Description
a)エポキシ樹脂と、
b)少なくとも1つの脂環式アミンを含むエポキシ硬化剤と、
c)少なくとも3重量%の金属トリフレート触媒と、
d)任意追加的に、脂肪酸ポリアミドと、
e)任意追加的に、充填材料と、を含む。
a)上記のような硬化性組成物を提供する工程と、
b)サンドイッチ構造中に含まれる空隙の少なくとも一部を硬化性組成物で充填する工程と、
c)硬化性組成物を硬化させる工程と、を含む。
a)エポキシ樹脂と、
b)少なくとも1つの脂環式アミンを含むエポキシ硬化剤と、
c)少なくとも3重量%の金属トリフレート触媒と、
d)任意追加的に、脂肪酸ポリアミドと、

−NR1−CO−R2
式中、R1は、H又は1〜4個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基を表し、好ましくはR1はHを表す。R2は、3〜27個の炭素原子、好ましくは11〜23個の炭素原子を含む、飽和又は不飽和(ただし、好ましくは飽和)のアルキル鎖を表す。アルキル鎖は、線状、又は分岐状、又は環状であってもよい。好ましくは、アルキル鎖は飽和である。脂肪酸ポリアミドは、典型的には以下の式(III)によるカルボン酸の縮合反応から得られる。
MOOC−R2
これは、好ましくは脂肪酸であるか、又は脂肪酸とジアミン若しくはポリアミンの一級若しくは二級アミン基との組み合わせである。
R1は、H又は例えばメチル若しくはエチルなどのアルキルであり、好ましくはメチルであり;R2は、CHNR5R6であり;
R3及びR4は、互いに独立して、存在しても存在しなくてもよく、存在する場合、R3及びR4は、CHNR5R6であり;R5及びR6は、互いに独立して、アルキル、好ましくはCH3又はCH2CH3である。
a)10〜70重量%、10〜60重量%、15〜50重量%、15〜40重量%、又は更には15〜30重量%のエポキシ樹脂と、
b)10〜50重量%、15〜40重量%、又は更には15〜30重量%の、少なくとも1つの脂環式アミンを含むエポキシ硬化剤と、
c)3〜8重量%、4〜7重量%、又は更には4〜6重量%の金属トリフレート触媒と、
d)任意追加的に、0.1〜5重量%、0.2〜4重量%、0.3〜4重量%、又は更には0.2〜2重量%の脂肪酸ポリアミドと、
e)任意追加的に、1〜50重量%、2〜40重量%、3〜30重量%、又は更には5〜20重量%の、好ましくは中空粒子を含む充填材料と、を含む。
a)上記のような硬化性組成物を提供する工程と、
b)サンドイッチ構造中に含まれる空隙の少なくとも一部を硬化性組成物で充填する工程と、
c)硬化性組成物を硬化させる工程と、を含む。
a)サンドイッチ構造にインサートを提供する工程と、
b)任意追加的に、インサートに金物を挿入する工程と、
c)少なくとも部分的に、上記のような硬化性組成物でインサートを充填する工程と、
d)硬化性組成物をインサート中で硬化させる工程と、を含む。

−NRa−CO−Rb
式中、Raは、H又は1〜4個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基を表し、Rbは、3〜27個の炭素原子を含む飽和又は不飽和アルキル鎖を表す、項目1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物である。
a)10〜70重量%、10〜60重量%、15〜50重量%、15〜40重量%、又は更には15〜30重量%のエポキシ樹脂と、
b)10〜50重量%、15〜40重量%、又は更には15〜30重量%の、少なくとも1つの脂環式アミンを含むエポキシ硬化剤と、
c)3〜8重量%、4〜7重量%、又は更には4〜6重量%の金属トリフレート触媒と、
d)任意追加的に、0.1〜5重量%、0.2〜4重量%、0.3〜4重量%、又は更には0.2〜2重量%の脂肪酸ポリアミドと、
e)任意追加的に、1〜50重量%、2〜40重量%、3〜30重量%、又は更には5〜20重量%の、好ましくは中空粒子を含む充填材料と、を含む、項目1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物である。
a)項目1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物を提供する工程と、
