Description
The present invention relates to a lighting device.
2. Description of the Related Art Solid-state light-emitting devices such as light-emitting diodes (LEDs) are widely used in various light source devices, such as lighting applications and display applications, as highly efficient and space-saving light sources.
There are several types of light source devices using LEDs as light sources. For example, the type in which the LEDs are arranged so that the emission light of the LED is along the optical axis of the light source device (for example, the vertical direction), and the direction in which the emission light of the LED is perpendicular to the optical axis of the light source device (for example, (In the horizontal direction).
As the former type, for example, a light source device having a configuration in which a plurality of LEDs are arranged two-dimensionally (in a plane) so as to face a translucent panel is known (for example, Patent Document 1). As the latter type, a light source device having a configuration in which a plurality of LEDs are arranged in a row so as to face an end surface of a light guide plate is known (for example, Patent Document 2).
As this type of light source device, there is an LED lighting device for lighting using an LED. The LED lighting device includes, for example, a fixture main body, a plurality of LEDs arranged in the fixture main body, and a translucent cover (translucent panel) arranged to cover the plurality of LEDs. Such an LED lighting device is installed, for example, on a ceiling or the like, and emits light vertically downward.
For example, a direct-type LED lighting device in which LEDs are arranged directly below the inner surface of a light-transmitting cover is a device body installed on a ceiling surface, a plurality of LEDs arranged two-dimensionally in the device body, and a plurality of LEDs. A light-transmitting cover disposed to face the LED. In such a direct-type LED lighting device, the LED light emitted vertically downward enters the main surface of the light-transmitting cover vertically, and is emitted vertically downward through the light-transmitting cover.
On the other hand, an edge light type using a light guide plate is mainly used for a horizontal type LED lighting device that emits light of an LED in a horizontal direction of a main surface of a light-transmitting cover. A light guide plate disposed therein, a plurality of LEDs arranged in a row so as to face an end face of the light guide plate, and a light-transmitting cover arranged to face a main surface of the light guide plate. In such a horizontal LED lighting device, the LED light emitted in the horizontal direction of the main surface of the light-transmitting cover is reflected toward the main surface of the light-guiding plate while guiding the light-guiding plate. The light is emitted vertically downward through the light source.
In a lighting device using a plurality of light sources, there is a problem that a crushing feeling (bright point) is noticeable at the time of lighting, and uneven brightness occurs. In particular, since an LED is a point light source having strong directivity, uneven brightness is noticeable in an LED lighting device using a plurality of LEDs. Therefore, a light-diffusing cover (diffusion cover) that covers a plurality of LEDs is often used. By using the diffusion cover, light from the LED can be diffused, and uneven brightness can be suppressed.
In recent years, there has been a demand for a thinner lighting device. However, in a direct-type LED lighting device, if the distance between the LED and the diffusion cover is reduced to reduce the thickness, the light from the LED is sufficiently diffused by the diffusion cover. And the brightness uniformity at the diffusion cover is reduced. That is, it is not possible to obtain surface light with uniform luminance in the diffusion cover, and luminance unevenness remains.
In order to suppress the crushing feeling of the LEDs and secure a sufficient luminance uniformity in the diffusion cover, it is necessary to narrow the arrangement interval (pitch) between two adjacent LEDs or to spread the light of the LEDs in front of the LEDs. A light distribution control member such as a wide angle lens may be provided.
However, it is necessary to increase the number of LEDs in order to narrow the arrangement interval of the LEDs, which increases the cost. Further, in order to provide the light distribution control member, it is necessary to secure a certain space between the diffusion cover and the LED, and it is impossible to reduce the thickness.
On the other hand, in the horizontal type LED lighting device, since the light of the LED is emitted in the horizontal direction of the main surface of the light transmitting cover, it is not necessary to particularly increase the distance between the LED and the light transmitting cover. Therefore, the horizontal LED lighting device is suitable for thinning. However, when a light guide plate is used to emit light from the entire surface of the light-transmitting cover, the light guide plate reduces the light flux and the illuminance immediately below the lighting device.
As described above, in a lighting device using a plurality of light sources such as LEDs, it is difficult to reduce the cost and thickness while ensuring a sufficient luminance uniformity in the light-transmitting cover without lowering the light flux. Met.
The present invention has been made in order to solve such a problem, and without reducing the luminous flux, and while ensuring a sufficient luminance uniformity in the translucent cover, reducing the cost and reducing the thickness. It is an object of the present invention to provide a lighting device that can realize the above.
In order to achieve the above object, one embodiment of a lighting device according to the present invention includes a long substrate and a plurality of solid-state light emitting elements arranged on a first surface of the substrate along a longitudinal direction of the substrate. A light emitting module having a light emitting module, a power supply device for generating electric power for causing the solid state light emitting element to emit light, a device main body attached to the installation target portion, and housing the light emitting module and the power supply device, and provided on the device main body. A reflecting plate that reflects light from the light emitting module in a direction opposite to the installation portion side, and a light transmitting cover that is arranged to face the reflecting plate, the light emitting module includes: , The light of the light emitting module is disposed so as to be emitted toward a space region between the reflection plate and the light transmitting cover, and the power supply device is provided on a side of the substrate opposite to the first surface. No. It is arranged in the region of the side.
Advantageous Effects of Invention According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the cost and reduce the thickness of the light-transmitting cover without lowering the light flux and ensuring the uniformity of the luminance in the light-transmitting cover.

