12C.

In the fixing member 12, a bolt 15 that forms the bolt joint X can be inserted and a vertically long elongated hole-shaped bolt insertion hole 12a is formed in the upper side of the vertical plate portion 12A substantially in the center in the left-right direction. Has been done. Then, the fixing member 12 is bolted to the support member 11 in such a manner that the bolt 15 inserted from the front into the bolt insertion hole 12 a is screwed into the screw hole 11 b of the support member 11.

The bolt joint portion X is a joint by one bolt 15, and a bolt insertion hole 12a through which the bolt 15 is inserted is formed in a vertically long elongated hole shape. Thus, if the bolts 15 are temporarily tightened, the fixing member 12 can be directly or appropriately attached to the support member 11 in which the body-side engaging groove 11a is engaged with the lower lip portion 1Aa of the body-side member 1. The fixing member 12 can be temporarily joined to such an extent that an operator can manually change the vertical position and the rotation posture by loosening the bolt 15. Then, in the temporarily joined state, the bolt joint X is rotated around the axis of the bolt 15 or moved up and down along the joint surface to easily adjust the vertical position or the rotational posture about the horizontal axis. It will function as a temporary bond that can be made.

As shown in FIG. 2, in the vertical plate portion 12A of the fixing member 12, a screw insertion hole 12b, through which the screw 16 can be inserted, is formed as a first screw fixing portion Y1 below the bolt insertion hole 12a in the vertical direction. Are installed side by side. Then, as shown in FIG. 5, among the plurality of screw insertion holes 12b, the screws 16 inserted into the screw insertion holes 12b located on the front side of the lower lip portion 1Aa of the body-side member 1 are inserted into the support member 11 The fixing member 12 is screw-fixed to the support member 11 and the body-side member 1 in a form in which the lower piece 11Aa of the lower body is penetrated and fastened to the lower lip portion 1Aa of the body-side member 1. That is, in the first screw fixing portion Y1, the lower piece portion 11Aa of the support member 11 is sandwiched between the vertical plate portion 12A of the fixing member 12 and the lower lip portion 1Aa of the body side member 1. , These three are fixed by screws 16.
Then, the first screw fixing portion Y1 functions as a main joining portion capable of main joining the fixing member 12 to at least the body-side member 1 while maintaining the position or the posture of the fixing member 12.

As described above, by providing the bolt joint X that functions as a temporary joint, the field edge 2 fixed to the fixing member 12 with respect to the body-side member 1 with which the support member 11 engages is moved up and down. Alternatively, the rotational posture can be temporarily held in an adjustable state. Then, after adjusting the position or posture of the field edge 2 with respect to the body-side member 1 to an appropriate one, the fixing member 12 is permanently joined to at least the body-side member 1 by the first screw fixing portion Y1 that functions as a main joining portion. Thus, the field edge 2 can be firmly joined to the body-side member 1 at an appropriate position or posture so as to make the same movement as the body.

Further, since the plurality of screw insertion holes 12b are arranged side by side in the vertical direction, the first screw fixing portion Y1 has a vertical position or a rotational posture of the fixing member 12 with respect to the support member 11 at the bolt joint X. It is arranged at a plurality of places within the adjustment range. Thus, even when the vertical position or the rotational posture of the fixing member 12 with respect to the support member 11 is significantly adjusted at the bolt joint X that functions as the temporary joint described above, any one of the first screw fixing portions Y1 is used. It becomes possible to reliably perform the main joining. Regarding the number of the first screw fixing portions Y1, that is, the number of the screw insertion holes 12b, the width (height) of the lower lip portion 1Aa, which is a portion where the screw 16 on the body side member 1 side is fastened, It can be appropriately set according to the size of the adjustment range of the position and posture of the fixing member 12 with respect to the support member 11.

