Description
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a sample for analysis, more specifically, a sample for analysis for composition analysis or the like is sampled from a non-ferrous metal ingot such as a non-ferrous metal ingot or a non-ferrous metal plate, and further suitable for analysis. The present invention relates to a method for adjusting an analytical sample to be adjusted to.
Various non-ferrous metals are handled in the non-ferrous metal smelters and various analyzes are conducted. Not only the composition analysis of non-ferrous metal products manufactured at non-ferrous metal smelters, but also raw ore, non-ferrous metal ingots which are intermediate casting products, and non-ferrous metal plates produced by electrolytic refining It is also essential to analyze the components of state products. Therefore, although samples for analysis have been sampled from various analysis targets, for example,
In particular, sampling of a sample for analysis from a non-ferrous metal lump such as a non-ferrous metal ingot or a non-ferrous metal plate product is an important task. This is because it is necessary to cut out a part of the non-ferrous metal lump to be sampled for analysis. In the conventional sampling of an analytical sample from a non-ferrous metal lump, the surface of the non-ferrous metallic lump is scraped off using a metalworking drill, and the chips are generally used as the analytical sample. Furthermore, it is also necessary to adjust the obtained analytical sample to a property suitable for analysis.
However, in the case of non-ferrous metal ingots, there is a partial variation depending on the casting method, and especially in the case of casting by the deferred pouring method in which the molten metal is poured into the mold for casting, variations easily occur in the depth of the mold and the casting direction. , Sampling from the surface may not be enough. In particular, in copper smelting, recently, recycled raw materials such as waste electronic devices and waste electric wires have come to be used, and non-ferrous metal ingots produced from such recycled raw materials may not have a uniform composition. is there.
Although the recycled raw material contains a large amount of copper, it also contains other metals. Another typical metal is iron. In the case of a copper ingot, the hardness tends to increase when other metals, for example, iron are contained in a large amount, and particularly when the iron grade exceeds 10% by weight, a general metalworking drill is used to remove the copper ingot. It may be difficult to cut deeper from the surface, and it was necessary to use a specially processed drill blade. Further, when it is difficult to sample the sample for analysis by using a specially processed drill blade for metalwork, the sample is crushed by an ion breaker for sampling.
Further, even when a specially processed drill blade is used, it requires a lot of labor for the drilling, and the work load is further increased when a plurality of samplings are required. Therefore, securing the required number of analytical samples is a difficult task. In addition, since the wear of the drill blade is severe, the purchase cost of the drill blade also increases. Furthermore, metals other than copper, for example, ingots such as Co and Ni have higher hardness than copper ingots, and sampling of an analysis sample from the electrolytic plate or the like is similarly laborious work.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of such problems, to efficiently and safely perform sampling of a sample for analysis from a non-ferrous metal lump such as a high hardness non-ferrous metal ingot or a non-ferrous metal plate product. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for preparing an analytical sample, which enables the preparation of the analytical sample at low cost.

In order to solve the above problems, the invention according to
According to the present invention, since the sample for analysis is sampled as a cylindrical lump by piercing the non-ferrous metal lump with a core drill, it is possible to sample not only from the surface of the non-ferrous metal lump but also from the inside, Even if there is a partial variation in the composition, it is possible to adjust the sample without any bias.
Further, according to the present invention, since the non-ferrous metal lump is perforated with the core drill, there is an effect that it is possible to significantly reduce the labor of the operator in sampling the sample for analysis. In addition, since there is no need to replace the blade of the drill or use a specially processed drill blade, there is an effect that the cost of sampling can be reduced.
Further, according to the present invention, since the cylindrical mass obtained by punching the core drill is crushed by pressing, there is an effect that a sample for analysis can be obtained efficiently, safely and in a short time. .. Further, since the crushed pieces crushed by the press are crushed, there is an effect that the sample for analysis can be easily adjusted to a size suitable for analysis.
