As shown in FIGS. 5 and 8, the cover 74 is a long member having a substantially U-shaped cross section. At the upper end of the cover 74, a pair of engaging claws 74a, 74a that engage with the pair of cover engaging portions 72c, 72c are formed. The cover 74 has a length substantially equal to the length of the connecting portion main body 71. The connecting portion main body 71, the locking portion 72, and the cover 74 are extruded members made of aluminum.

The connection member 8 is a member that connects the roof 2 to the cross members 5 of the supports 30, 30. The connection member 8 includes a vertical portion 81 formed of a plane extending in the vertical direction, a horizontal portion 82 formed of a plane extending in the horizontal direction, and a vertical portion 81 and a horizontal portion formed of a plane orthogonal to the vertical portion 81 and the horizontal portion 82. 82. The connection member 8 is made of stainless steel.

Next, a connection structure of the outdoor structure 1 will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 6, the vertical portion 81 of the connecting member 8 is attached to the vertical surface of the horizontal member 5 with screws 91, 91. The upper surface of the connecting portion main body 71 is in contact with the horizontal portion 82 of the connecting member 8, and the connecting portion main body 71 is fixed with bolts 93.

A connecting portion main body 71 is arranged between the frames 6, 6 of the adjacent roof portions 2, 2. A plurality of locking portions 72 are provided at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the connecting portion main body 71. The lower part of the connecting part main body 71 is inserted into the concave part 72 a of the locking part 72, and the locking part 72 is fixed to the connecting part main body 71 with the screw 90. The projection claw 615 of the frame 6 is engaged with the roof engaging portion 72b of the locking portion 72 from above. The upper surface of the roof portion 2 is in contact with the roof contact portions 73, 73 of the connecting portion main body 71, and is fixed so that the adjacent frames 6, 6 are sandwiched between the connecting portion main body 71 and the locking portion 72, respectively. . With such a configuration, the outdoor structure 1 is connected to and supported by the plurality of roof portions 2 so as to be hung by the cross members 5 of the pair of supports 30 and 30. The cover 74 is disposed flush with the lower surface of the roof 2.

Next, a construction method of the outdoor structure 1 will be described.
Parts such as the roof portion 2, the pillars 3, and the cross members 5 of the outdoor structure 1 are manufactured in advance at a factory, and the outdoor structure 1 is obtained by assembling these at a construction site. First, two columns 3 are fixed to a plurality of bases (not shown) embedded or fixed on the ground, and the columns 3 are erected. The support member 30 is constructed by mounting and fixing the cross member 5 between the columns 3 and 3. The other support 30 is also erected. Before erecting the supports 3, 3, the support members 30 are assembled by fixing the cross members 5 between the supports 3, 3, and then the supports 3, 3 are fixed to the base portion. May be erected.

Next, a plurality of connecting members 8 are attached to the cross member 5. The vertical portion 81 of the connecting member 8 is attached to the surface of the support 30 where the vertical surfaces of the support members 30 oppose each other among the vertical surfaces of the cross member 5 in the longitudinal direction by screws 91 and 91. A plurality of connecting members 8 are connected to the cross member 5 at intervals so as to match the connection position between the adjacent roof portions 2.

Next, the connecting portion main body 71 is attached to the connecting member 8. The upper surface of the connecting portion main body 71 is brought into contact with the horizontal portion 82 of the connecting member 8, and the connecting portion main body 71 is fixed with bolts 93.
It should be noted that the procedure may be such that the connecting member 8 is fixed to the cross member 5 after the connecting portion main body 71 is attached to the connecting member 8 in advance.

Next, the locking portion 72 is attached to the connecting portion main body 71. As shown in FIG. 6A, the locking portion 72 is arranged so that the concave portion 72a faces the lower surface of the connecting portion main body 71, and the screw 90 has a screw hole 72d of the concave portion 72a and a screw hole of the connecting portion main body 71. The locking portion 72 is connected to the connecting portion main body 71 by being inserted into the connecting portion 71a. At this time, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 7, the bottom of the concave portion 72 a and the lower surface of the connecting portion main body 71 are separated from each other and connected. The locking portion 72 is connected to the connecting portion main body 71 in a vertically movable manner in accordance with the degree of tightening of the screw 90. In addition, the connecting member 7 is not attached to the connecting member 8 closest to the column 3 among the plurality of connecting members 8.

