Description

The present invention relates to an outer wall height adjustment structure that adjusts the installation height of an outer wall panel installed in a building.

Conventionally, the invention which adjusts the installation height of an outer wall panel according to a situation is proposed. For example, a receiving metal fitting installed at the lower end of the outer wall panel of Patent Document 1 has an inverted L-shaped main body that covers the upper side and the side of a lower horizontal frame formed of a lip groove steel that supports the receiving metal. An adjuster bolt that contacts the bottom surface of the horizontal frame is screwed in, and the installation height of the outer wall panel can be adjusted up and down by rotating the adjuster bolt.

特開2001−27003JP 2001-27003 A

However, in the invention of Patent Document 1, since the adjuster bolt is in contact with the bottom surface of the lower horizontal frame, when the outer wall panel is to be removed from the outdoor side after the outer wall panel is installed, the outer wall panel must be lifted upwards. If so, the adjuster bolt cannot be removed from the lower horizontal frame. Therefore, when another outer wall panel is installed on the upper part of the outer wall panel, it is necessary to dismantle part of the inner wall formed on the indoor side during maintenance, and remove the outer wall panel. There is a problem of imposing a heavy burden on the person.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and has an outer wall height adjustment structure that adjusts the installation height of the outer wall panel installed in the building and can easily remove the outer wall panel from the outdoor side. The purpose is to provide.

The outer wall height adjusting structure of the present invention is an outer wall height adjusting structure that adjusts the installation height of an outer wall panel that can be attached and detached from the outdoor side of a building. A flat plate-like outer wall panel that is installed on an outer wall base material with a gap in the vertical direction from a component member, and an adjustment fitting that is fixed to the indoor side lower end of the outer wall panel and adjusts the installation height of the outer wall panel And a receiving bracket that is installed in a housing on the indoor side with respect to the outer wall panel and has a folded piece obtained by bending upward at least the side end on the outdoor side of the bottom plate on which the adjustment fitting is placed. The metal fitting is characterized in that a distance from an upper surface of the bottom plate to an upper end of the bent piece is formed to be equal to or less than the distance.

In the outer wall height adjusting structure of the present invention, the adjustment fitting is fixed to the outer wall panel and extends in the indoor direction to form a female screw hole, and is inserted into the female screw hole from above, And a bolt mounted on the bottom plate with the nut fixed in a non-rotatable manner.

The outer wall height adjusting structure according to the present invention is a long lip channel steel in which the casing is installed on the lower side on the indoor side of the outer wall panel and extends upward in the in-plane direction and the horizontal direction of the outer wall panel. And the receiving metal fitting has a folded piece obtained by bending upward the side end on the outdoor side and the side end on the indoor side of the bottom plate, and the bottom plate is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in plan view, The length of one side end orthogonal to the side end of the lip groove is less than the distance between the flanges of the lip channel steel, and the length of the other side end orthogonal to the side end on the outdoor side is the lip channel It is formed more than the distance between the steel lips, and the folded piece is characterized in that a hook piece is formed by bending the tip in a direction opposite to the bottom plate and hooking on the lip channel steel lip.

The outer wall height adjusting structure of the present invention is characterized in that the nut is positioned below the lower end of the outer wall panel.

The outer wall height adjusting structure of the present invention is characterized in that the casing is the long outer wall base material extending in the vertical direction, and the receiving metal fitting protrudes and is fixed to the side surface of the outer wall base material.

According to the outer wall height adjusting structure of the present invention, the receiving metal fitting has a plate-like folded piece that is bent upward at least on the side edge on the outdoor side of the bottom plate on which the adjusting fitting is placed, and is bent from the upper surface of the bottom plate. The dimension to the upper end of a piece is formed below the space | interval formed between an outer wall panel and the other outer wall panel located above, or the other structural member of a building. In addition, since the outer wall panel is removable from the outdoor side of the building, even if another outer wall panel is installed above the outer wall panel, the outer wall panel is less than the interval formed between the outer wall panel and the like. If it is lifted from the outdoor side by the height of, it can be removed and the maintainability can be improved. Moreover, since the adjustment bracket can adjust the installation height of an outer wall panel, the installation height adjustment operation of an outer wall panel can be performed from the outdoor side, and workability can be improved.