b)サンドイッチ構造中に含まれる空隙の少なくとも一部を硬化性組成物で充填する工程と、
c)硬化性組成物を硬化させる工程と、を含む、サンドイッチ構造中の空隙を充填する方法である。
a)サンドイッチ構造にインサートを提供する工程と、
b)任意追加的に、インサートに金物を挿入する工程と、
c)少なくとも部分的に、項目1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の硬化性組成物でインサートを充填する工程と、
d)硬化性組成物をインサート中で硬化させる工程と、を含む、サンドイッチ構造にインサートをポッティングする方法である。
圧縮強度
硬化後、硬化した試料を成形型から取り外し、ISO 604の手順に従って圧縮試験に供する。試験試料は、加熱室を備えるZwick Model Z030引張試験機(Zwick GmbH & Co KG,UIm,Germany)を使用することにより、0.5mm/分の速度で、それらの25mmの軸腺に沿って破損するまで圧縮する。圧縮強度を室温(23℃)及び80℃の両方で測定する。80℃での試験前に、加熱した装置内で少なくとも30分間、試験試料を前調整する。各エポキシ組成について少なくとも3つの試料を測定し、結果を平均してMPa単位で記録する。
硬化後、硬化した試料を成形型から取り外し、それらの正確な寸法を記録する。それぞれの試料の重量を量り、密度を算出してg/cm3単位で記録する。
2K組成物用200mLカートリッジ(Sulzer Mixpac AG,Haag,Switzerland)に体積比2:1でB部及びA部を200mLまで手動で充填する。MC 13〜18型の混合ノズル(Sulzer Mixpac AG,Haag,Switzerlandから入手可能な静的2K混合器)をカートリッジに取り付ける。混合ノズルは、直径4.0mmの円形出口ノズルを有する。空気圧式ディスペンスガンを使用することにより、製品をカートリッジから押し出す。5バール(500kPa)の圧力を60秒間加えて押し出された量を測定することにより、押し出し速度を決定する。測定は室温で行う。各組成物を3回試験し、結果はg/分単位で表され、3つの測定値の平均を表す。
デュアルパックカートリッジから押し出した後、混合した組成物を平面基板上に配置し、時間をT0と設定する。ISO 868Rの試験方法に従って、硬度(ショアD単位で表示)を15分毎に測定する。通常のストップウォッチを使用して、少なくとも50のショアD硬度に達した時間を記録する。各組成物を3回試験し、結果は分単位で表され、3つの測定値の平均を表す。
FAR 25.853(a)Appendix F,Part 1 & AITM 2.002Aに従って、厚さ3mmの硬化したエポキシ樹脂で垂直式60分燃焼試験を行うことにより、可燃性を測定する。
ANCAMINE K54:トリス−2,4,6−ジメチルアミノメチルフェノール(Air Products and Chemicals,Inc.,Allentown/PA/USA)。
EPODIL 757:1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノールジグリシジルエーテル(Air Products and Chemicals Inc.,Allentown,PA/USA)。
GLASS BUBBLES D32:中空ガラス粒子、密度0.32g/cc(3M Company,USA)。
Z−6040:エポキシシラン(Dow Corning,Germany)。
EPIKOTE 232:ビスフェノールA及びビスフェノールF樹脂の混合物からなる低〜中粘度のエポキシ樹脂(Resolution advanced materials)。
DISPERLON 6500:非反応性ポリアミド(King Industries,Norwalk,CT)。
JEFFAMINE D−230:ポリエーテルジアミン硬化剤(Huntsman)。
VERSAMINE C31:脂環式アミン硬化剤(Cognis)。
TTD:トリオキサトリデカンジアミン(BASF)。
ANCAMID 910:ポリアミドアミン(Air Products)。
INTUMAX AC−2:リン酸塩系ハロゲンフリー難燃性膨張剤(Broadview Technologies Inc.)。