In the present embodiment, the vertical position and the rotation posture of the fixing member 12 having the screw insertion hole 12b through which the screw 16 is inserted are adjusted with respect to the skeleton side member 1 and the support member 11 to which the screw 16 is fastened. Therefore, as the screw 16, a tapping screw that does not need to be provided with a screw hole in a member to be fastened is preferably used.

In the fixing member 12, a bolt insertion hole 12c into which a bolt 14 for fixing the rotation locking member 13 to the fixing member 12 can be inserted is formed at a substantially center of the horizontal plate portion 12B in the left-right direction. Further, each side bent piece 12C is formed with a screw insertion hole 12d through which a screw 17 for fixing the field edge 2 is inserted.

(Rotation locking member)
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the rotation locking member 13 is fitted between both side bent pieces 12C of the fixing member 12 and is attached to the lower side of the lateral plate portion 12B, and the ceiling member 50 is attached thereto. It is configured as one part made of sheet metal for being locked to the lip portion 2A of the field edge 2 and fixing the field edge 2 to the fixing member 12. Specifically, the rotation locking member 13 extends outward and upward from a flat plate-shaped substantially hexagonal base portion 13A and a pair of sides that face each other among the six sides that surround the base portion 13A. It comprises a locking portion 13B.
Further, a screw hole 13a into which a bolt 14 for fixing the rotation locking member 13 to the fixing member 12 can be screwed is formed in substantially the center of the base portion 13A. That is, in a form in which the bolt 14 is inserted from above into the bolt insertion hole 12c formed in the lateral plate portion 12B of the fixing member 12 and the inserted bolt 14 is screwed into the screw hole 13a of the rotation locking member 13, The rotation locking member 13 is bolted to the fixed member 12 in a rotatable state about the vertical axis.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the width of the rotation locking member 13 along the direction connecting the pair of locking portions 13B is wider than the width of the opening formed between the lip portions 2A of the field edge 2. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, the width of the rotation locking member 13 along the direction substantially orthogonal to the width direction is larger than the width of the opening between the lip portions 2A of the field edge 2. It is said to be narrow. Due to this, as will be described later in detail, the rotation locking member 13 bolted to the fixing member 12 is inserted into the inside of the field edge 2 from the open portion of the field edge 2 in a state of being rotated in a predetermined rotation phase. To do. After that, the rotation locking member 13 inserted into the inside of the field edge 2 is rotated about 90 degrees around the vertical axis to lock the locking portion 13B of the rotation locking member 13 to the lip portion 2A of the field edge 2. Can be made. In that state, by tightening the bolt 14, the fixing member 12 can hold the field edge 2. Then, with the fixing member 12 holding the field edge 2 in this manner, the field edge 2 can be fixed to the fixing member 12 with the screw 17.

[Joining method]
Hereinafter, details of the joining method for joining the field edge 2 to the body-side member 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 3, and FIGS. 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10.
Since the joining metal fitting 10 used in the present joining method is the same as that described above, the detailed description of its construction will be omitted mainly.

This joining method is a joining method using a supporting member 11 having a body-side engaging groove 11a that engages with the body-side member 1 and a fixing member 12 that is fixed to the field edge 2, and will be described in detail later. However, each step of a predetermined engagement step (FIG. 6), a temporary joining step (FIG. 7), a field fixing step (FIG. 8), an adjusting step (FIG. 9), and a main joining step (FIG. 10) are performed. It is configured to be executed in the order described.

(Engagement process)
As shown in FIG. 6, in the engaging step that is first performed, the pair of body-side engagement grooves 11a provided in the support member 11 of the joining metal fitting 10 is engaged with the lower lip portion 1Aa of the body-side member 1. .. As a result, the support member 11 is held by the lower lip portion 1Aa of the body-side member 1.
In addition, the fixing member 12 is temporarily fixed to the supporting member 11 held by the body-side member 1 in the engaging step by the bolts 15, and the rotation locking member 13 is fixed to the fixing member 12 by the bolts 14. It is temporarily stopped. Further, since the support member 11 engaged with the body-side member 1 in this engaging step is in a slidable state along the longitudinal direction of the body-side member 1, in the engaging step, the body-side member 1 The position of the supporting member 11 is roughly adjusted along the longitudinal direction of.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, in one skeleton side member 1, a plurality of joint fittings 10 corresponding to each of the plurality of field edges 2 are arranged in parallel along the longitudinal direction of the skeleton side member 1. Further, in one field edge 2, a plurality of joining metal fittings 10 corresponding to each of the plurality of body side members 1 are arranged in parallel along the longitudinal direction of the field edge 2.

