TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a drainer installed below an opening of a building.

(引用文献1)   As an example of installing a draining member protruding forward from the outer wall surface to prevent transmission dirt and frost damage caused by rainwater, as an example, attach the mounting surface of the mounting part of the draining member to the corner where the side and bottom of the sash frame intersect. By fixing the face plate against the outer wall with screws etc., rainwater flowing down the outer wall and the side of the sash frame is received by the water receiving surface of the water receiving part, and discharged downward at a position away from the outer wall material There are descriptions of draining members for bay windows and sash frames. (Cited document 1)

(引用文献2) Also, a plurality of groove portions are formed in the inclined water receiving portion of the draining member, and rainwater and dew water flowing down from the cutout portion of the opening frame are retained in the water receiving portion of the grooved opening drainage member. There is also an example of a drainer that can drain without a drain. (Cited document 2)

However, rainwater and dewwater received at the water receiving portion and the groove of the drainage member can be drained to a position away from the surface of the outer wall material. There is a problem that the water flows along the outer wall material surface and flows to the surface of the outer wall material, causing rainwater to be contaminated or frozen by the drainage member. In addition, when sealing work around the draining member is insufficient, there is a problem that rainwater enters into a gap between the draining member and the outer wall material, resulting in dirt and frost damage.

The present invention has been made in view of the above situation, and reliably drains down rainwater attached to the draining member side surface while covering the side surface of the draining member and preventing rainwater from entering the inside of the draining member. It is an object of the present invention to provide a drainage member that can easily perform sealing work to be performed in a gap between an upper part and an outer wall material, and that can prevent rainwater contamination and frost damage without deteriorating an external design.

According to draining member of the present invention, a rain water transmitted through the opening portion received by draining member, toward the inside center below the more water conveying portion to the side plate portion for blocking the rainwater provided in the left and right end portions of the draining member Since it is made to flow, rainwater can be prevented from adhering to and staying on the outer wall material. Furthermore, the side plate prevents rainwater from entering the draining member. Further, a draining portion, a concave portion, and a joint portion are provided on a lower side portion of the side plate portion, and it is possible to reliably prevent rainwater attached to the side plate portion from traveling along the lower side portion of the side plate portion and adhering to the outer wall material. As a result, it is possible to prevent rainwater-borne dirt from being generated on the surface of the outer wall material around the lower part of the opening and around the draining member, and it is possible to reliably prevent the occurrence of frost damage on the outer wall material caused by rainwater-borne water. .

In addition, by separating the second drain portion from the outer wall material by a predetermined distance, when the water droplets accumulated at the tip of the second drain portion fall downward, they are prevented from adhering to the outer wall material.

The following is a detailed description of each part.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

(Drainer)
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the draining member 1 has an upright portion 2, a water guiding portion 3, and side plate portions 5 at left and right ends of the draining member 1. A draining member, which is attached to the surface, wherein a first draining portion 8, a second draining portion 9, a first concave portion 10, a second concave portion 17, and a first joining portion are provided on a lower side portion of the side plate portion 5. 11 is provided, and the rainwater adhering to the side plate portion 5 can be reliably discharged from the first draining portion 8 and the second draining portion 9. The material of the drainer 1 may be made of metal, resin, or the like, and is not particularly limited.

As shown in FIG. 7, an adhesive layer 12 and a projection 16 are provided on the standing portion 2 of the drainer 1. When the drainer 1 is attached to the outer wall material 22, the attachment can be performed more reliably by performing temporary fixing with the adhesive layer 12. In addition, the protrusions 16 improve the adhesion to the outer wall material 22 to enable more stable attachment and reduce the gap between the outer wall material 22 and the outer wall material 22. The adhesive layer 12 is formed of an acrylic adhesive made of an acrylic ester copolymer, a rubber-based adhesive made of natural rubber, a urethane-based adhesive made of a urethane resin, or the like. Or a double-sided adhesive tape. The projection 16 is made of silicon rubber, acrylic rubber, urethane rubber, butyl rubber or the like, but is not particularly limited.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the draining member 1 is provided with a sealing pocket 6 above the standing portion 2 between the right and left side plate portions 5, and after the draining member 1 is attached, the sealing material is added to the sealing pocket 6. Filling 15 removes a gap between the drainer 1 and the outer wall material 22 to improve the adhesion. When filling the sealing material 6 into the sealing pocket 6 and holding down the spatula, if the angle of the upper end portion 3a of the water guide portion and the angle of the spatula at the time of holding down the spatula are matched, the sealing filling work can be performed more easily and more reliably. In addition, the sealing material 15 after the construction also has an inclination close to the angle of the upper end portion 3a of the water guide portion, so that rainwater does not stay on the sealing material 15 and dirt and frost damage due to the rainwater do not occur. Also, peeling and cracking of the 15 are less likely to occur.

(Outer wall material)
As the outer wall material 22, a cement board (wood cement board), a cement extruded board, a pulp cement board, a gypsum board, a calcium silicate board, a magnesium silicate board to which a wood reinforcing material such as a piece of wood, wood pulp, wood fiber or pulp is added. Boards, cement boards, etc. are used.

