Claims (4)
- 交互に複数積層されたチューブ(11)およびアウタフィン(12)により構成され、冷媒と空気との熱を交換するエレメント部(13)と、
前記チューブの長手方向の一方の端部に設けられた一方のタンク部(14)と、前記チューブの長手方向の他方の端部に設けられた他方のタンク部(15)と、前記チューブの長手方向に沿って、前記エレメント部に装着された蓄熱材容器(20)と、を備え、
前記蓄熱材容器は、蓄熱材収容部(21)と、前記蓄熱材収容部に収容された蓄熱材(M)と、当該蓄熱材容器を前記エレメント部に装着する装着部(30)と、を有し、
前記装着部は、間に前記チューブ(11)が挿入される一方の端辺(31)と他方の端辺(32)を有し、
前記一方の端辺に形成される凸部(31a)と前記他方の端辺に形成される凸部(32a)は、それぞれ、前記チューブ(11)の長手方向において前記アウタフィン(12)のフィンピッチと同じ間隔(D)を有することを特徴とする車両用空調装置の蒸発器(1)。
- 前記蓄熱材容器(20)は、前記エレメント部(13)のうち、前記空気の通流方向における下流側に装着されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸発器。
- 前記蓄熱材容器(20)は、前記エレメント部(13)のうち、前記空気の通流方向において前記チューブ(11)の下流側に装着されたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の蒸発器。
- 前記蓄熱材収容部と前記装着部は、前記エレメント部よりも腐食性の高い材料であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の蒸発器。
