Description

The present invention relates to a malfunction prevention device for a handle, which is rotatably attached to a shoji, such as a single-sided window attached to an opening frame so as to be openable/closable, a vertical sliding window or a single-sided door, via a handle shaft. Regarding the casement window equipped.

。 For sliding doors such as single-opening windows, vertical sliding windows and single-opening doors (also referred to as doors, hereinafter collectively referred to as sliding doors), when the sliding door is opened and held by the handle, the handle In order to prevent the holding hand from being caught in the opening frame, there has been proposed a handle malfunction preventing device that locks the handle so that the handle does not rotate when the shoji is open (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

In the handle mechanism for the shoji (door) of Patent Document 1, the handle shaft of the handle penetrates through the vertical frame at the tip of the shoji to convert the rotation of the handle shaft into reciprocating motion, for example, from a rack and a pinion mechanism or the like. Is provided. Then, the slide body is arranged in the groove of the switch frame provided integrally with the interlocking device in the vertical frame, and the lower end of the slide body has a groove formed vertically along the side surface of the vertical frame at the tip of the shoji. An interlocking member called interlocking rod or interlocking rod is connected inside, and a locking/unlocking device (lock mechanism part) is connected to the tip of the interlocking member, and the shoji is locked or unlocked in the opening frame by the locking/unlocking device. ing.

Further, in the handle mechanism of the shoji disclosed in Patent Document 1, the long hole portion and the long hole are formed in the interlocking member that is separate from the interlocking device that penetrates the handle shaft of the handle and converts the rotation of the handle shaft into reciprocating motion. While providing a notch formed of a large diameter part and a continuous large-diameter hole, a trigger formed of an engaging part having a large-diameter part and a small-diameter part is provided in the notch to form a handle malfunction preventing device. ..

In the handle malfunction prevention device of Patent Document 1, the interlocking member can move up and down when the shoji is closed, and the large diameter portion of the trigger does not engage with the large diameter hole portion of the cutout portion of the interlocking member. The locking/unlocking device does not work, and the shoji can be opened by rotating the handle.

On the other hand, when the shoji is open, the large-diameter hole provided in the vertically moving interlocking member engages with the large-diameter part of the trigger to prevent the interlocking member from moving up and down, and this obstruction causes the handle to rotate. The lock prevents the fingers from being caught in the opening frame when the shoji is closed.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 08-312206

However, the handle malfunction preventing device described in Patent Document 1 described above is a separate body from the interlocking device through which the handle shaft penetrates, and is a reciprocating interlocking member installed along the side surface of the vertical frame at the tip of the shoji. Since it is provided, there is a problem that it affects the width and design of the vertical frame at the tip of the shoji and limits other metal fittings that should be provided on the vertical frame. It is also a limiting factor for the minimum height of the shoji making range.

Also, since the handle malfunction prevention device is provided on the interlocking member that is installed separately from the interlock device through which the handle shaft penetrates so that it can reciprocate along the vertical frame at the tip of the shoji, the handle malfunction prevention device mounting position There is also a problem that it is not possible to adjust, and it is not possible to cope with machining errors and aging.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and it is possible to directly control the rotation of the handle shaft instead of the interlocking member installed reciprocally along the side surface of the frame of the shoji tip. , The malfunction of the handle that does not affect the width and design of the frame at the tip of the shoji screen, and does not limit other metal fittings to be installed on the frame, and can relax the constraint of the minimum height of the shoji screen manufacturing range. An object of the present invention is to provide a protection device and a casement window including the protection device.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a malfunction prevention device for a handle according to the present invention is a malfunction prevention device for a handle, which is rotatably attached via a handle shaft to a shoji that is openably and closably attached to an opening frame, A cam portion provided on the handle shaft, and a frame at the tip of the shoji that is capable of advancing and retracting toward a contacted portion of the opening frame, and the contacting portion contacts the contacted portion of the opening frame. When the shoji is opened from the opening frame, the contacting portion separates from the contacted portion of the opening frame and moves forward by the elastic force of the elastic member. A first advancing/retreating member and a frame at the tip of the shoji screen move in a direction intersecting with the advancing/retreating direction of the first advancing/retreating member by interlocking with the advancing/retreating movement of the first advancing/retreating member to advance/retreat with respect to the cam portion. A second advancing/retreating member, the elastic member is provided between a rear end portion of the first advancing/retreating member and a device case, and the first advancing/retreating member is directed toward the contacted portion of the opening frame. The second advancing/retreating member is always biased , and when the sliding door is closed by the opening frame and the abutting portion of the first advancing/retreating member abuts the abutted portion of the opening frame, 1 Withdrawal of the advancing/retreating member from the handle shaft causes the engaging portion to disengage from the cam portion to permit rotation of the handle shaft, while the shoji is opened from the opening frame, When the abutting portion of the first advancing/retreating member is separated from the abutted portion of the opening frame, the second advancing/retreating member moves the second advancing/retreating member by the elastic force of the elastic member. The engaging portion is configured to engage with the cam portion to prohibit the rotation of the handle shaft.
Here, the cam portion may be a cam member that rotates together with the handle shaft.
The second advancing/retreating member separates from the cam portion when the engaging portion is disengaged from the cam portion to permit rotation of the handle shaft. It may be configured so as not to contact).
Further, an opening window according to the present invention is characterized in that it is an opening window provided with the malfunction preventing device for a handle configured as described above.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIGS. 9 and 10 described later, the compression spring 11a has a rear end portion fitted into a convex portion 10c (see FIG. 4) in the device case 10, and a front end portion having a first advancing/retreating member. It is attached so as to abut and bias the rear end of 11b.

