Conventionally, a bath system is known that has a water filling function that supplies a set amount of hot water to the bathtub, and a bathtub cleaning function that sprays hot water or cleaning liquid from the cleaning nozzle into the bathtub to wash off dirt adhering to the inner wall surface of the bathtub. (For example, see Patent Documents 1 to 4).

As shown in FIG. 5, the above-described conventional bath system having a water filling function and a bath washing function is a bathtub 1 having a bathtub fitting 11 and a washing nozzle 12, and a water heater having a burner 21 and a heat exchanger 22. 2, a bath cleaning device 8 that mixes the hot water generated by heating in the water heater 2 with the cleaning liquid and supplies the cleaning nozzle 11 of the bath 1, a water filling switch 51 that instructs the water filling operation, and a bath cleaning operation. The hot water supply operation terminal 5 has a plurality of operation switches such as the bathtub cleaning switch 52, and the bathtub fitting 11 is connected to the hot water supply bypass pipe line 23 of the water heater 2 via the outgoing pipe L4. The hot water filling bypass line 23 branches from the hot water outlet pipe in the water heater 2 that connects the heat exchanger 22 and the hot water supply pipe L2, and is connected to the outgoing pipe L4. The cleaning nozzle 12 is connected to the downstream end of the hot water outlet pipe line 81 of the bath cleaning device 8 via the cleaning pipe L6. On the other hand, the upstream end of the hot water outlet pipe 81 of the bath cleaning device 8 is connected to the hot water supply pipe L2.

A bypass opening / closing valve 24 capable of interrupting the supply of hot water from the heat exchanger 22 to the outgoing pipe L4 is provided in the hot water supply bypass pipe line 23 of the water heater 2. In addition, when water flow to the heat exchanger 22 is started, the hot water heater 2 ignites the burner 21 to heat the hot water in the heat exchanger 22, and sends hot water of a predetermined temperature to the hot water supply pipe L2. Hot water supply operation in which the hot water supply operation or the hot water supply operation terminal 5 issues an instruction to start the hot water filling operation, in which the bypass opening / closing valve 24 is opened to start water flow from the heat exchanger 22 to the outgoing pipe L4 The control circuit 2C is incorporated.

The bath cleaning device 8 includes a cleaning liquid tank 90 that can store the cleaning liquid. By the way, in recent years, in general hospitals and nursing facilities, there is an increasing demand for introducing a bath system having the above-described water filling function and bathtub cleaning function in order to reduce the labor burden on employees. However, in the case of such a large facility, in order to promptly supply hot water of a desired temperature to each hot water use destination, it is necessary to circulate hot water of a constant temperature from the water heater to the hot water supply pipes inside the facility. The so-called instant hot water supply system has been widely introduced, and the hot water supply device does not have a function of performing a hot water filling operation. Therefore, when introducing the above-mentioned conventional bath system, it was necessary to replace the existing water heater.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is a highly versatile bathtub cleaning device capable of constructing a bath system having a water filling function and a bathtub cleaning function using an existing water heater. To provide.

The present invention provides a cleaning hot water outlet conduit for guiding hot water generated by a heat source device to a cleaning nozzle provided in a bath, a hot water amount adjusting unit capable of adjusting the amount of hot water discharged from the cleaning hot water outlet conduit, and a cleaning liquid reservoir. It is equipped with a possible cleaning liquid tank, a cleaning liquid mixing conduit that guides the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank to the cleaning hot water discharge conduit, and a cleaning liquid amount adjustment unit that can adjust the amount of the cleaning liquid that is drawn from the cleaning liquid mixing conduit to the cleaning hot water discharge conduit. A bathtub cleaning device, which is provided so as to branch from the cleaning hot water discharge pipe line and guides the hot water supplied to the wash hot water discharge pipe line to the bathtub hot water supply port and the hot water discharge pipe line from the cleaning hot water discharge pipe line. A flow path switching unit that can block the flow of hot water to the pipeline is not provided, and an opening / closing valve that can block the flow of water is not provided downstream of the branch portion with the hot water discharge pipeline in the cleaning hot water pipeline. An open / close valve that can block water flow is installed in the hot water discharge pipe line as the flow path switching unit. It was those.

