Claims (7)
- 底面が光透過性を有する試料容器に液体と共に担持された生試料を撮像対象物として撮像する撮像装置において、
前記試料容器を保持する保持手段と、
前記保持手段により保持される前記試料容器に対向配置され、物体側ハイパーセントリック特性を有する撮像光学系と、
前記撮像光学系により結像される前記撮像対象物の像を撮像する撮像素子と、
前記保持手段に保持される前記試料容器を挟んで前記撮像光学系とは反対側から、前記撮像対象物を照明する照明手段と
を備え、
前記照明手段は、光源と、前記光源が出射する光を集光して前記撮像対象物のある試料面に入射させる照明光学系とを有し、
前記照明光学系は、光軸が前記撮像光学系と同軸で、射出瞳位置が前記照明光学系と前記撮像光学系との間にあり、
前記保持手段は、前記射出瞳位置と前記撮像光学系との間に前記試料面を配置する撮像装置。 - 前記照明光学系の前記射出瞳位置と前記撮像光学系の入射瞳位置とが一致する請求項1に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記照明光学系の開口数が前記撮像光学系の開口数以上である請求項1または2に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記照明光学系は、前記光源からの光を集光するコレクタレンズと、前記コレクタレンズから出射される光を集光し前記試料面に向けて出射するコンデンサレンズとを有する請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の撮像装置。
- 前記光源が開口絞りを有する請求項4に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記コレクタレンズと前記コンデンサレンズとの間に視野絞りが設けられる請求項4または5に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記照明光学系は、
前記コレクタレンズと前記コンデンサレンズとの間に設けられたビームスプリッターと、
他の光源と、
前記他の光源が出射する光を集光し前記ビームスプリッターを介して前記コンデンサレンズに入射させる他のコレクタレンズと
を有し、前記他のコレクタレンズおよび前記コンデンサレンズが物体側テレセントリック光学系をなし、
前記光源および前記他の光源を選択的に点灯させる光源制御手段をさらに備える請求項4ないし6のいずれかに記載の撮像装置。
