Description
The present invention relates to an analyzer, a method, a program, and a medium in which the viscoelasticity of a molded product, particularly, a molded product molded by injection molding, injection compression molding, or transfer molding is considered.
It is very important to perform numerical simulation in advance to reduce the number of molding trials and molds to reduce product cost and delivery time, and to search for optimal molding conditions. is there.
However, it is not sufficient to simply perform a simulation, and it is important to perform a numerical calculation in consideration of a physical phenomenon in molding and physical properties of a material to be molded. As an effective technique, Patent Literature 1 to
For example, in Patent Document 1, for a molded product manufactured by an injection molding method, a compression molding method, or an injection compression molding method, a temperature change of a mold and a molded product in a very short time according to a history of the manufacturing time is measured. Calculated by the calculating means, the amount of thermal strain generated in the mold and the molded article corresponding to the temperature change calculated by the temperature change calculating means is calculated by the thermal strain calculating means, and calculated by the thermal strain calculating means. The internal stress of the molded article is calculated by the internal stress calculation means from the calculated thermal strain amount and the stress relaxation data based on the time-temperature conversion rule stored in the data storage unit, and based on the internal stress calculation result, the molded article Of the finished shape of a molded article, in which the final shape of the molded product is predicted by the final shape prediction means.
The method of Patent Literature 1 performs a viscoelasticity test in a solid phase of a molding material at a glass transition point or lower and a viscoelasticity test in a molten phase of a glass transition point or higher, and joins the data of both to continue. The master curve of the relaxation modulus and the temperature shift factor introducing the time-temperature conversion rule are stored in the data storage unit. Then, the thermal strain during a very short time is reflected by the ribbon phenomena caused by the lapse of time of the stress generated thereby, and the history of the temperature and pressure during cooling is integrated by integrating the history over the entire cooling time. I am handling it. By using the method of Patent Document 1, it is possible to almost accurately evaluate the change in shape corresponding to the length of the cooling time, the level of the cooling water, or the magnitude of the molding pressure. It is possible to predict and set the optimum molding conditions for the mold without performing the molding work, and to predict the processing accuracy of the molded product before actually manufacturing the mold, Because it is possible to predict the capacity, it is possible to avoid repair work of molds, rebuilding, or replenishment of equipment, etc., and it is possible to reduce a large load economically and timely. It is shown.
However, in general, in order to execute the viscoelastic analysis shown in Patent Documents 1 to 10, it is necessary to perform convolution integration in consideration of the history. Therefore, a memory for storing mechanical property data such as displacement, strain, and stress is extremely required. The problem is that the calculation time of the nonlinear analysis becomes too long, that it is difficult to perform efficient parallel calculation, and that the calculation becomes unstable.
Furthermore, when the molded product has a complicated shape, the size of the calculation mesh becomes large, and the viscoelastic analysis using the whole matrix for all the steps of the non-linear analysis requires a huge calculation time. there were.