In this type, in the bathtub cleaning device, the hot water generated by the heat source machine is supplied to the cleaning nozzle together with the cleaning liquid in the cleaning solution tank to the cleaning nozzle via the cleaning hot water discharge pipe, and the hot water generated by the heat source machine is heated. Since it is possible to perform a hot water filling operation that supplies water from the washing hot water supply pipe to the bathtub hot water supply port via the hot water discharge hot water pipe, even using an existing water heater that is not equipped with a function for executing the hot water filling operation, It is possible to build a bath system with a water filling function and a bathtub cleaning function.
Moreover, in this one, an opening / closing valve is not provided at the downstream side of the branch portion with the hot water discharge pipe line in the washing hot water discharge pipe line, but an open / close valve is provided at the hot water discharge pipe line branched from the cleaning hot water discharge pipe line, By opening the on-off valve, the hot water supplied to the washing hot water outlet conduit is configured to be guided to the bathtub hot water supply port side, so the hot water supplied to the wash hot water outlet conduit is guided to the hot water outlet hot water outlet conduit. The structure of the entire bath cleaning device can be simplified as compared with a case where a three-way branch valve is provided as a flow path switching unit at the branch between the wash hot water discharge pipe and the hot water discharge hot water discharge pipe line.

Preferably, in the bathtub cleaning device, a temperature control water supply conduit for guiding water from the water supply pipe to the cleaning hot water supply pipe, a water amount adjusting unit capable of adjusting the amount of water supplied from the water supply pipe to the cleaning hot water supply pipe, and the cleaning hot water. A hot water amount adjusting unit and a temperature adjusting control unit that adjusts a mixing ratio of hot water and water supplied to the pipeline by the hot water amount adjusting unit and the water amount adjusting unit.

With this, the hot water supplied from the heat source unit and the water supplied from the water supply pipe can be adjusted to supply to the bathtub hot water supply port and the cleaning nozzle, so the hot water temperature cannot be changed freely. Even if a heat source device such as a water heater or a solar water heater with a different configuration is used, a bath system having a water filling function and a bathtub cleaning function can be constructed.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a highly versatile bathtub cleaning device capable of constructing a bath system having a water filling function and a bathtub cleaning function using an existing water heater. .

Further, the wash water filling control circuit 3C is an operation determination unit that monitors the operating state of the wash water filling operation terminal 5, and when the wash water filling operation terminal 5 issues an instruction to start the water filling operation, the hot water supply pipe L2 When an instruction to start a bathtub washing operation is given from the washing hot water filling operation terminal 5, the hot water filling operation execution unit that starts passing water to the hot water pipe L5 side, the hot water supply pipe L2 from the hot water supply pipe L2 to the hot water pipe L6 side is passed. It has a circuit configuration such as a bath cleaning operation execution unit for starting the cleaning liquid and appropriately introducing the cleaning liquid from the cleaning liquid mixing conduit 41 to the hot water outlet conduit 31. The user can arbitrarily change the amount of filling the bathtub 1 in the filling operation and the number of times the washing process is repeated in the washing operation (the number of washings) in the filling operation, which will be described later, using the washing filling operation terminal 5. .

The washing water filling operation terminal 5 is used to selectively set the operation switch 50, the water filling switch 51 for instructing the start of the water filling operation, the bath washing switch 52 for instructing the start of the bath washing operation, and the washing mode in the bath washing operation. A mode selector switch 53, an adjustment switch 54 for adjusting settings such as the amount of water filling and the number of times of cleaning are provided.

In addition, the water filling operation terminal 5 displays a display unit 55 that displays the operating state of the bathtub cleaning device 3 and the set operating conditions, and a voice that notifies the operator that the water filling operation and the bathtub washing operation have ended. And an output unit 56.

The control operation of the bath system during the filling operation and the bath washing operation will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG. When the operation instruction operation is performed on the hot water supply operation terminal 7 in the following hot water filling operation and bath cleaning operation, the water heater 2 enters the hot water supply standby state. On the other hand, when the operation switch 50 of the flush water filling operation terminal 5 is turned on and the operation of the bath cleaning device 3 is instructed, the main control program of the flush water filling control circuit 3C is activated to perform the water filling operation or bath washing. The operation can be executed.

(ST1〜ST4)。   When the bath switch cleaning switch 52 is not turned on after the operation switch 50 is turned on and the water filling switch 51 is turned on (Yes in step ST2), the automatic drain plug 13 is closed and The cleaning hot water filling switching valve 43 is switched to the “hot water filling side”, the hot water amount adjusting valve 47 is adjusted to the set opening for hot water filling, and the hot water outlet opening / closing valve 45 is opened. As a result, the hot water outlet path for hot water filling, which is connected from the hot water supply pipe L2 to the hot water filling pipe L5, is opened (ST1 to ST4).