In this specification and the drawings, the X axis, the Y axis, and the Z axis represent three axes of a three-dimensional orthogonal coordinate system, the Z axis direction is a vertical direction, and a direction perpendicular to the Z axis (in the XY plane). (Parallel direction) is the horizontal direction. The plus direction in the Z-axis direction is defined as vertically downward.

As shown in FIG. 5, in the present embodiment,

Hereinafter, each component of the

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, each
The
As the
Although not shown, metal wiring for electrically connecting the plurality of
The
The
The LED chip is an example of a semiconductor light emitting element that emits light by predetermined DC power, and is a bare chip that emits monochromatic visible light. The LED chip is, for example, a blue LED chip that emits blue light when energized. In this case, in order to obtain white light, the sealing member contains a yellow phosphor such as YAG (yttrium aluminum garnet) that emits fluorescent light using blue light from the blue LED chip as excitation light.
As described above, the
The

Each of the four
The optical axis direction of each LED module 10 (LED 12) is a direction (horizontal direction) parallel to the

The

The
The power supply device 20 (power supply circuit) configured as described above is housed in a metal or resin circuit cover 22 (power supply cover), as shown in FIGS. For example, by fixing the circuit board of the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
[Instrument body]
The
The
The
The
Further, the
The appliance
In addition, the tool
The instrument
For this reason, as shown in FIGS. 2A and 4, the

[reflector]
The
As shown in FIG. 4, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The
The
The LED module 10 (substrate 11) is attached to the
Further, the
The
In addition, the
Further, in order to improve the light reflectivity of the
[Transparent cover]
The
The
The
Note that the diffusion panel may be configured by forming a milky white light diffusion film containing a light diffusion material or the like on the surface (inner surface or outer surface) of the transparent panel instead of dispersing the light diffusion material inside. Good. In addition, the diffusion panel may be configured to have a light diffusion property by performing a diffusion process instead of using a light diffusion material. For example, by forming a fine unevenness on the surface of the transparent panel by performing a surface treatment such as graining, or by printing a dot pattern on the surface of the transparent panel, it may be configured to have light diffusivity. Good. In addition, even in the case of performing diffusion processing, a light diffusing material may be further included in order to enhance light diffusivity.
As described above, by providing the
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the
The
The
Specifically, one plate portion of the mounting
[flame]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the

In the present embodiment,
As a result, the light emitted from the

[Summary]

Further, in the present embodiment, sufficient brightness uniformity can be obtained without increasing the number of
Further, in the present embodiment,
