Description
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is used for lining industrial furnaces used in the iron manufacturing process such as coke ovens, heating furnaces, blast furnaces, hot blast stoves, converters, electric furnaces, ladles, and secondary refining furnaces. The present invention relates to a construction method of a pre-lining block in which the above are combined.
In an industrial furnace used in the iron manufacturing process, when lining a refractory material such as a brick, a pre-lining block is used in which a plurality of refractory blocks are joined in advance with mortar joints in order to improve work efficiency.
For example, in
However, in the construction method of
Further, in
However, when the pre-lining block of
Then, in
On the other hand, it is known that when a fireproof block or a concrete block is constructed, a key brick or a metal joint key is used for the joint surface to prevent the joint from falling off (for example,
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to prevent the refractory block from slipping or collapsing due to opening of joints when a prelining block in which refractory blocks are combined is transferred.
The inventors of the present invention, when transferring the pre-lining block, in order to prevent the opening of the horizontal joint when hoisting the pre-lining block, in order to prevent vertical displacement between the refractory blocks contacting through the horizontal joint Focusing on the provision of the joining member, the structure of the joining portion was examined.
That is, according to one aspect of the present invention, the following method for constructing a prelining block is provided.
"A pre-lining block construction method that combines multiple fireproof blocks in advance,
The pre-lining block has a joint hole that is open to the surface and includes a horizontal joint and is shared with a plurality of refractory blocks. The joint hole has a shape in which the projected area to the horizontal joint is larger than the cross-sectional area of the horizontal joint, Or, a joint member having a horizontal constriction and having a shape matching the joint hole is inserted into the joint hole, so that the horizontal joint is prevented from opening when transferred into the furnace. Cage,
A method for constructing a pre-lining block in which a joining member is removed and a refractory is inserted into a joining hole after the pre-lining block is conveyed into a furnace . "
As described above, the pre-lining block of the present invention has a joint hole which is opened on the surface and includes a horizontal joint and which is shared with a plurality of refractory blocks, and the joint hole has a projected area on the horizontal joint which is a disconnection in the horizontal joint. The shape is larger than the area or has a horizontal constriction. Therefore, when the pre-lining block is lifted, it is possible to prevent the joining member and the refractory block from being displaced in the vertical direction due to the portion having a large projected area on the horizontal joint or the constriction.
Here, the projected area of the joining hole on the horizontal joint is regarded as the joining hole that is cut at the horizontal joint as a solid body, and the existence of other than the joining hole is not taken into consideration. It is the projected area projected with vertical light.
In other words, since this projected area is larger than the cross-sectional area of the joint hole in the horizontal joint, it has, for example, an inclined surface, and when the prelining block is lifted by this inclined surface, it is inserted (fitted) into the joint hole. It is possible to prevent the joining member and the refractory block from being displaced.
By using a block material such as ceramics or refractory as the joining member, it is possible to secure sufficient strength against the load applied when it is lifted, and also to secure sufficient heat resistance even when used at high temperatures.
The joining member may be made of a metal material. In this case, since the metal has extremely high strength, a sufficient displacement preventing effect can be obtained even if the joining member and the joining hole are made small. That is, by using a metal material such as a metal plate having high strength as the joining member, the depth of the joining hole can be reduced.
When the joining member is a refractory block material or a metal material, the pre-lining block may be removed after installation in the furnace, and a refractory material having high durability or low cost may be inserted instead. Further, when a refractory block material or a metal material is used as the joining member in this manner, there is an advantage that the work is simple because the insertion or the like is not necessary and the joining is not necessary.
The depth of the joining holes can be set to any depth depending on the strength of the pre-lining block (fireproof block) or the joining member. The number of joining holes can be appropriately determined depending on the size of the pre-lining block, the number of refractory blocks constituting the pre-lining block, the lining structure, and the like. Further, the connecting holes may include horizontal joints as well as vertical joints. By including the vertical joint, it becomes possible to prevent the vertical joint from opening.
The term “bonding hole” is a concept that includes not only a bottomed hole but also a through hole.
Further, in the present invention, in order to further reinforce the joint strength of the pre-lining block, an organic coating layer may be formed on the joint portion. Since the organic coating layer is decomposed by heating, it does not adversely affect the performance of the prelining block during use.