(Temporary joining process)
As shown in FIG. 7, in the temporary joining process performed next, the fixing member 12 is temporarily joined to the support member 11 in a state in which the position or the posture is adjustable. Specifically, by tightening the bolts 15 forming the bolt joints X appropriately, the fixing member 12 is inserted into the elongated bolt-shaped bolt insertion holes 12 a that are long in the vertical direction with respect to the support member 11. By sliding along, the vertical position can be adjusted, and further, the rotational posture around the axis of the bolt 15 can be adjusted. Regarding the degree of tightening of the bolt 15 in this temporary joining process, the fixing member 12 can be manually set to the support member 11 so that the vertical position or the rotational posture can be adjusted by an operator. At this stage, the bolt 15 may be tightened relatively firmly, and the bolt 15 may be appropriately loosened when the fixing member 12 is adjusted later.

(Field fixing process)
As shown in FIG. 8, in the field edge fixing step to be performed next, the field edge 2 to which the ceiling material 50 is attached is fixed to the fixing member 12 of the joining metal fitting 10. Specifically, as shown also in FIG. 7, the field edge 2 made of lip grooved steel is fixed in a state in which the rotation locking member 13 temporarily fixed to the fixing member 12 by the bolt 14 is rotated in a predetermined rotation phase. The rotation locking member 13 is inserted from the open portion of the field edge 2 into the field edge 2 with the open portion facing upward from the lower side. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 8, the rotation locking member 13 inserted into the inside of the field edge 2 is rotated about 90 degrees around the vertical axis to move the locking portion 13B of the rotation locking member 13 into the field edge 2. It is locked to the lip portion 2A. In that state, the bolt 14 is tightened so that the fixing member 12 holds the field edge 2.

(Adjustment process)
As shown in FIG. 9, in the adjustment process to be executed next, the fixing members 12 of all the joining fittings 10 for attaching the ceiling material 50 (see FIG. 1) hold the field edge 2, and By utilizing the fact that the fixing member 12 is temporarily joined to the support member 11 in a state in which the vertical position or the rotation posture can be adjusted by the joining process, the position and posture of the field edge 2 fixed to the fixing member 12 can be determined. adjust. Specifically, the bolts 15 of the bolt joints X are appropriately loosened so that the ceiling material 50 (see FIG. 1) can be attached to all the fields 2 at an appropriate height and an appropriate posture. Then, the vertical position or rotation posture of the fixing member 12 with respect to the support member 11 is changed, and the position and posture of the field edge 2 are adjusted to an appropriate one. The adjustment at this time is manually performed by the operator. That is, the degree of tightening of the bolts 15 forming the bolt joint X in the temporary joining step is such that the operator can manually change the position and the posture of the field edge 2 and the field edge after the change. The position and orientation of No. 2 are set to such an extent that they can be held.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the main adjustment process is performed after fixing all the field rims 2 to the fixing members 12 of the respective joint fittings 10. However, the main adjustment is performed every time a part of the field rims 2 is fixed. The steps may be executed.

