Claims (4)
- 円筒状の側壁(31A,31B)を有した有底円筒状のロータケース(23A,23B)と、前記側壁(31A,31B)の内周に固定される磁性金属製のリング状のヨーク(24A,24B)と、射出成形で前記ヨーク(24A,24B)の内周面にモールド結合される樹脂ボンド永久磁石(25)とを備えるアウターロータ型電動機用ロータにおいて、前記ロータケース(23A,23B)の軸方向に延びる軸方向溝(37,57)が前記側壁(31A,31B)の内面の周方向に間隔をあけた複数箇所に形成され、前記ヨーク(24A,24B)に、当該ヨーク(24A,24B)の周方向で前記軸方向溝(37,57)に対応した複数箇所に配置される透孔(39)が形成されることを特徴とするアウターロータ型電動機用ロータ。
- 前記側壁(31A)の内面に、前記軸方向溝(37)に共通に連なって周方向に延びる周方向溝(38)が、全周にわたって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアウターロータ型電動機用ロータ。
- 前記側壁(31B)の内周の全周にわたって形成される凹部(56)に、前記ヨーク(24B)の全部もしくは一部が嵌合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアウターロータ型電動機用ロータ。
- 前記軸方向溝(37,57)が、前記側壁(31A,31B)の軸方向全長にわたって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のアウターロータ型電動機用ロータ。
