Claims (3)
- 流路を区画する流路管と、
前記流路管の端部に配置され、前記流路を流れる液相の流体に向けて前記流路管の軸方向に紫外光を照射する光源と、
前記流路管の内面に形成される凹凸構造と、を備え、
前記凹凸構造は、前記凹凸構造の周期および高さが1mm未満のサイズとなるよう構成され、前記液相の流体に対して撥水性を有するよう構成され、
前記凹凸構造の凹部に前記液相の流体よりも前記紫外光に対する屈折率の低い気相の物質が保持され、前記凹部に保持される前記気相の物質が前記流路を流れる前記液相の流体と直接接触することを特徴とする流体殺菌装置。 - 前記凹凸構造は、前記周期が前記紫外光の波長以下となり、前記高さが前記紫外光の波長以上となるよう構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の流体殺菌装置。
- 前記凹凸構造は、全フッ素化樹脂で構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の流体殺菌装置。