(Main joining process)
As shown in FIG. 10, in the next main joining step, the fixing member 12 is permanently joined to at least the body-side member 1 while maintaining the position or posture of the fixing member 12. Specifically, the screw 16 forming the first screw fixing portion Y1 is provided with a screw insertion hole 12b (in FIG. 10) located on the front side of the lower lip portion 1Aa of the body-side member 1 of the plurality of screw insertion holes 12b. The screws 16 are inserted into the two screw insertion holes 12b), and the inserted screws 16 are fastened to the lower piece portion 11Aa of the support member 11 and further to the lower lip portion 1Aa of the body side member 1. Then, the fixing member 12 is firmly fixed to the support member 11 and the body-side member 1 by the screw 16.
Further, in this main joining step, the fixing member 12 can be more firmly fixed to the support member 11 by further tightening the bolts 15 forming the bolt joining portion X.

Further, in the main joining step, the field edge 2 is firmly fixed to the fixing member 12 with the screw 17. Specifically, the screws 17 are inserted into the screw insertion holes 12d on both sides of the horizontal plate portion 12B of the fixing member 12, and the inserted screws 17 are fastened to both side surfaces of the field edge 2. Then, the field edge 2 is firmly fixed to the fixing member 12 by the screw 17.
Since the joining metal fitting 10 can firmly join the field edge 2 to the skeleton side member 1 as described above, for example, a specific ceiling requiring earthquake resistance or wind pressure resistance is required. It can be suitably applied to eaves ceilings outdoors.

[Second Embodiment]
The joining fitting 20, the joining structure, and the joining method using the joining fitting 20 according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 11 and 12.
The joining fitting 20 of the second embodiment differs from the first embodiment with respect to the structure of the support member 21, but in other respects, mainly the same structure as that of the first embodiment is adopted. Therefore, in the following, the details of the different configuration will be described, and the description of the same configuration as the first embodiment may be omitted.

Similarly to the first embodiment, the support member 21 of the joining metal fitting 20 has a flat plate-shaped central plate portion 21A and a pair of flat plate-shaped lateral folds which are bent at right angles rearward from end portions on both sides thereof. It is configured as a single piece of sheet metal composed of the bent piece portion 21B, and each of the pair of lateral bent piece portions 21B has a notch shape extending upward from the lower end portion near the boundary with the central plate portion 21A. The body side engagement groove 21a is formed.

Further, the central plate portion 21A of the support member 21 is provided between the lower lip portion 1Aa (one example of one side lip portion) and the upper lip portion 1Ab (one example of the other side lip portion) of the body side member 1. Configured as one. As in the first embodiment, the first screw fixing portion Y1 includes the fixing member 12 on the lower side piece 21Aa of the central plate portion 21A (an example of the one side piece) and one side of the body side member 1. It is configured to be fixed to the lower lip portion 1Aa with a screw 16. Further, an upper piece 21Ab (an example of the other side piece) that is the other end of the central plate portion 21A of the support member 21 is fixed to the other upper lip portion 1Ab of the body side member 1 with a screw 18. A 2 screw fixing portion Y2 is provided.

That is, in addition to the first screw fixing portion Y1 that fixes the fixing member 12 and the lower piece portion 21Aa of the supporting member 21 to the lower lip portion 1Aa of the body-side member 1 made of C-shaped steel with the screw 16, the supporting member 21 A second screw fixing portion Y2 for fixing the above to the upper lip portion 1Ab of the body side member 1 with the screw 18 is provided. As a result, the support member 21 is more firmly fixed to the skeleton side member 1, and the fixing member 12 and the field edge 2 are more firmly joined to the skeleton side member 1.

[Third Embodiment]
The joining fitting 30, the joining structure, and the joining method using the joining fitting 30 according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 13 and 14.
The joining fitting 30 of the third embodiment is different from the first embodiment in the configuration regarding the vibration damping material 23 (an example of the vibration damping portion) that suppresses the transmission of vibration to the field edge 2, but other points. Then, a configuration similar to that of the first embodiment is mainly adopted. Therefore, in the following, the details of the different configuration will be described, and the description of the same configuration as the first embodiment may be omitted.