According to the outer wall height adjusting structure of the present invention, the adjustment fitting is fixed to the outer wall panel and extends in the indoor direction to form a female screw hole, and is inserted through the female screw hole from above, and a nut at the tip. And the bolt mounted on the bottom plate, so that the outer wall panel with the fixed portion fixed can be moved up and down by simply rotating the nut or bolt. The installation height can be adjusted.

According to the outer wall height adjusting structure of the present invention, the casing is a long lip groove steel that is installed on the indoor side of the outer wall panel, extends in the in-plane direction and the horizontal direction of the outer wall panel, and opens upward. The bottom plate is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in plan view, the length of one side end orthogonal to the side end on the outdoor side is less than the distance between the flanges of the lip groove steel, and the other side orthogonal to the side end on the outdoor side The length of the side end is formed to be greater than the distance between the lips of the lip channel steel. In addition, the folded piece formed by bending the side end on the outdoor side and the side end on the indoor side of the bottom plate bends the tip in the opposite direction to the bottom plate and hooks it on the lip of the lip channel steel Form a piece. Therefore, the metal fitting is inserted into the lip groove steel from above at the side end that is formed more than the distance between the lips of the lip groove steel of the bottom plate, and the side end is orthogonal to the flange of the lip groove steel. It can be installed in the lip channel steel simply by turning it so that the hook is brought into contact with the lip of the lip channel steel. In addition, since the receiving bracket can be slid in a state where the lip is sandwiched between the hooking piece and the bottom plate, the installation position can be easily adjusted. Further, since the bottom plate engages with the lip when the receiving metal is lifted upward, it is possible to prevent the receiving metal from falling off the lip groove steel.

According to the outer wall height adjusting structure of the present invention, the nut is positioned below the lower end of the outer wall panel. Therefore, when the outer wall panel is installed on the upper part of the building foundation, the nut is formed between the building foundation and the outer wall panel. By inserting a tool such as a spanner from the outdoor side into the gap and rotating the nut, the installation height can be adjusted without removing the outer wall panel, and workability can be improved.

According to the outer wall height adjusting structure of the present invention, the casing is a long outer wall base material extending in the vertical direction, and the receiving metal fitting projects and is fixed to the side surface of the outer wall base material. Even when a diagonal member such as a turnbuckle is fixed, the outer wall panel can be installed without interfering with the diagonal member by installing the receiving bracket at a height avoiding the diagonal member.

Then, the folded piece 52 forms a hook piece 5 b that is bent in the direction opposite to the bottom plate 51 and hooked on the lip 6 a of the lip groove steel 6. Further, the first distance H2 from the upper surface 51a of the bottom plate 51 to the upper end 52a of the folded piece 52 is formed to be equal to or less than the first interval H1.

Next, the outer wall height adjusting structure 1 that adjusts the installation height of the outer wall panel 2 using the adjusting metal fitting 4 and the receiving metal fitting 5 described above will be described. First, the adjustment fitting 4 in which the fixing portion 41 and the bolt 42 are set in advance is fixed to the connecting plate 2 d of the outer wall panel 2. Specifically, the first through hole 4d of the fixing portion 41 and the third insertion hole 2g of the connecting plate 2d are aligned, and the low head bolt 7 is communicated and fixed as shown in FIG. At this time, as described above, since the first through hole 4d is formed by adjusting the installation position, the height positions of the lower surface of the outer wall material 21 and the lower surface of the horizontal portion 4c of the fixing portion 41 are substantially the same.

And the receiving metal fitting 5 is installed in the lip channel steel 6 mounted in the upper surface of the foundation 8, etc. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 14A to 14D, a side end having a length L2 of the bottom plate 51 is inserted into the lip groove steel 6 from above (a), and the side end is inserted. It is installed by rotating it so as to be orthogonal to the flange 6b (b) and tilting the hooking piece 5b so as to contact the lip 6a (c, d). Since the receiving metal fitting 5 can slide and move with the lip 6a sandwiched between the hooking piece 5b and the bottom plate 51, the installation position can be easily adjusted. Further, since the lip 6a is sandwiched between the bottom plate 51 and the hooking piece 5b, the metal fitting 5 does not move greatly in the vertical direction and does not come off the lip groove steel 6, and can be installed on the lip 6a in a stable state. it can.

