Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a folding bed capable of folding a bed on which a user is placed.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various types of folding beds have been proposed in which a bed on which a user is placed can be deformed into a horizontal state in which the bed is viewed substantially horizontally and a folded state in which the bed is folded in an inverted V-shape.

For example, in Patent Document 1 below, a bed portion including a lower body side bed portion on which the lower body side of the user is placed and an upper body side bed portion on which the upper body side of the user is placed, and a bed frame frame on which the bed portion is placed. And a leg that supports a bed frame. The leg portion of the folding bed of Patent Literature 1 includes a wheel member that supports the bed frame frame so as to be movable horizontally with respect to the floor surface. In this folding bed, when the bed is deformed between the horizontal state and the folded state, the wheel members travel on the floor surface, so that the deformation operation is performed smoothly.

When the user is placed on the folding bed (that is, when the bed is placed horizontally with respect to the floor), if the bed moves with respect to the floor, the user cannot be relieved. Therefore, it is desired that the bed does not move relative to the floor surface in the horizontal state.

In the folding bed of Patent Literature 1, when the bed portion is in a horizontal state, the connection leg portion located between the lower body side bed portion and the upper body side bed portion is in contact with the floor surface, thereby preventing movement with respect to the floor surface. ing. However, in the folding bed disclosed in Patent Document 1, since the wheel members are grounded together with the connecting leg portions, the bed is easily moved relative to the floor even in a horizontal state.

For this reason, in such a folding bed, for example, a stopper is provided on the wheel member to hinder movement with respect to the floor surface. However, the operation of operating all the stoppers provided for each wheel member is complicated. In addition, for example, when a folding bed is placed at a corner of a room, it is very difficult to operate a stopper located at the corner.

The present invention has been devised in view of the above situation, and provides a folding bed that has good workability when the bed portion is arranged in a horizontal state with respect to the floor surface and is difficult to move when placed. The main purpose is to

The present invention is a folding bed including a bed on which a user is placed, a bed frame on which the bed is placed, and a leg supporting the bed frame, wherein the bed includes: When viewed from the side of the bed, the bed frame can be deformed into a horizontal state in which the bed frame is substantially horizontal and a folded state in which the bed frame is bent in an inverted V-shape. Wheel member and a non-wheel member that hinders movement of the bed frame frame with respect to the floor surface, wherein the wheel member takes off when the bed portion is in a horizontal state, and the bed portion is in a folded state. It is characterized by being grounded at the time of.

In the folding bed according to the present invention, it is preferable that the non-wheel member be in contact with the ground when the bed is in a horizontal state and take off when the bed is in a folded state.

In the folding bed according to the present invention, the wheel member includes four main wheels arranged at four corners of the bed portion in a horizontal state, and two auxiliary wheels arranged inside the bed with respect to the main wheel. Is desirable.

In the folding bed according to the present invention, it is preferable that the auxiliary wheels are arranged at different positions in the bed width direction.

In the folding bed according to the present invention, the bed portion includes a lower body side bed portion on which the lower body side of the user is placed and an upper body side bed portion on which the upper body side of the user is placed, and the bed frame frame is the lower body side bed. The lower body side frame frame on which the portion is placed, the upper body side frame frame on which the upper body side bed portion is placed, and a connection frame that connects the lower body side frame frame and the upper body side frame frame, The connection frame includes a connection leg that contacts the ground when the bed portion is in a horizontal state, and the leg rotates the lower body-side leg frame and the upper body-side frame that rotatably support the lower body-side frame. It is desirable to include an upper body side leg frame that movably supports, and a leg link that connects the lower body side leg frame, the upper body side leg frame, and the connection leg. There.

In the folding bed according to the present invention, it is preferable that the wheel member is fixed to the lower body side leg frame and the upper body side leg frame, and the non-wheel member is fixed to the leg link.

In the folding bed according to the present invention, it is preferable that a take-off gap of the wheel member when the bed portion is in a horizontal state is 1 mm or more.

In the folding bed according to the present invention, it is preferable that the wheel member includes a caster.