This coating layer can be formed on a surface including a joint at an arbitrary portion depending on the stress generated in the joint. That is, the coating layer may be formed on a part of the surface or may be formed on the entire surface. The joints referred to in the present invention include mortar joints using mortar as described above and empty joints not using mortar.
In the present invention, the coating layer is preferably formed of polyurea resin or polyurethane-urea composite resin. The polyurea resin or the polyurethane-urea composite resin has a characteristic that the tensile strength is very high as compared with other coating resins. Therefore, even if the coating thickness is thin or the coating area is small as compared with other coating resins, it is possible to sufficiently cope with the tensile stress generated in the joint when the pre-lining block is transferred. Further, the polyurea resin or the polyurethane-urea composite resin can be applied by spraying, and moreover, since it is hardened immediately and the strength is developed, the joints of the prelining block can be coated quickly and the work efficiency is excellent.
According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the refractory block from shifting or collapsing due to the opening of joints when the pre-lining block is transferred.
The pre-lining block of the present invention is an assembly of refractory blocks in which a plurality of refractory blocks are combined in an empty joint without using mortar, or a plurality of refractory blocks are combined in a mortar joint using mortar and combined. It can be applied to any assembly of refractory blocks. As the refractory block, one generally used in industrial furnaces used in the iron manufacturing process can be used. For example, unfired brick, fired brick, or precast block. There is no restriction on the mortar that joins these refractory blocks, and general mortar can be used. Further, there is no particular restriction on the size or shape of the pre-lining block.
As the joining member, a block material of a refractory material, a filler material of a refractory material, a ceramic material, a metal material, wood, a synthetic resin material, or the like can be used. Among these, the refractory block material, the refractory filler, and the ceramic material, which have high heat resistance, can be used as they are after the prelining block is installed in the furnace or the like.
On the other hand, the metal material, the wood material, and the synthetic resin material are advantageous in that the working cost can be reduced because they are easily processed at low cost. However, since these are inferior in heat resistance (durability), remove the pre-lining block after constructing it in the furnace, etc., and then use refractory block material, refractory filling material, or ceramic material as the bonding hole. It is preferable to insert (fill). Further, it is possible to replace the refractory and the ceramic as the joining member with a material having higher durability.
The joining hole is provided so as to include two or more refractory blocks across the horizontal joint. The depth and size of the bonding hole can be determined according to the strength considered necessary for the bonding portion, and can be set to any depth and size. Further, the number of joining holes for the pre-lining block may be any number depending on the shape and size of the pre-lining block and further the number of refractory blocks constituting the pre-lining block.
When inserting a fixed joining member such as a refractory block material into the joining hole, mortar or the like can be used to prevent the occurrence of a gap. On the other hand, if a filler of refractory is used, it is possible to prevent the generation of gaps without using mortar or the like. As the filler for the refractory material, mortar, press-fitting material, stamp material, castable material, etc. can be used. It is preferable to use a curing agent that cures after filling and exhibits strength.
The organic coating layer formed to include joints on the surface of the pre-lining block of the present invention is preferably formed of a polyurea resin or a polyurethane-urea composite resin as described above, but is not limited thereto, and for example, Acrylic resin, epoxy resin, urethane resin and the like can also be used.
As the polyurea resin or polyurethane-urea composite resin that can be preferably used in the present invention, those commercially available for coating the surface of the structure can be used. Further, when the joint is required to have high strength depending on the use conditions, it is possible to use one having a tensile strength of 15 MPa or more. As the polyurea resin or polyurethane-urea composite resin satisfying such a condition of tensile strength, those commercially available as a coating material can also be used. For example, as the polyurea resin, LINE-X of Japan Homeland Security Co., Ltd. can be used. Can be used, and Foss Rock New Coat by Stella Cube Co., Ltd., brush coating by SENE PLETHANE Co., Ltd., etc. can be used.

The
According to this
(Example 2)
In FIG. 1, the joining
In the present embodiment, the depth of the joining
In this
In this way, even if the metal joining member is small, sufficient strength can be obtained, and by using it together with a metal spacer or cotter, the vertical gap can be eliminated without using an adhesive material. Easy to put on and take off. Further, since the bonding hole can be made shallow, it is possible to eliminate the need for a filler in the bonding hole depending on the use conditions.
