Claims (18)
- ハウジングブロック(52)と、前記ハウジングブロック(52)に構成され、長軸(L)に沿ってアライメントされた、ポンプ吸込側およびポンプ圧力側を備えるポンプ(30)を収容するためのポンプ収容部(50)と、前記ポンプ圧力側の領域で前記ポンプ収容部(50)と交差する第1の流体通路(80)とを有する、スリップコントロール可能な車両ブレーキ設備のための液圧ユニット(10)において、
前記ポンプ圧力側の領域で前記ポンプ収容部(50)に連通する第2の流体通路(82)と、前記両方の流体通路(80,82)の連通個所の間で前記ポンプ収容部(50)に構成された、前記両方の流体通路(80,82)を相互に封止する第1の分離個所(100)とを有し、
前記ハウジングブロック(52)に、前記第1の流体通路(80)および前記第2の流体通路(82)が流入連通する、減衰器部材(44)のための減衰器収容部(90)が配置されていて、
前記減衰器部材(44)が有する減衰器ピストン(92)によって供給弁(96)が遮断位置になると、前記供給弁(96)が前記供給弁(96)を介して前記第2の流体通路(82)から前記第1の流体通路へ延びる圧媒接続を遮断することを特徴とする液圧ユニット。 - 前記供給弁(96)が前記遮断位置である間、前記減衰器部材(44)はこれに付属する前記減衰器収容部(90)とともに前記両方の流体通路(80,82)を相互に封止する第2の分離個所(102)を構成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液圧ユニット。

- 少なくとも前記第1の分離個所(100)は前記ハウジングブロック(52)の前記ポンプ収容部(50)と前記ユニット構成部品(68;54)との摩擦接合および/または形状接合によって構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の液圧ユニット。
- 前記摩擦接合箇所は前記ポンプ収容部(50)への前記ユニット構成部品(68;54)の押込み部、または収縮嵌め部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の液圧ユニット。
- 前記ポンプ収容部(50)での前記ユニット構成部品(68;54)の摩擦接合および/または形状接合は前記ユニット構成部品(68;54)および/または前記ポンプ収容部(50)の壁部にある少なくとも1つの切断エッジ(118)によって成立し、少なくとも1つの前記切断エッジ(118)によって成立する前記摩擦接合箇所または前記形状接合箇所は前記ポンプ収容部(50)の壁部および/または前記ユニット構成部品(68;54)の材料からなる可塑変形部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の液圧ユニット。
- 前記ポンプ収容部(50)での前記ユニット構成部品(68;54)の摩擦接合および/または形状接合は、環状に周回する少なくとも1つの切断エッジ(118)と、当該切断エッジ(118)に後置されて環状に周回する、前記ユニット構成部品(68;54)および/または前記ポンプ収容部(50)にある溝(120)とによって成立し、少なくとも1つの前記切断エッジ(118)によって成立する前記摩擦接合箇所または前記形状接合箇所は前記ポンプ収容部(50)の壁部および/または前記ユニット構成部品(68;54)の材料の前記溝(120)の中への押し除け部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の液圧ユニット。
- 前記第1の流体通路(80)は車両ブレーキ設備のブレーキ回路の取込弁(18)と切換弁(24)を接続し、スロットル個所がなく、圧媒を少なくとも区域的に前記ユニット構成部品(68;54)ならびに前記減衰器部材(44)の周囲に案内し、
前記ポンプ(30)の圧力側は前記第2の流体通路(82)に連通し、前記第2の流体通路(82)に前記減衰器部材(44)が接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項3から8のいずれか1項に記載の液圧ユニット。 - 前記第1の分離個所(100)に少なくとも1つのシール装置(130)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の液圧ユニット。