Next, the roof 2 is attached to the connecting member 7. First, as shown in FIG. 7, the endmost roof 2a of the plurality of roofs 2 is attached. The frame 6 of the roof 2a is locked to the connecting member 7 closest to the column 3. Specifically, the outer concave portion 612 of the frame 6 is approached from below the roof contact portion 73 of the connecting portion main body 71, and the projection claws 615 of the frame 6 are locked to the roof engaging portion 72 b of the locking portion 72. To a temporary support state. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 7, the outer concave portion 612 of the other frame 6 extending in parallel with the frame 6 locked to the roof engaging portion 72b is fixed to the horizontal portion 82 of the connection member 8 via bolts. I do. At this time, since the roof 2a is temporarily supported by the connecting member 7, the roof 2a is temporarily supported in a state where the frame 6 is separated from the connecting member 8.

Subsequently, a roof 2b provided next to the roof 2a is attached. As shown in FIG. 8, the outer concave portion 612 of one of the frames 6 of the roof portion 2 b is approached from below the roof contact portion 73 of the connecting portion main body 71, and the projection claws 615 of the frame 6 are moved. The locking portion 72 is locked and temporarily supported by the roof engaging portion 72b. Subsequently, the locking portion 72 is attached to the connecting portion main body 71 provided next to the connecting portion main body 71. At this time, the frame 6 of the roof part 2b on the side that is not temporarily supported is arranged below the roof contact part 73, and the locking part 72 is brought close to the connecting part main body 71 side from below the frame 6, and the screw 90 Is inserted into the screw hole 72d of the concave portion 72a and the screw hole 71a of the connecting portion main body 71, and the projection claw 615 of the frame 6 is locked by the roof engaging portion 72b. The locking portion 72 is connected to the connecting portion main body 71 in a state of being separated from the connecting portion main body 71, and the roof portion 2b is temporarily supported by the connecting members 7,7.

As shown in FIG. 6 (A), when all the roof portions 2a and 2b are temporarily supported, the screws 90 attached to the respective connecting members 7 are tightened to raise the locking portions 72 and bring them closer to the connecting portion main body 71. As shown in FIG. 6 (B), the locking portion 72 is fixed so that the concave portion 72a of the locking portion 72 covers the lower portion of the connecting portion main body 71. As a result, the protrusion claws 615 of the roofs 2a and 2b are sandwiched between the locking portion 72 and the connecting portion main body 71, and the adjacent roofs 2 are supported and fixed. Here, as shown in FIG. 3, the roof portion 2 is fixed to be inclined with respect to the horizontal direction so as to be higher on one side of the pair of supports 30, 30. The inclination angle of the roof 2 is, for example, 2 degrees, and can be adjusted by the height at which the connecting member 8 is attached to the cross member 5.

The cover 74 is approached from below the locking portion 72 and the pair of engaging claws 74a, 74a are engaged with the cover engaging portions 72c, 72c to cover the connecting member 7 so as not to be seen from below the roof 2.

Finally, of the frame 6 of the roof portion 2 closest to the supports 3, 3, the roof frame cover is fixed to the horizontal portion 82 of the connecting member 8 so as to cover the outer concave portion 612 of the frame 6 of the roof portion 2. (Not shown), and the outdoor structure 1 is completed.

According to the outdoor structure 1 according to the present embodiment, the roofing material 4 is formed by arranging the core material 41 formed of a foam between the two thin plates 421 and 422. The weight can be reduced and sufficient strength can be obtained. Since the strength can be increased as compared with a polycarbonate roofing material used in a conventional outdoor structure, parts constituting a roof such as rafters and a purlin are not required, and a simple configuration via a connecting member 7 makes it possible to use a neighboring structure. The matching roof portions 2 can be connected to each other. As a result, it is possible to reduce the burden on the construction site where the outdoor structure 1 in which the plurality of roofs 2 are connected is constructed. In addition, the load on the construction site can be reduced by reducing the weight of the roofing material 4.