EXOLIT EP 935D:難燃剤(Clariant)。
BYK W9010:リン酸エステル(BYK Chemie GmbH)。
カルシウムトリフレート:Sigma Aldrichから入手可能。
実施例1について概要を述べるように、一般的な手順に従って、実施例1及び2並びに比較例C−1〜C−6の二液型エポキシ組成物を調製する。
最初に高速混合器(DAC 150 FVZ Speed mixer,Hauschild Engineering,Germany)を3000rpmで使用してカルシウムトリフレートをVERSAMINE C31と混合することにより、A1部を配合する。カルシウムトリフレートの分散を容易にするために、一部のガラスバブルを添加する。カルシウムトリフレートの結晶が見えなくなるまで混合を繰り返す。次に、ANCAMINE K54を添加し、混合物を3000rpmで1分間混合する。最終工程として、ガラスバブルの残り分を2回に分けて混合し、均質なペーストを確保する。全ての原材料を添加した後、混合物を脱気し、デュアルパックカートリッジの第1ユニットに充填する。実施例2のA2部及び比較例C−1〜C−6のそれぞれA3〜A8部を、表1に記載の成分を使用して同様に調製する。
高速混合器(DAC 150 FVZ Speedmixer,Hauschild Engineering)を使用して、EPIKOTE 232及びDISPARLON 6500を3000rpmで1分間混合する。次に、混合物を90℃の空気循環式オーブンに60分間保持する。混合物を室温まで冷却する。BYK W9010を添加し、1分間混合する。その後、EXOLIT OP 935D及びINTUMAX ACを添加し、3000rpmで1分間混合する。次に、EPODIL 757及びエポキシシランを添加した後、混合して均質にする。次に、ガラスバブルを二分して添加し、均質になるまで混合する。上記のデュアルパックカートリッジの第2ユニットに均質なペーストを充填する。
デュアルパックカートリッジ(Sulzer Mixpac AG,Haag,Switzerland)に体積比2:1でB部及びA部を200mLまで手動で充填する。
実施例1及び2並びに比較例C−1〜C−6
実施例1及び2の硬化性組成物は、脂環式アミン及び異なる量のカルシウムトリフレートを含むA1及びA2部と、エポキシ樹脂を含むB部とから調製される。比較例C−1は、脂環式アミン及び少量のカルシウムトリフレートを含むA3部と、エポキシ樹脂を含むB部とから形成される。比較例C−2及びC−3は、脂環式アミンではなくポリエーテルジアミンと、カルシウムトリフレートとを含むA4及びA5部で形成される。比較例C−4は、脂環式アミンではなくポリアミドアミンと、カルシウムトリフレートとを含むA6部で形成される。比較例C−5及びC−6は、脂環式アミンと、カルシウムトリフレートではなく硝酸カルシウムとを含むA7及びA8部で形成される。A部及びB部の成分及びそれらの量を表1及び表2に示す。硬化性組成物は、200mLデュアルパックカートリッジでそれぞれのA部及びB部を混合することにより調製される。上記の一般的な手順に従って、試料の押し出し、硬化、及び試験を行う。試験結果を表3に示す。
Claims (3)
- a)エポキシ樹脂と、
b)少なくとも1つの脂環式アミンを含むエポキシ硬化剤と、
c)少なくとも5.5重量%の金属トリフレート触媒と、
d)任意追加的に、脂肪酸ポリアミドと、
e)任意追加的に、充填材料と、を含み、
実施例の項に記載の試験方法により23℃で測定するとき、90分未満のショアD硬度≧50の到達時間をもたらし、直径4.0mmの円形開口部から温度23℃及び圧力5バール(500kPa)で60秒間押し出されるとき、少なくとも20g/分の押し出し速度を有する、硬化性空隙充填組成物。 - a)請求項1に記載の硬化性空隙充填組成物を提供する工程と、
b)サンドイッチ構造中に含まれる空隙の少なくとも一部を前記硬化性空隙充填組成物で充填する工程と、
c)前記硬化性空隙充填組成物を硬化させる工程と、を含む、サンドイッチ構造中の空隙を充填する方法。 - 建設、自動車、航空、又は航空宇宙産業における製造又は修理作業のための、請求項1に記載の硬化性空隙充填組成物の使用。
