Description

本発明の別の態様によれば、物質を局所的に適用する方法であって、該方法は、測定装置によってヒト又は動物被験体の皮膚の特性を測定するステップと、作動装置によってヒト又は動物被験体の皮膚の特性を変化させるステップと、塗布装置によって皮膚に物質を塗布するステップと、と含む方法が提供される。本発明のこれらの態様のいずれか1つは、本発明の上述したいずれかの態様の1つ以上の特徴を含むことができる。

Claims (15)
- 美容用物質の局所適用のための装置(10)であって、該装置は、
ヒト又は動物被験体の皮膚の特性を測定するように構成された、測定装置(52、54)と、
前記測定された前記皮膚の特性に応じて、前記皮膚への電気信号の印加によって、前記ヒト又は動物被験体の前記皮膚の浸透性を変化させるように構成された、作動装置(46、52)と、
前記皮膚の前記浸透性が所望の浸透性に変化した後に、美容用物質を前記皮膚に塗布するように構成された、塗布装置(62)と、
を備える装置において、
前記作動装置は、前記塗布装置が前記皮膚に物質を塗布している間、作動しないことによって、イオントフォレシス電流が前記皮膚を通って流れないことを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記作動装置は、さらに、前記皮膚に電流が流れないものである電位信号及び前記皮膚に電流が流れるものである電流信号の、前記皮膚への印加によって、前記皮膚の浸透性を変化させるようにし、
且つ、前記電位信号及び前記電流信号を、異なる時間に前記皮膚に印加するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記作動装置は、電流を流しやすく、それらの間に電位を発現するように作動する離間した部材を備え、前記作動装置は、該作動装置が前記皮膚に当接すると、前記離間した部材が、前記皮膚から電気的に絶縁されるように構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記離間した部材は、同じ平面内に配置され、それにより電極は、前記皮膚に当接し得る、平坦な表面を呈する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記作動装置は、パルスの形態の、電位信号を生成するように構成され、前記作動装置は、前記パルスがピーク値から徐々に減衰するように構成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記作動装置は、離間した電流印加部材を備え、該電流印加部材は電流を流し、前記電流印加部材が前記皮膚と接触すると、前記皮膚を介してそれらの間に電流を通すように作動する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記作動装置は、前記電流が前記皮膚に印加されている間は、前記電流が一定であるように構成される、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記電流印加部材に流れる電流を測定し、該測定された電流に応じて、前記作動装置によって前記皮膚に印加された電流を制御するように作動する電流制御回路を備える、請求項6又は7に記載の装置。
- 前記作動装置は、前記電流が前記皮膚に印加されている間、前記電流が50μA/cm2以下となるように構成される、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記作動装置は、前記電流が前記皮膚に印加されている間、前記電流が少なくとも1μA/cm2となるように構成される、請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 電流印加電極は、同じ平面内に配置され、それにより前記電流印加電極は、前記皮膚に当接し得る、平坦な表面を呈する、請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記塗布装置は、前記美容用物質の局所適用のための装置から、美容用物質を分配するように作動する物質アクチュエータと、美容用物質を保持するように構成されるリザーバとを備え、前記物質アクチュエータは、前記リザーバから美容用物質を分配するように作動する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記塗布装置は、美容用物質が分配される、少なくとも1つの分配開口を備え、前記少なくとも1つの分配開口は、前記測定装置及び前記作動装置のうちの少なくとも1つに隣接して配置される、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記局所適用のための装置のコンポーネントを収容して支持するハウジングを備え、前記ハウジングは片手で把持できるように構成される、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記測定装置、前記作動装置及び前記塗布装置を含むハウジングを更に備え、
前記作動装置は間隔が空く一対の作動電極を備え、前記作動電極は使用中前記皮膚に対して置かれ、前記作動電極が前記皮膚に前記電気信号を印加し、間隔が空く前記作動電極は同じ平面に配置され、間隔が空く前記作動電極は前記ハウジングの端部の平面表面に装着され、間隔が空く前記作動電極と前記ハウジングの前記端部とは前記皮膚に対して当接できる平面表面を形成する、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