(Sealing)
The sealing material 15 has good adhesion between the surface of the outer wall member 22 and the draining member 1 and satisfies the waterproof performance, follows the dimensional change of the outer wall member 22 and the draining member 1 after construction, and causes sealing failure such as cutting or peeling. Anything is fine.
Although there is no particular limitation, modified silicone-based, polysulfide-based, polyurethane-based, acrylic-based, and butyl rubber-based are used, and preferably, an elastic sealing material such as modified silicone-based, polysulfide-based, and polyurethane-based is used.

(Example 1)
Next, the draining member according to the present invention and a method of applying the same will be described.
As shown in FIG. 1, a draining member 1 composed of an upright portion 2, a water guide portion 3, and a side plate portion 5 is prepared. Next, as shown in FIG. 2, the draining member 1 is temporarily fixed to the surface of the outer wall material 22 at the left and right ends at the position below the opening 20 in accordance with the mounting position, and is drilled at the position of the mounting hole 13 with a drill or the like. A hole is made in the outer wall material 22 and fixed with screws 14. When the adhesive layer 12 provided on the standing portion 2 of the draining member 1 is used for the temporary fixing, it is not necessary to press the draining member 1 against the surface of the outer wall material 22 with one hand, and it is not necessary to hold the draining member 1 with both hands. Improvement of construction quality and rationalization of construction.

As shown in FIG. 3, a first drainer 8, a second drainer 9, a first recess 10, a second recess 17, and a first joint 11 are provided on a lower side of the side plate 5 of the drainer 1. ing. As for the height from the ground surface, the first drain portion 8 and the second drain portion 9 are located below the apex of the first concave portion 10, the first joint portion 11 is located above the second concave portion 17, The recess 17 is located above the second drainer 9.

As shown in FIG. 8, the shape of the side connecting the first draining portion 8 and the vertex of the first concave portion 10, the second draining portion 9, the second concave portion 17, and the first joint portion 11 provided on the lower side of the side plate portion 5 is It is straight or curved. The rainwater adhering to the side plate portion 5 travels along the lower side portion and gathers in the first draining portion 8 or the second drainage portion 9 and falls downward. No dirt or frost damage.

The second draining portion 9 is disposed at a position where the horizontal distance from the portion where the standing portion 2 contacts the outer wall material 22 is 6 mm or more. Further, the horizontal distance of the first draining portion 8 from the portion where the standing portion 2 is in contact with the outer wall material 22 is separated by the second draining portion 9 or more.

The angle formed by the water guide section 3 with respect to the ground surface is preferably from 20 degrees to 45 degrees. If it is less than 20 degrees or more than 45 degrees, the shape of the draining member 1 becomes too large, which causes a problem in the appearance of the building.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 10, the angle formed by the upper end 3 a of the water guide portion with respect to the ground surface is preferably 5 degrees to 20 degrees. This is because when the sealing material 15 is filled in the sealing pocket 6 and the spatula is pressed, a spatula is applied along the angle of the upper end 3a of the water guide section which is more acute than the angle formed by the water guide section 3 and the ground surface. By doing so, the filling of the sealing material 15 can be performed more reliably, and since the sealing material 15 is angled, the rainwater also flows downward on the surface itself, so that the rainwater does not stay in the sealing material 15 portion, and the sealing material 15 15 is hardly deteriorated, so that dirt and frost damage due to infiltration of rainwater can be prevented.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 6, the shape of the water return portion 7 is a triangular pyramid having the upper end 3 a of the water guide portion as a vertex, and the water return portion 7 is installed so that the two surfaces contact the water guide portion 3 and the side plate portion 5. By forming the water return portion 7 in the shape of a triangular pyramid, there is an effect that rainwater that has flowed down to the water guide portion 3 of the drainage member 1 is collected at the center of the drainage member 1 and efficiently flows downward.

As shown in FIG. 7, it is desirable that the position of the mounting hole 13 of the draining member 1 is provided so that the distance from the lower end of the standing portion 2 to the center of the hole is 5 mm or more and 20 mm or less. If it is less than 5 mm, the adhesiveness is insufficient due to irregularities on the surface of the outer wall material, and the fixing becomes unstable. If it exceeds 20 mm, the shape of the drainer 1 becomes aesthetically problematic.

As shown in FIG. 7, a protrusion 16 is provided on the standing portion 2 of the drainer 1. Since the surface of the outer wall member 22 has irregularities due to the handle, it becomes very unstable when the drainer 1 is attached, and a gap is easily formed between the drainer 1 and the surface of the outer wall member 22. The protrusion 16 is provided at least one in the vicinity of the mounting hole 13 of the draining member 1 and has a thickness of 2 mm or more. Therefore, the unevenness of the surface pattern of the outer wall material 22 can be absorbed and the mounting can be stably performed. The gap with the surface can be reduced.
