Description

1つの実施形態では、変換器は、選択された位置において骨を薄くするようにさらに構成される。
いくつかの実施形態では、装置は骨の髄腔内に挿入するように構成された髄内釘を備える。変換器は、髄内釘の中の係止孔に近接して髄内釘の内部に取り付けられ、それにより選択された位置で係止孔と整列して髄腔の内壁に係合する。
Claims (9)
- 手術用装置であって、
生体の身体内の骨の内側の空洞に挿入され、そして前記空洞内の選択された位置で前記空洞の内壁と係合するように構成された変換器と;
前記変換器に駆動信号を印加して、前記選択された位置において前記骨のエコー源性運動を引き起こすように接続される、駆動回路と;
前記骨に近接して前記身体の表面に適用され、そして前記骨の運動に起因する音響変調を示す検出信号を出力するように構成された音響プローブと;そして
前記検出信号に応答して、位置の表示を生成し出力するように構成されるプロセッサと;
を有することを特徴とする、手術用装置。 - 前記変換器は、圧電結晶を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記変換器は、機械的振動子を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記変換器は、熱エネルギーのパルスを前記内壁に印加するように構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記変換器は、前記選択された位置において前記骨を薄くするようにさらに構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記骨の髄腔内に挿入するように構成された髄内釘を備え、
前記変換器は、前記髄内釘の中の係止孔に近接して前記髄内釘の内部に取り付けられ、それにより前記選択された位置で前記係止孔と整列して前記髄腔の内壁に係合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記空洞内に挿入するように構成された細長いシャフトを備え、前記変換器が前記シャフトの遠位端に固定される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記音響プローブは、超音波を前記骨に向かって指向させ、そして前記音響変調を前記超音波のドップラーシフトとして検出するように構成される超音波変換器を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1−7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記検出信号に応答して、前記位置において前記骨を貫通する孔を形成するために、外科用ツールを前記骨に適用するための位置および方向を表示するように構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1−7のいずれかに記載の装置。