(ST5)。   When the hot water outlet path for hot water filling is opened, water flow from the water supply pipe L1 to the heat exchanger 22 of the water heater 2 is started. When the amount of water detected by the water amount sensor in the water heater 2 exceeds a predetermined amount, the burner 21 is ignited. As a result, hot water of a predetermined temperature is supplied from the water heater 2 to the bathtub fitting 11 through the hot water outlet path for filling the bath and is gradually stored in the bathtub 1 (ST5).

(ST6〜ST7)。   If the integrated value of the amount of water detected by the hot water amount sensor 46 reaches the preset water filling amount at the washing hot water filling operation terminal 5 after the start of the hot water filling operation in step ST5 (Yes in step ST6). The completion of the tensioning operation is displayed on the display unit 55, and the voice output unit 56 notifies by voice to end the hot water tensioning operation (ST6 to ST7).

(ST8)。   On the other hand, when the bath cleaning switch 52 is turned on after the operation switch 50 is turned on (Yes in step ST1), the automatic drain plug 13 is opened to drain hot water accumulated in the bath 1. (ST8).

(ST9〜ST10)。   When the preset drainage time elapses after opening the automatic drain plug 13 (Yes in step ST9), the cleaning hot water filling switching valve 43 is switched to the "cleaning side" to clean the hot water amount adjusting valve 47. Is adjusted to the set opening degree, and the hot water outlet opening / closing valve 45 is opened. As a result, the hot water supply path for bathtub cleaning, which is connected from the hot water supply pipe L2 to the cleaning pipe L6, is opened (ST9 to ST10).

The drainage time can be arbitrarily set and changed by the user using the washing water filling operation terminal 5 within a predetermined range (for example, 0 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes). In this way, the user sets the drainage time based on the amount of hot water remaining in the bathtub 1, whereby the time required for the bathtub washing operation can be shortened.

(ST11)。   When the hot water passage for washing the bathtub is opened, the water supply from the water supply pipe L1 to the heat exchanger 22 of the water heater 2 is started. When the amount of water detected by the water amount sensor in the water heater 2 exceeds a predetermined amount, the burner 21 is ignited. As a result, hot water of a predetermined temperature is supplied from the water heater 2 to the washing nozzle 12 through the hot water outlet path for bath washing, and is jetted toward the inner wall surface of the bath 1 (ST11).

In the present embodiment, as the bath washing operation in step ST11, after performing a "pre-washing step" in which hot water is sprayed for a predetermined time, a "washing step" in which a cleaning liquid is mixed with hot water and sprayed for a predetermined time is performed a predetermined number of times ( For example, it is performed three times, and a "rinsing step" in which only hot water is sprayed for a predetermined time is performed. In addition, the number of times the cleaning process is repeated, that is, the number of times of cleaning, can be arbitrarily set by the user within a predetermined range (for example, 1 to 5 times) by the cleaning water filling operation terminal 5 before the bath cleaning operation is started. You can change the setting.

(ST12〜ST13)。   When all the steps of the bathtub washing operation are completed (Yes in step ST12), the completion of the bathtub washing operation is displayed on the display unit 55, and the voice output unit 56 gives a voice notification (ST12-). ST13).

(ST14,ST3〜ST7)。   Further, when the hot water filling switch 51 is turned on by the time the bathtub cleaning operation is completed (Yes in step ST14), after the bathtub cleaning operation is completed, the steps ST3 to ST7 described above are continued. The hot water filling operation is performed (ST14, ST3 to ST7).

As described above, in the above bath system, the hot water generated by the hot water supply device 2 is supplied from the cleaning hot water supply pipe line 31 to the bathtub fitting 11 through the hot water supply pipe line 32, and the hot water supply device 2 heats the hot water. The bath cleaning operation of supplying the generated hot water together with the cleaning liquid to the cleaning nozzle 12 via the cleaning hot water outlet pipe 31 can be performed together in the bath cleaning device 3, and thus the existing hot water supply device like the water heater 2 can be used. Even if the water heater does not have a water filling function, a bath system having a water filling function and a bathtub cleaning function can be constructed. Therefore, versatility is high.