The viscoelastic physical properties for the viscoelastic structure analysis in
Next, the computer 1 such as a computer or a workstation analyzes the time-dependent change in strain for each of the plurality of nodes constituting the mesh in
First, as an initial state, time is set to 0 and step is set to 0 (step 23). While the step proceeds from step = (N−1) to step = N, a viscoelastic analysis for analyzing a temporal change in strain is individually performed on each of a plurality of nodes constituting the mesh (step 24). Proceeding from step = (N-1) to step = N, the elapsed time .DELTA.t N has passed, a time t N (step 25).
Here, an example of formulation of the viscoelastic properties is shown in equation (1). The elastic modulus E has an initial value (instantaneous elastic modulus) E 0, and is relaxed according to a series E i of elastic modulus called a Prony series, a series τ i of relaxation time, and an elapsed time t. The effect of temperature is reflected by the shift factor a t, the higher the temperature, is treated as the relaxation time is short.
Equation (2) is an equation for calculating stress σ (t) at time t. The product of the elastic modulus E in consideration of the relaxation shown in the equation (1) and the strain ε generated at an arbitrary time s is convoluted and integrated to calculate the stress σ (t) at the time t. Time s is an arbitrary time from
Equations (1) and (2) show the longitudinal modulus E, but the shear modulus G and the bulk modulus K are treated similarly.
In performing the viscoelastic analysis, the temperature and pressure of the molded product are also important parameters, so the heat transfer calculation means and pressure calculation means, or the heat transfer calculation result reading means and pressure calculation result reading means are also included. It is preferred to include.
The heat transfer analysis uses either the thermophysical properties (eg, specific heat, specific gravity, thermal conductivity) of the article or its surroundings (such as mold and air) or the heat transfer coefficient between the article and its surroundings. Then, the temperature of the molded article which is nonlinear with respect to the time domain is analyzed. For each thermophysical property, data depending on time, place, and temperature may be used. In addition, when flowing, heat may move with the flow. It is to be noted that there is no problem even if the heat transfer calculation result separately performed is read without performing the heat transfer calculation.
The time-dependent change data of the temperature may be converted into time according to a time-temperature conversion rule.
When the time-temperature conversion rule is defined by the Williams-Landel-Ferry formula (WLF formula), the conversion formula is expressed by formula (3).
a t the shift factor (scaling factor), with C 1, C 2 is a constant, T is the temperature, T 0, it is general to use a glass transition temperature of + 50 ℃ lay also a glass transition temperature at a reference temperature, It is not limited to these.
Then, the shift factor (scale factor) a t, series tau i of the relaxation time is converted by Equation (4).
According to the equations (3) and (4), when the temperature is higher than the reference temperature T 0 , it is considered that the relaxation time is short, that is, longer than the actual elapsed time, and when the temperature is low, the relaxation time is long. That is, a conversion is performed that assumes that only a shorter time has elapsed than the actual elapsed time. This can be considered as reproducing the method of accelerating the passage of time by performing a creep test at a high temperature on an analysis.
The pressure is preferably obtained by viscous fluid analysis, and is preferably used as the initial stress in viscoelastic analysis.
In order to individually analyze the temporal change in strain for each of the plurality of nodes constituting the mesh, the strain or stress state of the molded product at each time is required as a boundary condition. For example, if it is assumed that a certain external force is received at a certain moment, the strain or the stress distribution can be calculated by unbalancing the external force and the molded product. Further, even if it is assumed at a certain moment that it is fixed at a certain dimension, the strain or stress distribution can be calculated by unbalancing the stress external force and the molded product. The obtained stress values that change over time are assigned to a plurality of nodes constituting the mesh, and viscoelastic analysis is performed in consideration of the viscoelastic properties. The change in strain or stress over time of a node or a plurality of elements can be analyzed.
As a more typical example, when the molded article is shaped by a mold and molded, the viscoelasticity analysis means, when the molded article is molded in the mold, the total strain, After taking out from the mold, it is preferable to solve stress and strain in consideration of relaxation by using elastic strain as a function value of time t. This is because when the molded article is present in the mold, the dimension of the molded article is defined by the mold dimension, so that the total strain can be defined by the time change of the mold dimension. On the other hand, after the molded article is taken out of the mold, the constraint of the mold is released and deformation occurs. Therefore, it is preferable to specify the elastic strain rather than the total strain. At this time, it is easiest to perform the analysis by defining the value of the elastic strain as 0, but it is preferable to calculate the elastic strain distribution and give it as the boundary condition.
Finally, a structural analysis for performing a structural analysis of the molded article is performed by solving the entire matrix of the mesh using the strain obtained in the viscoelasticity analysis step from
Using the results obtained in accordance with the flowchart shown in FIG. 3, it is possible to search for molding conditions, heat treatment conditions, and mold shapes that reduce stress, strain, and displacement. Further, it is also possible to apply an optimization program to the contents of the present invention to automatically search for molding conditions, heat treatment conditions, and mold shapes that reduce stress, strain, and displacement.
Further, for example, when the molded product is a lens, it is also possible to evaluate birefringence and retardation from the result of stress analysis.
In addition, since the viscoelastic behavior has a characteristic that occurs particularly in a glassy state, the material of the molded article to which the present invention is applied is most preferably a resin or glass or rubber, but other materials which are in a glassy state For example, the present invention can be applied to foods, medicines, building materials, and the like. In addition, even if it is a metal, it can be applied to an amorphous metal or the like.
In the present invention, the molded product is preferably applied to a product molded by injection molding, injection compression molding, transfer molding, compression molding, extrusion molding, or casting. Although the present invention does not depend on the forming method, in the case of these forming methods, at least one of a plurality of nodes and a plurality of elements constituting the mesh, individually, the boundary conditions of the strain or stress state. It is particularly preferable to apply to these molding methods because it is easy to set.
In the present invention, the molded article preferably has orientation anisotropy. In the case of having orientation anisotropy, mechanical properties such as displacement or stress or strain after molding become particularly remarkable. This is particularly important compared to the case of

[Comparative Example 1]
The viscoelastic option module “StructVE (registered trademark)” of the general-purpose injection molding analysis software “3D TIMON (registered trademark)” manufactured by Toray Engineering Co., Ltd. under the same mesh, the same physical property data, molding conditions, and heat treatment conditions as in Example 1 The analysis was performed using "".

The obtained deformation result was almost the same as the deformation analysis result of the example (FIG. 13). The longitudinal shrinkage was 1.92%, which was almost the same as the result of the example. The time required for the calculation was 492 seconds, the parallelization efficiency was 12%, which was about 20 times larger than that of the example, and the parallelization efficiency was low.
[Summary]
According to the present invention, an analysis result equivalent to that of Comparative Example 1 can be obtained in a short time. Since both Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 can be calculated in 500 seconds or less, they do not cause a significant problem in calculation time. However, with an analysis model having a larger number of meshes than the meshes used in Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 (for example, the number of nodes is 2,000,000), the conventional method may require more than one day of calculation time. The present invention, which can calculate in 1/20 time than the method, is very effective.