In the folding bed according to the present invention, the leg portion is a wheel member that supports the bed frame frame so as to be able to move horizontally with respect to the floor surface, and a non-wheel member that can contact the floor surface to move the bed frame frame with respect to the floor surface. And Such a wheel member helps to smoothly deform the bed between the horizontal state and the folded state. Further, the non-wheel member can prevent the bed portion from moving with respect to the floor surface of the folding bed in a horizontal state.

In the folding bed according to the present invention, the wheel member takes off when the bed portion is in a horizontal state, and is grounded when the bed portion is in a folded state. Therefore, the folding bed in which the bed portion is arranged in a horizontal state does not have a possibility of being horizontally moved with respect to the floor surface by the wheel member. Such a folding bed does not easily move with respect to the floor on which the bed portion is arranged in a horizontal state, and the user can use it with ease. And the change of the takeoff and grounding of the wheel member can be performed only by changing the bed part of the folding bed of the present invention between the horizontal state and the folding state, so that the folding bed of the present invention Workability when the bed portion is arranged in a horizontal state with respect to the surface can be improved.

It is a side view showing one embodiment of the folding bed of the present invention. It is a side view of the folding bed of a folding state. It is a downward perspective view of a folding bed. It is a front view of the folding bed seen from the lower body side. It is an enlarged view of the A section of FIG.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a side view of a folding bed 1 of the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, the folding bed 1 of the present embodiment includes a bed 2 on which a user is placed, a bed frame 3 on which the bed 2 is placed, and legs supporting the bed frame 3. 4 is provided.

The folding bed 1 of the present embodiment is provided with a head mat 5 on which a user's head is placed on one side in the bed length direction. In the present specification, the head mat 5 side of the folding bed 1 is referred to as the upper body side of the user (hereinafter, sometimes simply referred to as “upper body side”) S1, and the opposite side is the lower body side of the user (hereinafter, simply referred to as “the upper body side”). (Sometimes referred to as "lower body side") S2.

The couch 2 of the present embodiment includes a lower body couch 6 on which the user's lower body S2 is mounted and an upper body couch 7 on which the user's upper body S1 is mounted.

It is preferable that the bed 2 be provided with a mat 8 made of a cushion material such as urethane foam. The mat 8 is desirably provided integrally from the lower body side bed 6 to the upper body side bed 7. The upper body side bed 7 of the present embodiment is further provided with a head mat 5 adjacent to the mat 8. The mat 8 and the head mat 5 may be formed integrally.

FIG. 2 is a side view of the folding bed 1 in a folded state. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the couch 2 of the present embodiment includes a horizontal state in which the lower body side couch 6 and the upper body side couch 7 are substantially horizontal in a bed side view, and a lower body side couch. 6 and the upper body side bed part 7 can be deformed into a folded state in which the bed part is bent in an inverted V-shape.

FIG. 3 is a lower perspective view of the folding bed 1. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the bed frame 3 of the present embodiment includes a lower body frame 9 on which the lower body bed 6 is placed and an upper body side on which the upper body bed 7 is placed. And a frame 10. It is preferable that the bed frame 3 further includes a connection frame 11 that connects the lower body frame 9 and the upper body frame 10.

The lower body side frame 9 is provided with, for example, a first actuator 12 that deforms the lower body side bed 6 from a reference state to a mountain-folded bent state (not shown). On the other hand, the upper body frame 10 is provided with, for example, a second actuator 13 that transforms the upper body bed 7 into a reclining state (not shown) in which the upper body bed 7 is inclined from a reference state.

Note that the bed 2 is deformed between the horizontal state and the folded state with the lower body-side bed 6 and the upper body-side bed 7 in the reference state. Therefore, the first actuator 12 may be omitted when the lower body-side bed portion 6 does not need to be bent, and when the upper body-side bed portion 7 does not need to be reclined, the second actuator 13 may be omitted. May be omitted.

The connection frame 11 includes a pair of connection legs 11A that contact the ground when the couch 2 is in a horizontal state. As a connection structure between the connection frame 11 and the lower body side frame 9 and the upper body side frame 10, a conventionally well-known structure can be adopted.