Hereinafter, the method for preparing an analytical sample according to the present invention will be described in detail based on a preferred embodiment. FIG. 1 is a flow chart showing an embodiment of the method for preparing an analytical sample according to the present invention. Non-ferrous metal lumps to be sampled for analysis include, for example, ore as a raw material, non-ferrous metal ingots that are intermediate casting products, and non-ferrous metal plate products produced by electrolytic refining. However, here, a copper ingot will be described as an example. The
[Structure of sampling device for analysis sample]
Here, the configuration of the
The illustrated
The core drill 3 has a higher cutting edge durability than an ordinary drill and is suitable for drilling a metal having a high hardness. In the case of a normal drill, the force applied to the tip of the tip is large, so that wear and blade spillage are likely to occur, especially for metals with uneven hardness such as a copper ingot cast by the pouring method. If it is perforated with, the load is momentarily concentrated when it comes into contact with a soft part, resulting in blade spillage, so it cannot be used.
[Structure of mounting table 2]
The mounting table 2 is formed in a frame shape, and the
As shown in FIG. 4, the front-
Further, around the mounting table 2, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, an inspection table 4 used by the worker A or the like when inspecting the site is provided. The inspection table 4 is provided with a
[Structure of XY table 7]
Next, the configuration of the XY table 7 will be described. The XY table 7 is roughly provided with a
Further, the front-
[Structure of core drill 3]
Next, the configuration of the core drill 3 will be described. The core drill 3 is, for example, a drilling machine having a structure in which a diamond tip is provided at the tip of a cylindrical junk (base metal), and only the outer peripheral portion of the hole can be shaved to hollow out the central portion (core). The core drill 3 has a higher cutting edge durability than an ordinary drill and is suitable for drilling a metal having a high hardness. In the case of a normal drill, since the force applied to the tip of the tip is large, wear and spillage of the blade are likely to occur. It cannot be used for drilling with a drill because the load is momentarily concentrated when it comes into contact with a soft part, causing blade spillage.
As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the core drill 3 is roughly composed of a
[Method of preparing samples for analysis]
Next, a method for adjusting the sample for analysis will be described with reference to FIGS. First, the operator A operates the clamp handle 13 to widen the distance between the
Next, the operator A operates the
In the sampling, the operator A operates the left and right moving
Next, the worker A presses the three sampled samples for analysis with a press to crush them (step S2). When the
Next, the worker A crushes the crushed pieces obtained by using a crusher (not shown) (step S3). Since the cylindrical mass obtained by the
Next, the analytical sample crushed to a predetermined size by the crusher is reduced (step S4). "Fractionation" refers to preparing a sample for analysis by reducing the volume of a large sample by an appropriate method. As the reduction method, a general method such as the method specified in JISM8082 is adopted. The sample for analysis is adjusted as described above. The obtained analysis sample is analyzed by a predetermined analysis device (not shown). The worker can take charge of the above-described series of steps by himself, thus saving labor.
[Effect of Embodiment]
According to the analytical sample adjusting method of the present embodiment, since the
Further, when crushing with a crusher, by setting the pressing pressure to 500 kg/cm 2 or more, there is an effect that the cylindrical lump can be sufficiently crushed first.
Further, for the drilling, the core drill has an effect that the crushing of the press can be facilitated by using a drill having a diameter of 20 to 80 mm, and bending of the sample for analysis sampled can be prevented. Furthermore, by further crushing each crushed crushed piece so that the particle size is 20 mm or less, there is an effect that a sample that can be analyzed by an analyzer can be obtained.
Further, by selecting a copper ingot containing 5 to 30% by weight of iron, there is an effect that it can be crushed by pressing without being hindered by high malleability.
Next, examples and comparative examples of the method for preparing an analytical sample according to the present invention will be described.
[Example]
A
[Comparative Example 1]
Some of the copper ingots containing more than 90% by weight of copper and 1-2% by weight of iron were punched in the same manner as in the above example and then pressed.
[Comparative example 2]
A copper ingot containing 71% by weight of copper and 13% by weight of iron was crushed by an ion breaker and then roughly crushed by a drop hammer crusher, and this was adjusted to a particle size of 20 mm or less by the same roll crusher as in the example.
As a result of the above, in Comparative Example 1, the columnar mass cut out from the copper ingot had high malleability, and therefore could not be sufficiently crushed even when pressed. Further, in Comparative Example 2, although the particle size could be adjusted to 20 mm or less, the series of steps required 6 hours (in the above example, about 2 hours). Therefore, Comparative Example 2 is inconvenient in that the sample preparation becomes inefficient and the waiting time until analysis becomes longer as compared with the case where the primary crushing is performed by pressing in advance as in the present invention. It was
