- 熱可塑性材料製のプリフォーム(2)から液状の充填物(21、21.1)で満たされた容器(11)を製造するための方法にして、
前記プリフォーム(2)がその変形前に熱的に調整され、またそれに続き、形成充填フェーズ中に形成充填ステーション(10)のモールド(37)内で圧力媒体としての前記充填物(21、21.1)を用いて前記容器(11)へと変形され、
前記充填物(21、21.1)が形成充填ヘッド(28)によって前記プリフォーム(2)内へと導入され、
前記形成充填ヘッド(28)が、前記形成充填ステーション(10)の前記モールド(37)内へプリフォーム(2)を供給及び装入することを可能とする静止位置から、前記プリフォーム(2)に対する密閉位置へと移動され、
前記プリフォーム(2)が、前記容器(11)へと変形される間に、特には少なくとも暫時的に、延伸ロッド(17)によって案内されまた軸方向に伸ばされ、
前記容器(11)が、前記形成充填フェーズの終了後、前記容器(11)が前記形成充填ステーション(10)から取り出される前に、封止キャップ(15)を用いて封止され、
前記封止キャップ(15)はキャップ供給装置(50)によって前記形成充填ステーション(10)の領域内へ供給される、
方法において、
前記形成充填ヘッド(28)が、前記形成充填フェーズの終了後、前記密閉位置から、前記容器(11)から間隔を置いた位置へ移動され、その後、前記封止キャップ(15)が、前記容器(11)と前記形成充填ヘッド(28)の間の領域へ供給され、またその後、前記容器(11)を少なくとも一時的に封止するために、前記封止キャップ(15)が前記形成充填ヘッド(28)によって容器長手方向(32)で前記容器(11)に対して押し付けられること、
前記形成充填ヘッド(28)が、その前記モールド(37)へ向けられた側で封止キャップ(15)用の収容装置を備えて形成されており、また、供された封止キャップ(15)へ向かっての収容移動を実行することによって、前記供された封止キャップ(15)を収容し、その際、収容された封止キャップ(15)はその後、前記容器(11)へ押し付けられること、及び、
前記収容装置が、前記形成充填ヘッド(28)に形成されている凹部(56)であり、当該凹部(56)は、それが封止キャップ(15)を傾かないように収容するように、寸法決定されていること、
を特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記キャップ供給装置(50)が位置決め可能な供給レール(52)を有しており、当該供給レール(52)上で前記封止キャップ(15)がスライドして前記形成充填ステーション(10)に供給され、その際、前記キャップ供給装置(50)は更に、好ましくは、前記封止キャップ(15)を前記供給レール(52)上で移動させるための載置指部(53)を有していること、
を特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の方法において、
前記封止キャップ(15)がネジ式封止キャップであること、
を特徴とする方法。 - 請求項3に記載の方法において、
前記形成充填ヘッド(28)が、回転可能なヘッド部分(28.2)を有しており、当該回転可能なヘッド部分(28.2)が、回転不能なヘッド部分(28.1)に回転可能に配設されており、また、前記回転不能なヘッド部分(28.1)に対する前記回転可能なヘッド部分(28.2)の回転を実行するための駆動装置を有していること、この駆動装置が特には、駆動手段(78)によって駆動されるギア(77)を備え互いに噛み合う複数のギア(76、77)として設計されていること、前記回転可能なヘッド部分(28.2)が特にはそれと固定的に接続されているギア(76)を有しており、当該ギア(76)が前記駆動手段(78)によって駆動されるギア(77)と係合的な干渉状態にあり、押し載せられた前記封止キャップ(15)が、前記容器(11)を最終的に封止するために、前記回転可能なキャップ部分(28.2)を用いて前記容器(11)に対して回転されること、
を特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の方法において、
前記形成充填ステーション(10)が回転する作業ホイール(9)に配設されており、当該作業ホイール(9)は製造駆動時には連続的に回転すること、
を特徴とする方法。 - 熱可塑性材料製のプリフォーム(2)から液状の充填物(21、21.1)で満たされた容器(11)を製造するための装置にして、
前記プリフォーム(2)を熱的に調整するための加熱区間(4)、モールド(37)を有する少なくとも1つの形成充填ステーション(10)、前記充填物(21、21.1)を準備するための少なくとも1つのタンク装置(20、20.1)、圧力下で前記プリフォーム(2)内へ前記充填物(21、21.1)を導入するための形成充填ヘッド(28)、好ましくは前記容器(11)への変形の間に少なくとも暫時前記プリフォーム(2)を案内及び軸方向に延伸するための延伸ロッド(17)、封止キャップ(15)を用いて前記容器(11)を封止するための封止装置(38)、前記形成充填ステーション(10)へ前記封止キャップ(15)を供給するためのキャップ供給装置(50)、を備えている装置において、
前記容器(11)を少なくとも一時的に封止するため、前記形成充填ヘッド(28)が、少なくとも部分的に前記容器(11)へ前記封止キャップ(15)を押しかぶせるために、形成及び制御されていること、
前記形成充填ヘッド(28)がその前記モールド(37)に向けられた側に封止キャップ(15)用の収容装置を備えて形成されており、前記形成充填ヘッド(28)が、供給された前記封止キャップ(15)の収容移動を実行するため及び前記封止キャップ(15)を収容するために、形成及び制御されていること、及び、
前記収容装置が形成充填ヘッド(28)に形成された凹部(56)であって、当該凹部(56)は、それが封止キャップ(15)を傾かないように収容するように、寸法決定されていること、
を特徴とする装置。 - 請求項6に記載の装置において、
少なくとも1つの前記形成充填ステーション(10)が回転する作業ホイール(9)に配設されており、当該作業ホイール(9)が製造駆動時には連続的に回転するように設計されていること、
を特徴とする装置。 - 請求項6又は7に記載の装置において、
前記キャップ供給装置(50)が位置決め可能な供給レール(52)を有しており、当該供給レール(52)上では前記封止キャップ(15)がスライドして前記形成充填ステーション(10)に供給可能であり、前記キャップ供給装置(50)は更に、好ましくは、前記供給レール(52)上で前記封止キャップ(15)を移動させるための載置指部(53)を有していること、
を特徴とする装置。 - 請求項6から8の何れか一項に記載の装置において、
前記封止キャップ(15)がネジ式封止キャップであること、
を特徴とする装置。 - 請求項9に記載の装置において、
前記形成充填ヘッド(28)が、回転可能なヘッド部分(28.2)を有しており、当該回転可能なヘッド部分(28.2)が、回転不能なヘッド部分(28.1)に回転可能に配設されておりまた前記回転不能なヘッド部分(28.1)に対する前記回転可能なヘッド部分(28.2)の回転を実行するための駆動装置を有していること、この駆動装置が特には、駆動手段(78)によって駆動されるギア(77)を備え互いに噛み合う複数のギア(76、77)として設計されていること、前記回転可能なヘッド部分(28.2)が特にはそれと固定的に接続されているギア(76)を有しており、当該ギア(76)が前記駆動手段(78)によって駆動されるギア(77)と係合的な干渉状態にあること、
