図7に示す変形例1では、溝22による格子の幅X1が、基材シート50の織り目の幅X2よりも小さく設定されている。このように、溝22の格子幅X1を織り目幅X2よりも小さく設定することで、隣り合う織り目55の間に、一つ以上の溝22を確実に配置させることができる。なお、図7では、全ての溝22が、織り目55に重ならないように配置されているが、溝22の一部が織り目55と重なって配置されてもよい。なお、縦糸52の方向(又は横糸54の方向)において、単位長さ当たりの横溝22B(又は縦溝22A)の数が織り目の数の2倍以上になることが好ましい。
図8及び図9に示す変形例2では、溝22が、縦糸52及び横糸54の延びる方向とは異なる2方向に延びている。具体的には、縦方向及び横方向に対して交差する第1の方向に延びる複数の第1の溝24Aと、これに直交する第2の方向に延びる複数の第2の溝24Bとを有する。図示例では、第1の溝24A及び第2の溝24Bが、縦方向及び横方向に対して約45度の角度で傾斜しており、溝22の交差部分23が、縦方向及び横方向において隣り合う織り目55の間に位置するように配置されている。
図10に示す変形例3では、格子状の溝22が、交差部分23で非連続になっており、この非連続部分に貫通孔26が形成されている。変形例3のように、溝22は、非連続状態で2方向に延びていてもよい。このように、溝22を非連続の直線状とすることで、マトリックス樹脂40を溝22の延在方向に沿って流れやすくしながら、流れ込み量を調整することができる。

Claims (5)
- 成形型の下金型に、透明フィルムを最外層とし、その上に繊維織物からなる基材シートを重ねて載置する載置工程と、
上金型を閉じて上下金型内にマトリックス樹脂を注入する樹脂注入工程と、を含む繊維強化樹脂体の製造方法において、
前記透明フィルムは、前記基材シートとの対向面に複数の溝を有し、
前記載置工程において、前記溝が、前記基材シートの隣り合う織り目の間に位置するように積層されることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂体の製造方法。 - 前記透明フィルムは、表面に多数の微細な貫通孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の繊維強化樹脂体の製造方法。
- 前記透明フィルムの溝は格子状に形成されており、格子の幅は、前記基材シートの織り目の幅と同等又は織り目の幅よりも小さく設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の繊維強化樹脂体の製造方法。
- 前記透明フィルムは、格子状に形成された溝の交差部に貫通孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の繊維強化樹脂体の製造方法。
- 表層に繊維織物からなる基材シートを有するとともにマトリックス樹脂が充填された繊維強化樹脂層と、
該繊維強化樹脂層の表層を覆って最外層を形成し、前記繊維強化樹脂層と一体成形された透明フィルムと、を備えた繊維強化樹脂体において、
前記透明フィルムは、前記基材シートとの対向面に複数の溝を有し、
該溝は、少なくとも前記基材シートの隣り合う織り目の間に位置し、該溝の内部に前記マトリックス樹脂が充填されていることを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂体。
