Description
以下、本発明を具体化した実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。本実施形態では、エンジン10(内燃機関)を駆動源として走行する車両に搭載され、当該車両の各種機器に電力を供給する車載電源システムに具体化している。エンジン10は、いわゆるアイドリングストップ機能を有しており、自動停止及び再始動を実行可能に構成されている。
図7に示すように、最新の内部抵抗値Rsがそれ以前に算出された内部抵抗値Rsに対して所定以上の誤差を有するものである場合、自動停止の許可判定を適切に行うことができない。そこで、第2実施形態では、許可判定部53は、最新の内部抵抗値Rsが所定以上の誤差を有すると判定された場合に、最新の内部抵抗値Rsに基づいて自動停止の許可をしないこととしている。以下、詳しく説明する。
リチウムイオン蓄電池12の内部抵抗値Rsは、リチウムイオン蓄電池12の状態変化により、変化する可能性がある。例えば、リチウムイオン蓄電池12のSOC又は温度が変化した場合、変化する可能性がある。このため、最新の内部抵抗値Rsの算出時から、自動停止の許可判定までの期間が長い場合、その期間において、SOC及び温度の変化により、実際の内部抵抗値Rsと、算出された内部抵抗値Rsの誤差が大きくなる可能性がある。この場合、自動停止の許可判定を適切に行えないおそれがある。
リチウムイオン蓄電池12の内部抵抗値Rsは、リチウムイオン蓄電池12の状態変化により、変化する可能性がある。例えば、リチウムイオン蓄電池12のSOC又は温度が変化した場合、変化する可能性がある。このため、最新の内部抵抗値Rsの算出時から、自動停止の許可判定までの期間が長い場合、その期間において、SOC及び温度の変化により、実際の内部抵抗値Rsと、算出された内部抵抗値Rsの誤差が大きくなる可能性がある。この場合、自動停止の許可判定を適切に行えないおそれがある。
本発明は、上記実施形態に限定されず、例えば以下のように実施してもよい。なお、以下では、各実施形態で互いに同一又は均等である部分には同一符号を付しており、同一符号の部分についてはその説明を援用する。
Claims (10)
- エンジン(10)の自動停止及び再始動が行われる車両に搭載され、回生発電及び力行駆動の各機能を有し、かつ、前記エンジンの出力軸に連結されている回転電機(14)に対して蓄電池(12)が接続されている電源システムに適用される制御装置(50,61)において、
前記蓄電池の電流及び電圧を取得する取得部(51)と、
前記回転電機により回生発電又は力行駆動が行われる場合、前記蓄電池の電流及び電圧に基づき、前記蓄電池の内部抵抗値を算出する算出部(52)と、
前記エンジンの自動停止状態となった後において前記回転電機の力行駆動によるエンジンの再始動が可能か否かに応じて、当該自動停止を許可する許可判定部(53)と、を備え、
前記許可判定部は、前記エンジンが自動停止状態となる前において、前記回生発電又は前記力行駆動の都度算出された前記内部抵抗値のうち最新の内部抵抗値に基づいて、前記自動停止の許可判定を実施し、
前記最新の内部抵抗値がそれ以前に算出された前記内部抵抗値に対して所定以上の誤差を有するものであるか否かを判定する誤差判定部(50)を備え、
前記許可判定部は、前記最新の内部抵抗値が所定以上の誤差を有すると判定された場合に、前記最新の内部抵抗値に基づいて前記自動停止を許可しない制御装置。 - エンジン(10)の自動停止及び再始動が行われる車両に搭載され、回生発電及び力行駆動の各機能を有し、かつ、前記エンジンの出力軸に連結されている回転電機(14)に対して蓄電池(12)が接続されている電源システムに適用される制御装置(50,61)において、
前記蓄電池の電流及び電圧を取得する取得部(51)と、
前記回転電機により回生発電又は力行駆動が行われる場合、前記蓄電池の電流及び電圧に基づき、前記蓄電池の内部抵抗値を算出する算出部(52)と、