The first advancing/retreating member 11b is provided in the device case 10 so as to be advancing/retreating in the X direction by being guided by the pair of X-direction guide portions 10d, 10d (see FIGS. 4A to 4C and FIG. 5). As shown in FIGS. 7(a) to 7(d), the spring tip housing portion 11b1 in which the tip of the compression spring 11a is housed, and the second advancing/retreating member in which the second advancing/retreating member 11c is loosely fitted in the Y direction. The member loosely fitting portion 11b2, the direction changing pin 11b3 for transmitting the movement of the first advancing/retreating member 11b in the X direction to the second advancing/retreating member 11c, and the direction change pin 11b3, and the contacted member mounted on the opening frame 2 side. The member 21 has a tip contact portion 11b4 that contacts the contacted portion 21c1.

The second advancing/retreating member 11c interlocks with the advancing/retreating movement of the first advancing/retreating member 11b in the X direction in the device case 10 (see FIGS. 4A to 4C and FIG. 5) and is orthogonal to the Y direction (FIG. 2), and is inserted into the Y-direction guide hole 10e (see FIG. 4A) of the device case 10 as shown in FIGS. The Y direction guide pins 11c1 and 11c1 for guiding the movement of the member 11c in the Y direction and the direction conversion pin 11b3 (see FIGS. 7A and 7B) of the first advancing/retreating member 11b are inserted to make the first. A direction conversion oblique groove 11c2 for converting the movement of the advancing/retreating member 11b in the X direction into a Y direction orthogonal to the X direction, and a tip end engagement for engaging the tip end of a cam member 12b mounted on the handle shaft 12a of the handle 12. And a portion 11c3.

In this description, the tip engaging portion 11c3 engages with the cam member 12b that rotates together with the handle shaft 12a, but a cam portion may be provided on the handle shaft 12a to directly engage with the handle shaft 12a. ..

Next, the operation of the malfunction prevention device 1 for a handle of the first embodiment configured as described above will be described.

<The state that the shoji 3 is closed by the opening frame 2>
First, a state in which the shoji screen 3 is closed by the opening frame 2 will be described.

When the shoji screen 3 is closed by the opening frame 2, as shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 9 showing a cross section taken along the line AA in FIG. 2, and FIG. 10 showing an enlarged main part of FIG. Since the tip end contact portion 11b4 of the first advancing/retreating member 11b is in contact with the abutted portion 21c1 of the abutted member 21 attached to No. 2, the first advancing/retreating member 11b is pushed in the X1 direction in FIG. In the retracted state, the compression spring 11a is also in a contracted state.

At that time, as shown in FIG. 10, the second advancing/retreating member 11c is accommodated in the second advancing/retreating member loosely fitting portion 11b2 of the first advancing/retreating member 11b, and the direction changing oblique groove 11c2 thereof changes the direction of the first advancing/retreating member 11b. The pin 11b3 is fitted, and is in the maximum retracted state in which it is most retracted (retracted) in the Y1 direction, which is the downward direction in FIG.

In this case, even if the cam member 12b mounted on the handle shaft 12a of the handle 12 rotates in accordance with the rotation of the handle 12, as shown in FIGS. Since it is in the maximum retracted state in which the cam member 12b is most retracted in the direction, the tip portion of the cam member 12b does not engage with the tip engaging portion 11c3 of the second advancing/retreating member 11c.

Therefore, when the shoji 3 is closed by the opening frame 2, even if the handle 12 is rotated from the horizontal state as shown in FIG. 2 to the vertical state as shown in FIG. Since it does not engage with the tip engaging portion 11c3 of the second advancing/retreating member 11c, it can be freely rotated.

