Description
N.Shibuya and R.S.Porter,“Kinetics of PEEK sulfonation in concentrated sulfuric acid,”Macromolecules,vol.25,no.24,pp.6495−6499,Nov.1992に記載の手順に従って、500mLの硫酸(95〜98wt.%、Sigma Aldrich)に30gのPEEKを溶解させることにより行った。 M.H.D.Othman,A.F.Ismail,and A.Mustafa,Malaysian Polymer Journal,2007,2,10−28に記載されるように滴定により対応するイオン交換容量(IEC)およびスルホン化度(DS)を決定した。
CAB(GPCによる平均MNca.70,000、アセチル含有率12〜15%、ヒドロキシル1.2〜2.2wt.%、プロピオニル35〜39wt.%、Sigma Aldrich製)またはCABとsPEEK(DS63%)とのブレンドでWP−PE基材を被覆することにより6つの支持膜サンプルを作製し、得られた膜の性質を試験してブレンドポリマー中のCABの割合の増加の影響を調べた。
各サンプルコーティング溶液でsPEEK:CA(wt.:wt.)
