Description

Claims (27)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置された電解質と、
前記ハウジング内に配置されたアノードと、
前記ハウジング内に配置されたカソードであって、
バーネサイト型二酸化マンガン(δ−MnO2)を含む酸化マンガン化合物と、
元素ビスマス、酸化ビスマスおよびビスマス塩からなる群から選択されるビスマス化合物と、
導電性炭素と、
元素銅、酸化銅および銅塩からなる群から選択される銅化合物と
を含むカソード材料を含むカソードと
を含むバッテリー。 - 前記カソード材料が、ニッケル、ニッケル塩、銀、銀塩、アルミニウム、アルミニウム塩、金、金塩、鉄、鉄塩、スズ、スズ塩、コバルト、コバルト塩、白金、白金塩、黄銅、青銅、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される導電性金属添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記導電性金属添加剤が、前記カソード材料中に0重量%超〜20重量%以下の濃度で存在している、請求項2に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記ビスマス化合物が酸化ビスマスであり、および前記銅化合物が元素銅である、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記銅化合物が酸化銅である、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記導電性炭素が、黒鉛、カーボンブラック、アセチレンブラック、単一壁カーボンナノチューブ、複数壁カーボンナノチューブ、グラフェン、グラフィン、酸化グラフェン、およびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記カソード材料が、0重量%超〜30重量%以下の前記導電性炭素、1〜20重量%の前記ビスマス化合物、1〜70重量%の前記銅化合物、0重量%超〜10重量%以下のバインダーから本質的になり、および残余が前記酸化マンガン化合物である、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記カソードが5〜95%の多孔度を有する、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記カソード材料が固体銅支持体に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 少なくとも10サイクルにわたり定電流で再充電可能である二次バッテリーである、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記アノードおよびカソードの間にポリマーセパレーターをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記ポリマーセパレーターが、セルロースフィルム、焼結ポリマーフィルム、親水性改質ポリオレフィン、またはそれらの組合せからなる群から選択されるポリマーを含む、請求項11に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記カソード材料がポリテトラフルオロエチレンバインダーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記カソード材料がセルロース系ヒドロゲルバインダーをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記バインダーが、メチルセルロース(MC)、カルボキシメチルセルロース(CMC)、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース(HPC)、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース(HPMC)、ヒドロキシエチルメチルセルロース(HEMC)およびカルボキシメチルヒドロキシエチルセルロースおよびヒドロキシエチルセルロース(HEC)からなる群から選択される、請求項14に記載のバッテリー。
- 前記バインダーが、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルアセテート、ポリアニリン、ポリビニルピロリドン、ポリフッ化ビニリデンおよびポリピロールからなる群から選択されるコポリマーと架橋される、請求項14に記載のバッテリー。
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置された電解質と、
前記ハウジング内に配置されたアノードと、
前記ハウジング内に配置されたカソードであって、
バーネサイト型二酸化マンガン(δ−MnO2)を含む酸化マンガン化合物と、
元素ビスマス、酸化ビスマスおよびビスマス塩からなる群から選択されるビスマス化合物と、
元素銅、酸化銅および銅塩からなる群から選択される銅化合物と
を含むカソード材料を含むカソードと
を含むバッテリー。 - 複数の成分を混合してカソードペーストを形成する工程であって、前記複数の成分が、
バーネサイト型二酸化マンガン(δ−MnO2)を含む酸化マンガン化合物と、
元素ビスマス、酸化ビスマスおよびビスマス塩からなる群から選択されるビスマス化合物と、
元素銅、酸化銅および銅塩からなる群から選択される銅化合物と
を含む、工程と、
前記カソードペーストをカソード集電体上に6.9×106〜1.4×108パスカルの圧力で加圧して加圧接合体を形成する工程と、
前記加圧接合体を乾燥させてカソードを製造する工程と
を含む、カソードを製造する方法。 - 前記複数の成分が導電性炭素をさらに含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の成分がバインダーをさらに含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 複数の成分を混合してカソードペーストを形成する工程であって、前記複数の成分が、
バーネサイト型二酸化マンガン(δ−MnO2)を含む酸化マンガン化合物と、
元素ビスマス、酸化ビスマスおよびビスマス塩からなる群から選択されるビスマス化合物と、
導電性炭素と
を含む、工程と、
前記カソードペーストを、元素銅を含むカソード集電体上に6.9×106〜1.4×108パスカルの圧力で同時に加圧して加圧接合体を形成する工程と、
前記加圧接合体を乾燥させてカソードを製造する工程と
を含む、カソードを製造する方法。 - カソードをハウジング内に配置する工程であって、前記カソードが、
バーネサイト型二酸化マンガン(δ−MnO2)を含む酸化マンガン化合物と、
元素ビスマス、酸化ビスマスおよびビスマス塩からなる群から選択されるビスマス化合物と、
導電性炭素と、
元素銅、酸化銅および銅塩からなる群から選択される銅化合物と
を含むカソード材料を含む、工程と、
アノードを前記ハウジング内に配置する工程と、
ポリマーセパレーターを形成する工程と、
前記ポリマーセパレーターを前記アノードと前記カソードとの間に配置する工程であって、それにより、前記アノードと前記カソードとが隔てられる、工程と、
アルカリ電解質を前記ハウジングに加える工程と
を含む、バッテリーを製造する方法。 - マンガン塩を酸化剤で酸化して、酸化されたマンガン塩を形成する工程と、
ビスマス塩および酸硝酸を前記酸化されたマンガン塩に添加する工程と、
80℃〜250℃の温度を1〜72時間にわたり維持する工程と
を含む、水熱反応を使用して前記バーネサイト型二酸化マンガンを形成する工程をさらに含む、請求項22に記載の方法。 - 銅塩を前記酸化されたマンガン塩に添加する工程をさらに含む、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 0〜10℃のアルカリ水酸化物の1〜10M冷却溶液中で0.5〜24時間にわたり塩化マンガンを塩化ビスマスおよび硝酸と混合することにより、前記バーネサイト型二酸化マンガンを形成する工程をさらに含む、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記塩化マンガンを混合する工程が、塩化銅を混合する工程をさらに含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記塩化マンガンを前記塩化ビスマス、前記塩化銅および前記硝酸と混合する工程が同時に行われる、請求項26に記載の方法。