In this embodiment, a first fixing member 22 and a second fixing member 24 are provided in place of the fixing member 12 (see FIGS. 3 and 5) of the first embodiment, and the first fixing member 22 and the second fixing member 22 are provided. The vibration damping material 23 is interposed between the fixing member 24 and the fixing member 24.

The first fixing member 22 is attached to the front surface side of the support member 11, and is configured as one component made of sheet metal to which a second fixing member 24 described later is fixed. Specifically, the first fixing member 22 is composed of a flat plate-shaped vertical plate portion 22A and a flat plate-shaped horizontal plate portion 22B that is bent at a right angle from the lower end of the vertical plate portion 22A toward the front. Become. The vertical plate portion 22A of the first fixing member 22 corresponds to the vertical plate portion 12A of the first embodiment, and has a long hole-shaped bolt insertion hole 22a through which the bolt 15 forming the bolt joint X can be inserted. A screw insertion hole 12b through which the screw 16 forming the first screw fixing portion Y1 is inserted is formed.

On the other hand, the second fixing member 24 is attached to the lower surface side of the horizontal plate portion 22B of the first fixing member 22 with the vibration-proof material 23 made of a rubber sheet interposed therebetween and the ceiling material 50 is attached. It is configured as a single piece of sheet metal fixed to the edge 2. Specifically, a horizontal plate portion 24A having substantially the same shape as the horizontal plate portion 22B of the first fixing member 22, and a pair of flat plates bent downward at right angles from both side end portions of the horizontal plate portion 24A. And a side bent piece portion 24B. The flat plate side bent piece 24B corresponds to the side bent piece 12C of the first embodiment, and is a screw insertion hole through which the screw 17 for fixing the field edge 2 is inserted. 24b is formed.

The rotation locking member 13 is attached to the first fixing member 22 or the like at substantially the center of each of the horizontal plate portion 22b of the first fixing member 22, the vibration damping material 23, and the horizontal plate portion 24A of the second fixing member 24. Bolt insertion holes 22c, 23a, 24a through which the fixing bolt 14 can be inserted are formed. Then, the horizontal plate portion 22b of the first fixing member 22, the vibration isolator 23, and the horizontal plate portion 24A of the second fixing member 24 are arranged in this order from the upper side to the lower side, and these bolt insertion holes 22c, 23a, 24a are arranged. Then, the bolt 14 is inserted from above and the inserted bolt 14 is screwed into the screw hole 13 a of the rotation locking member 13. Then, the rotation locking member 13 is bolted to the first fixing member 22 while being rotatable about the vertical axis, and further, the second fixing member 24 is connected to the first fixing member 22. The vibration isolator 23 is fixed in the state of being interposed therebetween.

With such a configuration, the vibration is absorbed by the elastic deformation of the vibration isolator 23, and the transmission of the vibration to the second fixing member 24 is suppressed. As a result, in addition to the seismic resistance and wind pressure resistance being obtained by firmly joining the field edge 2 to the skeleton side member 1, vibration resistance is added. Further, such a joining metal fitting 30 can be suitably applied to a ceiling that is required to have vibration resistance in addition to earthquake resistance, such as under a railway overpass, a parking lot lower room, an auditorium or a hall. ..

[Another embodiment]
(1) In the above-mentioned embodiment, regarding the method of fixing the field edge 2 to the joining metal fitting 10, the field edge 2 is fixed by locking the locking portion 13B of the rotary locking member 13 to the lip portion 2A of the field edge 2. The field edge 2 is held by the screw 12, and then the field edge 2 is fixed to the fixing member 12 by the screw 17, but the present invention is not limited to this configuration, and the field edge 2 is joined by another method. It may be fixed at 10.

(2) In the above embodiment, an example in which the mounting member joined to the body-side member 1 is the field edge 2 for mounting the ceiling member 50 substantially horizontally has been described, but the present invention is limited to this configuration. However, the present invention is also applicable to a case where various mounting members such as a field edge for mounting the ceiling material with an inclination and a furring strip for mounting the wall material are joined to the body side member.

