Description
Claims (17)
- 制御されたフィルタチャネル開口サイズを有するセラミックフィルタを製造する方法であって、
第1及び第2表面と前記第1及び第2表面間に延びる一配列のフレア状孔とを含む構造を有するセラミック先行体要素を製作することであって、前記フレア状孔の頂端は前記第1表面に向かい、前記フレア状孔の底は前記第2表面に向かいかつ前記頂端よりも大きく、前記フレア状孔はポリマー材料を包含し、前記フレア状孔間の領域はセラミック材料を含むことと、
前記セラミック先行体要素を焼結することで前記セラミック材料を溶融しかつ前記ポリマー材料を除去することと
を含み、
前記方法はさらに、前記フレア状孔を前記制御されたフィルタチャネル開口サイズにまで開くべく前記第1表面の制御された厚さ部分を除去することを含み、
前記セラミック先行体要素を製作することは、
前記セラミック材料、前記ポリマー材料、及び前記ポリマー材料のための溶媒を含む制御された厚さのドープを、前記セラミック先行体要素のための形状体に形成することであって、前記形状体は支持体上に形成されることと、
形成された前記形状体を、前記溶媒が混和する液体浴において処置することと
を含む方法。 - 前記制御された厚さ部分を除去することは、前記セラミック先行体要素の前記第1表面上に溶媒を堆積することを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記制御された厚さ部分を除去することは、前記セラミック先行体要素の前記第1表面から、制御された厚さを物理的に除去することを含む請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記制御された厚さ部分を除去することは、焼結された前記セラミック先行体要素の前記第1表面を研磨することを含む請求項1、2又は3に記載の方法。
- 前記セラミック先行体要素の前記形状体は板又は管である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記フレア状孔を開くべく前記第2表面の一部分を除去することをさらに含む請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記セラミックフィルタのろ過特性を修正するべく、製造後の前記セラミックフィルタに表面修正処置を適用することをさらに含む請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記焼結することは、前記第1表面の前記制御された厚さ部分を除去する前に行われる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記焼結することは、前記第1表面の前記制御された厚さ部分を除去した後に行われる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 細胞をろ過する方法であって、請求項1から9のいずれか一項のセラミックフィルタを使用して細胞をろ過する方法。
- 無機フィルタを製造する方法であって、
第1及び第2表面と、前記第1及び第2表面間に延びる一配列のフレア状孔とを含む構造を有する先行体要素を製作することであって、前記フレア状孔の頂端が前記第1表面に向かい、前記フレア状孔の底が前記第2表面に向かいかつ前記頂端よりも大きく、前記フレア状孔はポリマー材料を包含し、前記フレア状孔間の領域は無機材料を含むことと、
前記先行体要素を焼結することで前記無機材料を溶融しかつ前記ポリマー材料を除去することと
を含み、
前記方法はさらに、前記フレア状孔を開くべく前記第1表面の一部分を除去することを含み、
前記先行体要素を製作することは、
前記無機材料、前記ポリマー材料、及び前記ポリマー材料のための溶媒を含む制御された厚さのドープを、前記先行体要素のための形状体に形成することであって、前記形状体は支持体上に形成されることと、
形成された前記形状体を、前記溶媒が混和する液体浴において処置することと
を含む方法。 - 前記焼結することは、前記第1表面の一部分を除去する前に行われる請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記焼結することは、前記第1表面の一部分を除去した後に行われる請求項11に記載の方法。
- マスクを製造する方法であって、
第1及び第2表面と、前記第1及び第2表面間に延びる一配列のフレア状孔とを含む構造を有するセラミック先行体要素を製作することであって、前記フレア状孔の頂端は前記第1表面に向かい、前記フレア状孔の底は前記第2表面に向かいかつ前記頂端よりも大きく、前記フレア状孔はポリマー材料を包含し、前記フレア状孔間の領域はセラミック材料を含むことと、
前記セラミック先行体要素を焼結することで前記セラミック材料を溶融しかつ前記ポリマー材料を除去することと
を含み、
前記方法はさらに、前記フレア状孔を、制御されたチャネル開口サイズにまで開くべく前記第1表面の制御された厚さ部分を除去することを含み、
前記セラミック先行体要素を製作することは、
前記セラミック材料、前記ポリマー材料、及び前記ポリマー材料のための溶媒を含む制御された厚さのドープを、前記セラミック先行体要素のための形状体に形成することであって、前記形状体は支持体上に形成されることと、
形成された前記形状体を、前記溶媒が混和する液体浴において処置することと
を含む方法。 - 前記第1及び第2表面の一方又は双方に孔開口のパターンを付けることをさらに含む請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記焼結することは、前記第1表面の前記制御された厚さ部分を除去する前に行われる請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記焼結することは、前記第1表面の前記制御された厚さ部分を除去した後に行われる請求項14に記載の方法。
