図2を参照すると、点火回路ユニット31は、イグニッションコイル311(一次巻線311a及び二次巻線311bを含む)と、直流電源312と、第一スイッチング素子313と、エネルギ追加投入回路322と、ダイオード318a,318b、及び318dと、ドライバ回路319と、を備えている。
Claims (7)
- 内燃機関(11)の排気系に設けられる触媒(41)を排気の熱を利用して暖機する触媒の暖機制御装置(32)であって、
前記内燃機関は、
燃焼室(11b)内に燃料を直接噴射する直噴式噴射弁(18)と、
前記燃焼室内で放電を実行する点火プラグ(19)と、
を備え、
前記暖機制御装置は、前記触媒を暖機する必要がある場合に、前記内燃機関の吸気行程で前記燃焼室内に燃料を供給した後、前記点火プラグにより連続的な放電又は複数回の放電を実行し、この放電を圧縮上死点を含む所定期間継続させ、前記所定期間中に前記直噴式噴射弁により燃料噴射を実行させることを特徴とする触媒の暖機制御装置。 - 前記所定期間は、前記所定期間中に前記直噴式噴射弁により実行される前記燃料噴射の噴射終了時期を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の触媒の暖機制御装置。
- 前記所定期間中に前記直噴式噴射弁により実行される前記燃料噴射の燃料噴射量は、前記直噴式噴射弁により噴射可能な最小噴射量であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の触媒の暖機制御装置。
- 前記暖機制御装置は、圧縮上死点よりも20°CA前から圧縮上死点までの期間に前記点火プラグに前記放電を開始させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の触媒の暖機制御装置。
- 前記直噴式噴射弁により噴射された燃料の噴霧が前記点火プラグで生じる初期火炎の方向へ直接向かうように、前記直噴式噴射弁が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の触媒の暖機制御装置。
- 前記暖機制御装置は、前記吸気行程において前記直噴式噴射弁により燃料の噴射を実行させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の触媒の暖機制御装置。
- 内燃機関(11)の排気系に設けられる触媒(41)を排気の熱を利用して暖機する触媒の暖機方法であって、
前記内燃機関は、
燃焼室(11b)内に燃料を直接噴射する直噴式噴射弁(18)と、
前記燃焼室内で放電を実行する点火プラグ(19)と、
を備え、
前記暖機方法は、前記触媒を暖機する必要がある場合に、前記内燃機関の吸気行程で前記燃焼室内に燃料を供給した後、前記点火プラグにより連続的な放電又は複数回の放電を実行し、この放電を圧縮上死点を含む所定期間継続させ、前記所定期間中に前記直噴式噴射弁により燃料噴射を実行させることを特徴とする触媒の暖機方法。
