- 爆発性雰囲気で動作するロボットの内部に設けられる電池ケースであって、
一次電池と、
前記一次電池を保護する回路を含んだ基板と、
前記一次電池および前記基板を収容する筐体と
を備え、
前記筐体は、
気体を通過させる通気孔を有すること
を特徴とする電池ケース。 - 前記筐体は、
前記一次電池および前記基板を主面側からみて並べて収容しており、前記一次電池の交換が可能な形状の開口を開閉する開閉部を一方の主面における前記一次電池に対応する位置に有すること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池ケース。 - 前記筐体は、
前記一次電池を収容する第1領域と前記基板を収容する第2領域とを隔離する隔離壁を前記一方の主面に有すること
を特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池ケース。 - 前記隔離壁は、
他方の主面に達しておらず、前記第1領域と前記第2領域とが連通していること
を特徴とする請求項3に記載の電池ケース。 - 前記筐体は、
前記一方の主面が透明性を有すること
を特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか一つに記載の電池ケース。 - 前記筐体は、
絶縁性および耐トラッキング性を有する樹脂であること
を特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の電池ケース。 - 前記通気孔は、
対向する側面における互いに向かい合う位置に形成された合計2つの開口であること
を特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の電池ケース。 - 前記合計2つの開口をそれぞれ覆う通気性フィルタ
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電池ケース。 - 前記筐体は、
一対の主面に、他の筐体における一対の主面とそれぞれ係合する凹部または凸部を有すること
を特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の電池ケース。 - ベース部と、
アームと
を備え、
請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の電池ケースを前記ベース部の内部に備えることを特徴とするロボット。