前記エンジンの自動停止状態となった後において前記回転電機の力行駆動によるエンジンの再始動が可能か否かに応じて、当該自動停止を許可する許可判定部(53)と、を備え、
前記許可判定部は、前記エンジンが自動停止状態となる前において、前記回生発電又は前記力行駆動の都度算出された前記内部抵抗値のうち最新の内部抵抗値に基づいて、前記自動停止の許可判定を実施し、
前記回生発電の実施時に前記蓄電池において分極が生じていたか否かを判定する分極判定部(50)を備え、
前記許可判定部は、前記最新の内部抵抗値が算出された際の回生発電の実施時に前記分極が生じていたと判定された場合に、前記最新の内部抵抗値に基づいて前記自動停止の許可をしない制御装置。 - 前記回生発電の実施時に前記蓄電池において分極が生じていたか否かを判定する分極判定部(50)を備え、
前記許可判定部は、前記最新の内部抵抗値が算出された際の回生発電の実施時に前記分極が生じていたと判定された場合に、前記最新の内部抵抗値に基づいて前記自動停止の許可をしない請求項1に記載の制御装置。 - エンジン(10)の自動停止及び再始動が行われる車両に搭載され、回生発電及び力行駆動の各機能を有し、かつ、前記エンジンの出力軸に連結されている回転電機(14)に対して蓄電池(12)が接続されている電源システムに適用される制御装置(50,61)において、
前記蓄電池の電流及び電圧を取得する取得部(51)と、
前記回転電機により回生発電又は力行駆動が行われる場合、前記蓄電池の電流及び電圧に基づき、前記蓄電池の内部抵抗値を算出する算出部(52)と、
前記エンジンの自動停止状態となった後において前記回転電機の力行駆動によるエンジンの再始動が可能か否かに応じて、当該自動停止を許可する許可判定部(53)と、を備え、
前記許可判定部は、前記エンジンが自動停止状態となる前において、前記回生発電又は前記力行駆動の都度算出された前記内部抵抗値のうち最新の内部抵抗値に基づいて、前記自動停止の許可判定を実施し、
前記自動停止の許可判定に用いる前記内部抵抗値の算出時から現時点までの前記蓄電池の状態変化が所定以上であることを判定する状態判定部(50)を備え、
前記許可判定部は、前記蓄電池の状態変化が所定以上であると判定された場合に、前記自動停止の実施を許可しない制御装置。 - 前記自動停止の許可判定に用いる前記内部抵抗値の算出時から現時点までの前記蓄電池の状態変化が所定以上であることを判定する状態判定部(50)を備え、
前記許可判定部は、前記蓄電池の状態変化が所定以上であると判定された場合に、前記自動停止の実施を許可しない請求項1〜3のうちいずれか1項に記載の制御装置。 - 前記状態判定部は、前記自動停止の許可判定に用いる前記内部抵抗値の算出時から現時点までにおいて経過時間が所定以上であること、前記蓄電池の温度変化が所定以上であること、前記蓄電池の残存容量の変化が所定以上であることの少なくともいずれかに基づいて、前記蓄電池の状態変化が所定以上であることを判定する請求項4又は5に記載の制御装置。
- 前記自動停止の条件に車速が所定値以下になることが含まれており、
前記許可判定部は、前記車両の減速時において前記車速が所定値以下になる前に行われた回生発電又は力行駆動で前記算出部により算出された内部抵抗値を前記最新の内部抵抗値として、前記自動停止の許可判定を実施する請求項1〜6のうちいずれか1項に記載の制御装置。 - 前記許可判定部は、前記最新の内部抵抗値を含む複数の内部抵抗値に基づき、前記自動停止の許可判定を実施する請求項1〜7のうちいずれか1項に記載の制御装置。
- 前記許可判定部は、前記複数の内部抵抗値による平均値又はなまし値を算出し、算出された値に基づき、前記自動停止の許可判定を実施する請求項8に記載の制御装置。
- 前記許可判定部は、前記自動停止の許可判定に用いる前記内部抵抗値の算出時から現時点までの前記蓄電池の状態変化に基づいて当該内部抵抗値を補正し、その補正後の内部抵抗値に基づいて、前記自動停止の許可判定を実施する請求項1〜9のうちいずれか1項に記載の制御装置。
