Claims (8)
- ハウジング(1)と、電動モータ(6)と、トランスミッション(12)と、上記トランスミッション(12)を介して上記電動モータ(6)に接続されたスピンドル(10)と、上記スピンドル(10)におけるスピンドル・ナット(13)と、後端が上記スピンドル・ナット(13)に連結された筒状調節要素(3)と、上記筒状調節要素(3)のためのガイド・チューブ(2)と、上記ガイド・チューブ(2)が取り付けブッシング(15)を介して固定されたシャーシ(7)と、を含み、上記ガイド・チューブ(2)の後端が上記取り付けブッシング(15)に固定された、リニア・アクチュエータであって、
上記ガイド・チューブ(2)を保持するために、上記取り付けブッシング(15)の外側から上記ガイド・チューブ(2)に食い込む凹入部(16)が設けられおり、上記凹入部(16)は上記取り付けブッシング(15)の内側に形成された溝(17)に突入するようにしたことを特徴とする、リニア・アクチュエータ。 - 上記ガイド・チューブ(2)の外径と上記取り付けブッシング(15)の内径とは、上記ガイド・チューブ(2)が上記取り付けブッシング(15)にぴったりと強制嵌合するように適合させられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニア・アクチュエータ。
- 上記取り付けブッシング(15)の後端は、雌ネジをもつネジ穴(19)を含む、半径方向に延びるフランジ(18)を有して形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニア・アクチュエータ。
- ガイド・チューブ(2)をもつ上記取り付けブッシング(15)は、上記シャーシ(7)と反対側の後部取付け部(4)に固定され、上記後部取り付け部(4)から上記シャーシ(7)を通って上記取り付けブッシング(15)におけるネジ穴(19)までネジ(20)が通されており、これによって上記後部取り付け部(4)と上記取り付けブッシング(15)とが上記シャーシ(7)を挟んで連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニア・アクチュエータ。
- 上記取り付けブッシング(15)は鋼製であり、上記ガイド・チューブ(2)はアルミニウムのような軽金属製であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニア・アクチュエータ。
- 上記シャーシは少なくとも1つのロック穴(25)を含み、かつ、上記電動モータの前端は上記ロック穴(25)との係合用に設けられた少なくとも1つのフラップ(29)を含み、これによって上記電動モータ(6)を上記シャーシ(7)に固定することができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニア・アクチュエータ。
- 上記シャーシ(7)は少なくとも1つの凹部(35)を含み、上記電動モータ(6)の前端は上記凹部との係合用に設けられた少なくとも1つの突出部(34)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のリニア・アクチュエータ。
- 上記シャーシ(7)は、少なくとも1つの貫通穴(23,24)を含み、上記電動モータ(6)の上記前端は固定手段(31,32)との係合用に設けられた少なくとも1つの穴を含み、上記固定手段(31,32)は上記貫通穴(23,24)に導入され、これによって上記電動モータ(6)が上記シャーシ(7)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニア・アクチュエータ。