According to the outdoor structure 1 according to the present embodiment, the roof material 4 can be reduced in weight, and heat resistance and heat insulation can be improved.

According to the outdoor structure 1 according to the present embodiment, the connecting member 7 is configured to be capable of temporarily supporting and fixing the roof 2 in accordance with the position of the locking portion 72 with respect to the connecting portion main body 71. The adjacent roof part 2b can be temporarily supported in a state where the roof part 2a is temporarily supported. Therefore, the burden of constructing the outdoor structure 1 that connects the adjacent roof portions 2a and 2b is reduced.

According to the outdoor structure 1 according to the present embodiment, the locking portion 72 capable of locking the projection claw 615 provided on the frame 6 of the roof portion 2 has the lower portion of the connecting portion main body 71 with respect to the connecting portion main body 71. Since the connection is movably connected in the up-down direction, the locking portion 72 is moved upward with respect to the connecting portion main body 71 from the temporary support state in which the projection claw 615 is locked by the locking portion 72, so that a plurality of The roof parts 2a and 2b can be connected. Therefore, the roof part 2 can be temporarily supported without the builder supporting the roof part 2 at the time of construction, and the construction of the outdoor structure 1 connecting the plurality of roof parts 2 is facilitated.

According to the outdoor structure 1 according to the present embodiment, since the connecting portion main body 71 of the connecting member 7 is fixed to the cross member 5, the lightened roof portion 2 is temporarily supported by the cross member 5. After that, it can be fixed. Therefore, the construction of the outdoor structure 1 that connects the plurality of roofs 2a and 2b can be performed by one person or a small number of persons, and the burden at the time of the construction is reduced.

According to the outdoor structure 1 according to the present embodiment, when constructing the outdoor structure 1 in which the plurality of roof portions 2 are connected, it is possible to reduce the burden on the construction site.

The outdoor structure 1 according to the present embodiment can be fixed after temporarily supporting the plurality of roof portions 2, so that the installer can release the hand from the temporarily supported roof portions 2. Therefore, for example, even one installer can easily connect the plurality of roof portions 2 and attach them to the support 30.

In the above embodiment, since the lower portion of the connecting member 7 is covered by the cover 74, the connecting member 7 is not visually recognized from below the roof 2. In addition, since the cover 74 is disposed flush with the lower surface of the roof 2, the outdoor structure 1 having excellent design can be provided. Note that the cover 74 is not an essential component.

In the above embodiment, the example in which the long sides of the substantially rectangular roof portions 2 are connected to each other has been described. However, the present invention is also applicable to the case where the short sides of the adjacent roof portions 2 are connected.

In the above-described embodiment, the thin plate has an example in which the upper thin plate 421 is made of an aluminum plate and the lower thin plate 422 is made of an aluminum resin composite plate. Any sheet is acceptable. For example, a thin plate made of any one or a combination of a fiber reinforced plastic plate and a steel plate may be used. Further, the upper thin plate and the lower thin plate may be thin plates made of the same material. In addition, for example, as a thin plate, a sheet having a woodgrain pattern or the like may be directly attached to a foam to constitute a roofing material.

In the above-described embodiment, a plate material made of extruded polystyrene is exemplified as the core material of the roof material and the wall panel member. However, the core material may be any lightweight material formed of a foam and having sufficient strength as the roof material. For example, foamed polyethylene, foamed styrene, or the like may be used. Further, the roofing material may be configured by sandwiching a core material composed of a honeycomb structure formed of expanded polystyrene, expanded polyethylene, expanded polystyrene, resin, metal, or the like with a thin plate.

In the present embodiment, an example is shown in which the cap 32 is made of ASA resin (Acrylonitrile-Styrene-Acrylate resin), but the material of the cap is not limited to this, and for example, stainless steel or the like may be used.

In the present embodiment, an example is described in which the aluminum plate (thin plate) and the frame are formed of different members, but the two thin plates and the frame in the long side direction are integrally formed to form the two sheets. A configuration in which the core material is accommodated in a space formed by the thin plate and the frame body in the long side direction may be adopted.
