Description
Claims (5)
- 1以上の電池モジュールを備えた電池パックであって、
前記電池モジュールは、
ガスを放出する排気弁を有する複数の単電池と、
前記複数の単電池を収容する電池室と、
前記電池室に隣接して設けられる排気室であって、前記単電池から放出されたガスが流れるとともに、前記ガスを外部に放出する排気孔が1以上形成された排気室と、
を備え、
前記排気室は、
前記複数の単電池の前記排気弁を前記排気室に露出させた状態で、前記排気室と電池室とを隔離する隔壁と、
前記隔壁に対向して配された排煙カバーと、
前記排煙カバーの周縁と前記隔壁の周縁との間に介在し、両者を気密シールするシール部材と、
で囲まれており、
前記排煙カバーは、前記複数の排気弁から放出されたガスが前記シール部材に到達することを阻害するべく、少なくとも、前記排気孔を介することなく前記シール部材に隣接する前記排気弁と前記シール部材との間位置において、前記排煙カバーから前記隔壁に向かって立脚する凸部を有し、
前記凸部の裏側は、凹部となっており、
前記電池モジュールは、さらに、前記凹部に収容され、前記単電池を加熱するヒータを備える、
ことを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックであって、
前記排気孔は、前記排気室の第一方向の両端近傍に設けられており、
前記排煙カバーは、少なくとも、前記第一方向に直交する第二方向端部に位置するシール部材と前記第二方向端部に位置する前記排気弁との間位置において、前記排煙カバーから前記隔壁に向かって立脚するとともに前記第一方向に延びる凸部を有する、ことを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項2に記載の電池パックであって、
前記排煙カバーは、さらに、前記第二方向に隣接する二つの排気弁の間位置において、前記排煙カバーから前記隔壁に向かって立脚するとともに前記第一方向に延びる凸部を有する、ことを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電池パックであって、
前記凸部は、前記隔壁に接触する、ことを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の電池パックであって、
さらに、伝熱性金属を含み、前記電池モジュールが設置される伝熱性フレームを備えており、
前記ヒータは、発熱体と、前記発熱体を覆う伝熱体と、を備えており、
前記伝熱体は、前記排煙カバーと前記伝熱性フレームとに接触する、
ことを特徴とする電池パック。