As a result, the locking/unlocking device (not shown) is caused to function in accordance with the rotation of the handle 12 to lock (lock) the shoji 3 in the opening frame 2 or unlock (free) the opening frame 2. Can be in a state.

In addition, in this description, for example, when the handle 12 is in a horizontal (horizontal) state as shown in FIGS. 2 and 10, the locking/unlocking device (not shown) unlocks the shoji 3 to be an opening frame. 2, while the handle 12 is in the vertical (downward) state as shown in FIG. 11, the locking/unlocking device (not shown) locks and the shoji 3 opens. It is assumed that the frame 2 is locked and cannot be opened, but the opposite is also possible.

<The state that the shoji screen 3 is opened from the opening frame 2>
Next, a state in which the shoji screen 3 is opened from the opening frame 2 will be described.

As described above, when the handle 12 is in the horizontal (sideways) state as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 10, the locking/unlocking device (not shown) is in the unlocked state, and the shoji 3 is positioned relative to the opening frame 2. Since it is in a free (openable/closable) state, when the user holds the handle 12 and pushes it in the opening direction, the shoji 3 gradually opens in the Z1 direction with respect to the opening frame 2 in FIGS. 12 and 13.

Then, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the first advancing/retreating member 11b that was in contact with the contacted portion 21c1 on the side of the opening frame 2 has its tip end contacting portion 11b4 on the contacted member on the side of the opening frame 2. 21 and moves in the X2 direction by the elastic force of the compression spring 11a.

When the first advancing/retreating member 11b advances in the X2 direction, as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the direction changing pin 11b3 of the first advancing/retreating member 11b also advances in the X2 direction. Therefore, the Y direction guide pins 11c1 and 11c1 and the device case 10 are connected. The second advancing/retreating member 11c slidable in the Y direction by the Y direction guide hole 10e of the first advancing/retreating member 11b is guided by being fitted in the direction changing oblique groove 11c2 by the movement of the direction changing pin 11b3 in the X2 direction. It advances in the Y2 direction, that is, toward the handle shaft 12a in FIGS. 14 and 15.

Here, when the shoji screen 3 is opened from the opening frame 2, the handle 12 is in a horizontal (sideways) state in order to unlock the locking/unlocking device (not shown) as described above. The cam member 12b attached to 12a is directed downward in the vertical direction, that is, in the Y1 direction, as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15.

Therefore, when the second advancing/retreating member 11c moves in the Y2 direction, the tip end engaging portion 11c3 of the second advancing/retreating member 11c engages the tip end portion of the cam portion 12b1 of the cam member 12b.

Then, when the shoji screen 3 is opened from the opening frame 2, the handle 12 is in a horizontal (horizontal direction) state as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, and the tip engaging portion 11c3 of the second advancing/retreating member 11c is in the cam member 12b. Since the rotation of the handle shaft 12a is indirectly prohibited via the cam member 12b by engaging with the distal end of the handle 12, the handle 12 cannot rotate from the horizontal (sideways) state.

As a result, the user does not rotate the handle 12 from the horizontal (sideways) state when the shoji screen 3 is opened from the opening frame 2, and therefore the finger or the like holding the handle 12 when closing the shoji screen 3 is placed on the opening frame 2. It can be prevented from being pinched.

Therefore, according to the handle malfunction preventing device 1 of the first embodiment, when the shoji 3 is closed by the opening frame 2 in the device case 10 through which the handle shaft 12a penetrates, the handle shaft 12a is allowed to rotate. On the other hand, when the shoji screen 3 is opened from the opening frame 2, the handle shaft turning control unit 11 for prohibiting the turning of the handle shaft 12a is provided, so that the width and the design of the vertical frame 31 of the shoji screen 3 are not affected. In addition, it is possible to provide a handle malfunction preventing device that does not limit other metal fittings to be provided on the vertical frame 31 and alleviates restrictions on the minimum height of the shoji manufacturing range.

Further, since the handle malfunction control device 1 is configured by providing the handle shaft rotation control section 11 in the device case 10, when the handle malfunction control device 1 has a processing error or a secular change, the handle malfunction control device 1 can be operated. Since it is possible to deal with the problem by removing the device case 10 together with the device case 12 and repairing the handle shaft rotation control portion 11 therein, or replacing the device case 10 with each other, it is possible to easily cope with a processing error and a secular change. it can.

In the above description, the handle shaft 12a of the handle 12 has been described as a handle shaft 12a having a square cross section, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the cross section may be rectangular or polygonal. ..

