Claims (32)
- 組織部位にある物質を軟化させるためのシステムにおいて、
圧縮可能発泡体材料から形成されかつ前記組織部位に隣接して位置決めされるように構成された接触層であって、前記接触層を通って延在する複数の貫通孔を含む接触層と;
前記接触層および前記組織部位の上を覆うように密閉空間を形成して、陰圧源から陰圧を受けるように適合されたカバーと
を含み、
前記貫通孔は、前記密閉空間内の陰圧に応答して、前記貫通孔に組織を受け入れて前記貫通孔内に小瘤を形成するように構成されていることを特徴とする、システム。 - 請求項1に記載のシステムにおいて、前記密閉空間と流体的に結合されて、前記密閉空間に流体をもたらすように適合された流体源をさらに含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1または2に記載のシステムにおいて、前記複数の貫通孔の平均有効径が、5mm〜20mmであることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1または2に記載のシステムにおいて、前記複数の貫通孔の平均有効径が、4mmを上回ることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記複数の貫通孔の平均有効径が10mmであることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記複数の貫通孔がアレイに形成されていることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項6に記載のシステムにおいて、前記アレイが、2つ以上の平行な列を含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記接触層の厚さが15mmであることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記接触層の厚さが8mmであることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記圧縮可能発泡体材料が非圧縮状態において0.03g/cm 3 の密度を有し、前記接触層の硬度係数が1〜10であることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記圧縮可能発泡体材料が非圧縮状態において0.03g/cm 3 の密度を有し、前記接触層の硬度係数が5であることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記圧縮可能発泡体材料が非圧縮状態において0.03g/cm 3 の密度を有し、前記接触層の硬度係数が3であることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1乃至12の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記複数の貫通孔の各貫通孔の形状が、六角形、楕円形、円形、三角形、および正方形からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1乃至12の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記複数の貫通孔の各貫通孔の形状が円錐形であることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1乃至12の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記貫通孔が、前記接触層にある壁によって画成されていることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項15に記載のシステムにおいて、前記貫通孔の前記壁が、前記接触層の組織に対面する面と前記接触層の反対側の面との間に実質的に滑らかな表面を有することを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1乃至16の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記接触層のボイドスペース百分率が、40%〜75%であることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1乃至16の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記接触層のボイドスペース百分率が55%であることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1乃至16の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記接触層が、200mmの長さと50mmの幅とを有し、および前記複数の貫通孔が70個の貫通孔を含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1乃至19の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記接触層が圧縮発泡体を含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1乃至19の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記接触層がフェルト発泡体を含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1乃至19の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記接触層が熱可塑性エラストマーを含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1乃至19の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記接触層が熱可塑性ポリウレタンを含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項1乃至23の何れか1項に記載のシステムにおいて、前記密閉空間内で前記接触層の上を覆うように位置決めされるように適合された保持層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項24に記載のシステムにおいて、前記保持層が、前記密閉空間への陰圧に応答して、***を形成するように構成され、前記***が前記貫通孔に対応する形状を有することを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項25に記載のシステムにおいて、前記***が、前記密閉空間への陰圧の適用に応答して、前記貫通孔内へと変形する前記保持層の部分を含むことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項26に記載のシステムにおいて、前記***が、前記小瘤の高さを制限するように構成されていることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項25に記載のシステムにおいて、前記圧縮可能発泡体材料が非圧縮状態において0.03g/cm 3 の密度を有し、前記保持層の硬度係数が、前記接触層の硬度係数を下回ることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項28に記載のシステムにおいて、前記保持層の周囲の部分の上の前記***の高さが、前記保持層の前記硬度係数に依存することを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項24に記載のシステムにおいて、前記保持層が、前記接触層の前記貫通孔の上を覆うことを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項24に記載のシステムにおいて、前記保持層がマニホールドであることを特徴とする、システム。
- 請求項31に記載のシステムにおいて、前記マニホールドが発泡体から形成されることを特徴とする、システム。