As shown in FIG. 3, a temperature control water supply conduit 35 that guides water from the water supply conduit L1 to the cleaning hot water supply conduit 31 is provided in the bathtub cleaning device 3, and the temperature control water supply conduit 35 further includes a water supply conduit. A water amount adjusting valve 48 as a water amount adjusting unit capable of adjusting the amount of water supplied from L1 to the wash hot water outlet pipe 31 is provided, and by the hot water amount adjusting valve 47 and the water amount adjusting valve 48 provided at the wash hot water outlet pipe 31 The configuration may be such that the mixing ratio of the hot water and the water led to the water filling pipe L5 or the cleaning pipe L6 can be adjusted.

More specifically, the upstream end of the temperature control water supply pipe 35 is connected to the water supply pipe L1, and the downstream end of the temperature adjustment water supply pipe 35 is located upstream of the hot water amount sensor 46 and downstream of the hot water amount adjusting valve 47 in the middle portion of the washing hot water supply pipe 31. Confluently connected to the position. A backflow prevention valve 67 for preventing backflow of water from the water supply pipe L1 to the hot water supply pipe L2 is provided on the upstream side of the hot water amount adjusting valve 47 in the wash hot water supply pipe line 31, and the temperature control water supply pipe line 35 is provided. A backflow prevention valve 68 for preventing the backflow of hot water from the hot water supply pipe L2 to the water supply pipe L1 is provided on the upstream side of the water amount adjustment valve 48 in FIG.

In this way, on the upstream side of the hot water amount sensor 46 in the washing hot water supply pipe 31, a hot water amount adjusting valve 47 capable of adjusting the amount of hot water introduced from the hot water supply pipe L2, and the amount of water introduced from the water supply pipe L1 can be adjusted. A hot and cold water mixing valve 30 including a water quantity adjusting valve 48 is provided, and the hot water temperature to the hot water filling pipe L5 or the cleaning pipe L6 is appropriately changed by adjusting the opening degree of each of the hot and cold water mixing valve 30. It

In this case, by adjusting the mixing ratio of the hot water supplied from the water heater 2 and the water supplied from the water supply pipe L1, for example, the hot water temperature at the time of filling the water is 42 ° C., the hot water temperature at the time of washing the bathtub. The temperature of the hot water supplied from the metal fitting 11 into the bath 1 (filling temperature) and the temperature of the hot water sprayed from the cleaning nozzle 12 into the bath 1 (cleaning temperature) can be changed appropriately. Therefore, even if a heat source device such as a water heater or a solar water heater that does not have a function for setting the hot water temperature is used, a bath system having a water filling function and a bath washing function can be constructed, and the versatility is even higher.

In each of the above-described embodiments, the cleaning hot water filling switching valve (three-way branch valve) 43 provided at the confluence portion 34 of the cleaning hot water discharging pipe line 31 and the hot water discharging hot water supplying pipe line 32 is used to clean the hot water discharging pipe line 31 from the hot water supply pipe L2. Although the hot water supplied to the cleaning pipe L6 side and the hot water filling pipe L5 side have been described as a derivable structure, as shown in FIG. A hot water filling opening / closing valve 49 capable of interrupting the flow of hot water from the washing hot water discharging pipe 31 to the hot water hot water discharging pipe 32 is provided on the downstream side of the confluence portion 34 in the hot water hot drawing pipe 32. By opening the valve 49, the hot water supplied from the hot water supply pipe L2 to the washing hot water discharge pipe line 31 is led to the hot water filling pipe L5 side, and closed to change the hot water supplied from the hot water supply pipe L2 to the washing hot water discharge pipe line 31. With a configuration that leads to the cleaning pipe L6 side Or it may be was.

In this device, an on-off valve (water filling on-off valve 49) having a simpler structure than the three-way branch valve is used for switching the hot water flow passage between the cleaning pipe L6 side and the water filling pipe L5 side. The structure of the entire device 3 can be simplified.

In addition, in each of the above-described embodiments, the automatic drain plug 13 is provided in the bathtub 1, and after the bathtub washing operation is finished, the filling operation is automatically performed. The invention may construct a bath system using the bathtub 1 provided with a manual drain plug. In this case, the water filling operation and the bathtub washing operation are not interlocked and are independently executed. That is, notification to that effect at the time when the tub cleaning operation is completed, then, the user manually closes the drain plug, if an instruction to start the water filling operation manually, is configured to transition to hot water filling operation It