The leg portion 4 of the present embodiment includes a plurality of wheel members 14 that support the bed frame frame 3 so as to be horizontally movable with respect to the floor surface F, and a plurality of non-moving members that prevent the bed frame frame 3 from moving with respect to the floor surface F. And a wheel member 15. Such a wheel member 14 is useful for smoothly deforming the bed 2 between the horizontal state and the folded state. In addition, the non-wheel member 15 can prevent the bed 2 from moving with respect to the floor F of the folding bed 1 in a horizontal state.

As shown in FIG. 3, the wheel member 14 of the present embodiment includes four main wheels 14 </ b> A disposed at four corners of the bed 2 in a horizontal state, and two auxiliary wheels disposed inside the bed with respect to the main wheels 14 </ b> A. And wheels 14B. Such a wheel member 14 distributes the weight of the folding bed 1 to the floor surface F in a distributed manner, so that even if the floor surface F is formed of a soft material, the folding bed 1 in the folded state is smoothly moved. be able to.

FIG. 4 is a front view of the folding bed 1 as viewed from the lower body side S2. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the auxiliary wheels 14B of the present embodiment are arranged at different positions in the bed width direction. Therefore, even when the bed 2 is in the folded state, the auxiliary wheels 14B can fold the folding bed 1 compactly without contacting each other.

As shown in FIG. 3, each of the wheel members 14 preferably includes a caster 16. Such a wheel member 14 can smoothly change the moving direction of the folding bed 1 in the folded state.

FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of a portion A in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 5, the wheel member 14 of the present embodiment takes off when the bed 2 is in a horizontal state, and is grounded when the bed 2 is in a folded state. For this reason, the folding bed 1 does not have a possibility of being horizontally moved with respect to the floor F by the wheel members 14 when the bed portion 2 is arranged in a horizontal state. Such a folding bed 1 is hard to move with respect to the floor surface F on which the bed 2 is arranged in a horizontal state, so that the user can use it with ease.

On the other hand, the non-wheel member 15 of the present embodiment is in contact with the ground when the bed 2 is in the horizontal state, and is off when the bed 2 is in the folded state. Changing the take-off and ground contact between the wheel member 14 and the non-wheel member 15 can be performed only by changing the bed 2 of the folding bed 1 between the horizontal state and the folded state. For this reason, the foldable bed 1 of the present embodiment can improve workability when the bed 2 is arranged in a horizontal state with respect to the floor F.

As shown in FIG. 5, the take-off gap d of the wheel member 14 when the bed 2 is in a horizontal state is preferably 1 mm or more. If the takeoff gap d is smaller than 1 mm, the folding bed 1 may be bent by the weight of the user, and the wheel member 14 may come into contact with the floor surface when the bed 2 is in the horizontal state. On the other hand, the takeoff gap d is preferably 3 mm or less. If the take-off gap d is larger than 3 mm, the non-wheel member 15 may come into contact with the floor surface F during the deformation of the bed 2 between the horizontal state and the folded state.

As shown in FIG. 3, the leg 4 of the present embodiment includes a lower body side leg frame 17 that rotatably supports the lower body side frame 9 and an upper body side that rotatably supports the upper body side frame 10. And a leg frame 18. The leg 4 preferably further includes a plurality of leg links 19 connecting the lower leg frame 17 and the upper leg frame 18 to the connecting leg 11A.

Here, the lower body side frame 9, the lower body side leg frame 17, the leg link 19, and the connecting leg 11 </ b> A form a parallel link. The upper body side frame 10, the upper body side leg frame 18, the leg link 19, and the connecting leg 11A form a parallel link.

It is desirable that the wheel member 14 be immovably fixed to the lower body side leg frame 17 and the upper body side leg frame 18. On the other hand, it is desirable that the non-wheel member 15 be immovably fixed to the leg link 19. For this reason, the leg part 4 can change the member grounded to the floor F from the non-wheel member 15 to the wheel member 14 by deforming the bed 2 from the horizontal state to the folded state, for example. In addition, the leg 4 can change the member that contacts the floor F from the wheel member 14 to the non-wheel member 15 by deforming the bed 2 from the folded state to the horizontal state, for example.

As described above, particularly preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be implemented in various forms.
