Claims (10)
- 絶縁層と、
前記絶縁層の一方の側に長手方向を第1方向に向けて並置された複数の第1抵抗部と、
前記絶縁層の他方の側に長手方向を前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に向けて並置された複数の第2抵抗部と、
各々の前記第1抵抗部及び各々の前記第2抵抗部の両端部に設けられた1対の電極と、を有し、
前記第1抵抗部及び前記第2抵抗部は、アルファクロムを主成分とするCr混相膜から形成され、
前記第1抵抗部及び/又は前記第2抵抗部が押圧されると、押圧された前記第1抵抗部及び/又は前記第2抵抗部の前記1対の電極間の抵抗値が押圧力の大きさに応じて連続的に変化する入力装置。 - 各々の前記第1抵抗部及び各々の前記第2抵抗部は、前記1対の電極の間に形成されたジグザグのパターンである請求項1に記載の入力装置。