For example, as shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, by using the joining metal fitting 20 described in the second embodiment, a wall material is used for a horizontal furring strip 61 (an example of a quasi-structural material) as a body side member. A vertical furring strip 62 as a mounting member to which 60 is mounted can be joined. In this case, the joint fitting 20 is used in a posture rotated by 90° around the horizontal axis from the posture used in the second embodiment.
That is, the lateral furring strip 61 is made of C-shaped steel (lip channel steel) laid along the horizontal direction with the open portion facing upward. With respect to the horizontal furring strip 61, the support member 21 of the joining metal fitting 20 engages the first-body fixing portion Y1 and the first screw fastening portion Y1 with the skeleton-side engaging groove 21a engaged with the one-side lip portion 61Aa of the horizontal furring strip 61. The two screw fixing portions Y2 fix the lateral furring strip 61 to the one side lip portion 61Aa and the other side lip portion 61Ab with screws.
On the other hand, the vertical furring strip 62 is for attaching the wall member 60 with screws or the like, and is a C-shaped steel (lip lip) erected along the vertical direction in a posture in which the open portion faces the vertical furring strip 61 in a horizontal direction. Channel steel). The vertical furring strip 62 is fixed to the fixing member 12 of the joint fitting 20 by the rotation locking member 13 and the screw 17.
The support member 21 fixed to the horizontal furring strip 61 and the fixing member 12 to which the vertical furring strip 62 is fixed are the bolt joint X that functions as a temporary joint and the first screw that functions as a main joint. It will be joined by the fixed portion Y1.

(3) In the above embodiment, the fixing member 12 is temporarily joined to the support member 11 by the bolt joining portion X that functions as a temporary joining portion in a state in which the vertical position or the rotational posture can be adjusted. The temporary joining portion is not limited to this configuration, and for example, another temporary joining portion such as a clamp whose position or posture can be changed while maintaining a fixed holding force for the fixing member 12 with respect to the support member 11. Parts may be provided.

(4) In the above-described embodiment, the fixing member 12 is fixed to the support member 11 and the skeleton side member 1 with the screw 16 by the first screw fixing portion Y1 that functions as the main joining portion. The present invention is not limited to this configuration. For example, by adopting a fixing method other than screws such as welding, the fixing member 12 is fixed to at least the body-side member 1 while maintaining the position or posture of the fixing member 12. Another main joining portion that can be joined may be provided.

(5) In the above embodiment, the first screw fixing portion Y1 is arranged at a plurality of positions within the adjustment range of the position or posture of the fixing member 12 with respect to the support member 11 in the bolt joint X, but such adjustment is performed. Even in such a case, if the first screw fixing portion Y1 can be fixed, a plurality of the first screw fixing portions Y1 need not be provided.

(6) In the above embodiment, the engaging step is performed to engage the support member 11 with the body-side member 1, and then the temporary joining step is performed to engage the support-side member 1 with the support member 11. Although the fixing member 12 is temporarily joined to the fixing member 11, the engaging process and the temporary joining process may be performed in reverse order. That is, after performing the temporary joining process to temporarily join the fixing member 12 to the support member 11, the engaging process is performed to attach the support member 11 to which the fixing member 12 is temporarily joined to the body-side member 1. It can also be engaged.

(7) In the above-described embodiment, a vine structure or the like, which is a quasi-structural material, is used as the skeleton side member 1 that joins the field edge 2, but the skeleton side member 1 is an existing one or a new one. It doesn't matter. For example, in the renovation work to renovate a suspended ceiling into an earthquake-resistant ceiling, the suspension material for the suspended ceiling is removed, and a beam-shaped steel material to be a new semi-structured material is constructed in the removed portion. The technique according to the present invention can also be applied to the case where the groove edge steel fixed to the steel-shaped steel material is used as the body-side member 1 to join the field edges.