Further, in the above description, the first advancing/retreating member 11b is provided with the direction changing pin 11b3, while the second advancing/retreating member 11c is provided with the direction changing oblique groove 11c2, but the present invention is not limited to this. Of course, the first advancing/retreating member 11b may be provided with the direction changing oblique groove 11c2, while the second advancing/retreating member 11c may be provided with the direction changing pin 11b3.

In the above description, the reciprocating interlocking member 31a for transmitting the reciprocating motion of the reciprocating motion converting device (not shown) to the locking/unlocking device (not shown) is provided on the vertical frame 31 at the tip of the shoji screen 3. Although described, the present invention is not limited to this, and when the locking/unlocking device (not shown) is directly driven by the handle shaft 12a, the reciprocating motion converting device (not shown) and the interlocking member 31a are omitted. be able to.

Embodiment 2
In the above description of the first embodiment, the handle shaft rotation control section 11 is configured such that the compression spring 11a that is an elastic member, the first advancing/retreating member 11b that moves back and forth in the X direction, and the Y direction that is orthogonal to the X direction. The second advancing/retreating member 11c is configured to move forward and backward, but the present invention is not limited to this structure, and may be configured as in the second embodiment.

That is, in the malfunction prevention device 1 for a handle according to the second embodiment, for example, as shown in FIGS. 16(a) and 16(b), the handle shaft rotation control unit 11 is connected to the swing center shaft 10g of the device case 10. It is characterized in that it is constituted by a swinging hook 11d swinging in the center and a torsion spring (torsion spring) 11e.

The swing hook 11d swings around the swing center shaft 10g of the device case 10, and has a tip end abutting end portion that abuts the abutted portion 21c1 of the abutted member 21 on the opening frame 2 side. While having the portion 11d1, the rear end side has a rear end engaging portion 11d2 that directly engages with the handle shaft 12a of the handle 12.

The center of the torsion spring (torsion spring) 11e is inserted into the swing center shaft 10g of the device case 10, and one end of the torsion spring 11e is locked to the tip abutting portion 11d1 of the swing hook 11d, while the other end. The portion is locked by the spring locking portion 10h of the device case 10, and always urges the tip end contact portion 11d1 of the swing hook 11d toward the contacted member 21 on the opening frame 2 side.

That is, as shown in FIG. 16A, when the shoji screen 3 is closed by the opening frame 2, the swinging hook 11d is attached to the contacted portion 21c1 of the contacted member 21 attached to the opening frame 2. Since the front end contact portion 11d1 is pressed, the rear end engagement portion 11d2 of the swing hook 11d does not engage with the handle shaft 12a of the handle 12.

Therefore, in this case, the handle 12 can freely rotate, and the door 3 is locked in the opening frame 2 by a locking/unlocking device (not shown) according to the rotation of the handle 12. Alternatively, it can be in a free (openable and closable) state.

On the other hand, when the shoji 3 is opened from the opening frame 2, the tip end contact portion 11d1 of the swing hook 11d does not contact the contacted member 21 on the opening frame 2 side and is not pressed, so that FIG. ), it is rotated counterclockwise by the torsion spring 11e.

As a result, as shown in FIG. 16B, the rear end engaging portion 11d2 of the swinging hook 11d opposite to the front end abutting portion 11d1 directly engages with the handle shaft 12a of the handle 12, and the handlebar 12a. Since the rotation of the shaft 12a is prohibited, the rotation of the handle 12 can be prevented.

Therefore, according to the handle malfunction preventing device 1 of the second embodiment, the handle including the swing hook 11d and the torsion spring 11e is provided in the device frame 10 which is provided on the vertical frame 31 at the tip of the shoji 3 and through which the handle shaft 12a penetrates. Since the shaft rotation control unit 11 is provided, like the malfunction prevention device 1 for a handle according to the first embodiment, it should be provided on the vertical frame 31 without affecting the width and design of the vertical frame 31 of the shoji screen 3. It is possible to provide a malfunction preventing device for a handle which does not limit other metal fittings and relaxes the constraint on the minimum height of the shoji making range.

In the above description of the first and second embodiments, the device case 10 of the handle malfunction preventing device 1 is incorporated in the vertical frame 31 at the tip of the shoji 3, but the device case 10 penetrates the handle shaft 12a. Since it is sufficient if it is provided, it may of course be provided so as to project outside the vertical frame 31 instead of inside the vertical frame 31 at the tip of the shoji screen 3.

Further, the abutted member 21 may not be a separate component, but may be formed integrally with the opening frame 2 so that the tip abutting portion 11d1 abuts.
