Claims (11)
- 医療画像を処理することができるコンピュータと、
表面を持つ身体内の関心領域を有する、以前に取得された基準画像のソースと、
前記関心領域の超音波画像を生成するプローブを持つ超音波システムと、
前記プローブに結合され、身体スキャン中に前記プローブの空間的場所を追跡するように構成された空間的追跡システムと、
を有する医療画像融合システムにおいて、
前記コンピュータが、前記プローブの場所が、空間的に対応する基準画像に示される身体の表面の内側であるかどうかを前記追跡されたプローブの場所から決定するように構成され、内側である場合に、
前記コンピュータが、前記基準画像を修正するように構成され、前記基準画像の修正が、
前記基準画像に示される身体の表面の外側に前記プローブの場所を表示すること、
前記基準画像に示される表面を再描画すること、
前記再描画された表面内に含まれるように前記基準画像内の組織の外観を改変すること、
前記プローブの場所の前かつ前記基準画像内の前記再描画された表面の内側の組織の外観を変形すること、
を有し、前記組織の外観の変形が、前記組織の密度及び/又は剛性を考慮して実行される、
医療画像融合システム。 - 前記コンピュータが、前記再描画された表面内に含まれない組織を切り捨てることにより前記基準画像内の組織の外観を改変するように構成される、請求項1に記載の医療画像融合システム。
- 前記基準画像が、CT又はMRI画像を有する、請求項1に記載の医療画像融合システム。
- 前記CT又はMRI画像が、3D画像データセットを有する、請求項3に記載の医療画像融合システム。
- 前記空間的追跡システムが、EM追跡システムを有する、請求項1に記載の医療画像融合システム。
- 前記EM追跡システムが、
EM場発生器と、
前記プローブに取り付けられたプローブ向きセンサと、
位置感知コントローラと、
を有する、請求項5に記載の医療画像融合システム。 - 前記位置感知コントローラが、前記プローブに関する位置及び向き情報を生成し、
前記位置及び向き情報が、前記コンピュータに提供される、
請求項6に記載の医療画像融合システム。 - 前記コンピュータが、PACSシステムの一部である、請求項1に記載の医療画像融合システム。
- 前記コンピュータが、前記超音波システムのモジュール化されたプロセッサである、請求項1に記載の医療画像融合システム。
- 前記コンピュータが、修正された基準画像を超音波画像と融合するように構成される、請求項1に記載の医療画像融合システム。
