Description
Claims (8)
- 磁気共鳴環境(MR)において使用するための心電図(ECG)電極パッチシステムであって、当該システムは:
被検体の皮膚への取付け用に構成される、柔軟なパッチ部材と;
前記パッチ部材へ取り付けられ、少なくとも2つの異なる方向において電極のペアにわたる異なる振幅を有する複数のECG信号を感知するように構成される、複数の電極と;
を備え、
前記柔軟なパッチ部材は、前記複数の電極が少なくとも2つの異なる方向に直線配置で配置されるように、中心軸の両側に対称に配置されて前記複数の電極が取り付けられる複数の突出部と、前記複数の突出部を接続し、前記中心軸に沿って伸びて伸張部を形成する細長く狭い中心部分とを含み、前記複数の電極は、前記パッチ部材の前記中心軸の両側にある2つの電極間の距離と、同じ側にある2つの電極間の距離との比が1.5より大きくなるように前記複数の突出部に取り付けられる、
システム。 - 前記感知されたECG信号を同時に処理し、出力すべき第1の信号を選択するように構成される、複数の並列信号処理回路を更に含む、
請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記パッチ部材上に配置される複数の導電性トレースを更に含み、各トレースが、前記複数の電極のうちの1つに接続され、前記複数の導電性トレースは、前記中心部分に沿って相互に平行に、前記中心部分の伸張部にある共通のコネクタエッジまで延びる、
請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。 - 前記パッチ部材は、少なくとも2つの突出部及び対応する電極を区分するように構成される中心軸に平行のミシン目を含み、前記パッチ部材のミシン目は、トレース間のミシン目を含む、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 少なくとも1つのトレースは、トレースの抵抗性が整合されるように、そのトレースの抵抗性を調整する少なくとも1つの縦切込みを含む、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 並列信号処理回路は、
ECGリード信号をフィルタするように各々が構成される複数の高速ノイズリダクションフィルタを含み、各フィルタは、前記ECG信号のうち1つが感知される1つのECGリードを定義するよう、前記複数の電極のうちの2つに接続されており、前記複数のフィルタは、複数のECGリード信号を同時にフィルタするように構成されている、
請求項2乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記並列信号処理回路は、
ECG信号検出アルゴリズムを適用するように構成される複数の信号検出ユニットであって、各ユニットが、各ECGリード内のECG信号を検出するように前記複数のフィルタのうちの1つに接続される、複数の信号検出ユニットと;
各ECGリード内で前記検出された信号をスコアリングするように構成される複数の信号スコアリングユニットと;
前記スコアリングに従って、スコアリングされたECGリードのうちの1つを選択し、該選択されたECGリード信号を出力するように構成される、信号選択ユニットと;
を更に含む、請求項6に記載のシステム。 - 前記信号選択ユニットは、
人が読取可能なECG波形をディスプレイデバイス上に表示することと;
MRスキャナをゲーティングすることと;
前記MRスキャナによる勾配磁場の印加中に、最も良い信号品質を有することと;
のうちの少なくとも1つのために選択されることになる、EGC信号を選択するスコアリング基準を適用するように構成される
請求項7に記載のシステム。