Subsequently, the bolt 42 is rotated to adjust the length from the horizontal portion 4 c to the tip of the bolt 42. At this time, when the bolt 42 is placed on the bottom plate 51 of the receiving metal fitting 5, the outer wall panel 2 is adjusted so as to have a desired approximate installation height. 1 and 2, the tip of the bolt 42 is placed on the bottom plate 51 so that the in-plane direction of the outer wall panel 2 and the longitudinal direction of the lip groove steel 6 are parallel to each other. As described above, the installation heights of the lower surface of the outer wall member 21 and the lower surface of the horizontal portion 4c of the fixing portion 41 are substantially the same, so that the tip of the bolt 42 is positioned below the lower surface of the outer wall member 21. . Further, the folded piece 52 of the metal fitting 5 prevents the bolt 42 from greatly moving in the out-of-plane outdoor direction of the outer wall panel 2.

Next, the outer wall panel 2 is fixed to the outer wall base material 3 using a dedicated metal fitting. As shown in FIG. 2, the outer wall panel 2 is fixed to the outer wall base material 3 using an outer wall fixture 9 that can be operated from the outdoor side. The outer wall fixture 9 is installed on the surface of the outer wall base material 3 on the outdoor side, and has a locking piece 91 that is rotatable in the in-plane direction of the outer wall panel 2. After the plate piece 2b of the outer wall panel 2 is brought into contact with the outdoor side surface of the outer wall base material 3, a wrench or the like is inserted from the vertical joint 25 formed between the outer wall panels 2 to cut the locking piece 91 of the outer wall material 21. The plate piece 2b is tightly fixed by the outer wall base material 3 and the locking piece 91 by rotating and inserting into the notch groove 21a. With such a fixing method, the outer wall panel 2 can be removed by operating the outer wall fixture 9 from the outdoor side.

When it is desired to adjust the height of the outer wall panel 2 after the outer wall panel 2 is installed on the outer wall base material 3, the outer wall panel 9 is operated by operating the outer wall fixture 9 from the vertical joint 25 between the outer wall panels 2 shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 7, the tool 10 such as a spanner is inserted through a gap formed between the lower end of the outer wall panel 2 and the upper end 52a of the hooking piece 5b, and the nut 4a is rotated. Let As described above, the nut 4a is fixed to the bolt 42 so as not to rotate. Therefore, when the nut 4a is rotated, the bolt 42 also rotates at the same time, and the fixing portion 41 fixed to the outer wall panel 2 moves up and down. To do. At this time, since the entire load of the outer wall panel 2 is applied to the nut 4a, the frictional resistance between the nut 4a and the bottom plate 51a is large, but can be eliminated by increasing the length of the tool 10. When the installation height of the outer wall panel 2 is adjusted to a desired height, the outer wall panel 9 is again operated from the vertical joint 25 to firmly fix the outer wall panel 2 to the outer wall base material 3. Therefore, when installing the outer wall panel 2 in the upper part of the foundation 8, since installation height adjustment can be performed without removing the outer wall panel 2, workability | operativity can be improved significantly.

When removing the outer wall panel 2 during maintenance or the like, the outer wall mounting tool 9 is operated from the vertical joint 25 shown in FIG. 2 to loosen the outer wall panel 2 to the outer wall base material 3, and as shown in FIG. The outer wall panel 2 can be lifted and removed from the outdoor side. At this time, as described above, the first distance H2 from the upper surface 51a of the bottom plate 51 to the upper end 52a of the folded piece 52 is formed to be equal to or less than the first interval H1 shown in FIG. Even if another outer wall panel 2A is installed, if the outer wall panel 2 is lifted upward by the first distance H2, it can be removed without interfering with the other outer wall panel 2A.

<Second Embodiment>
Next, a second embodiment of the outer wall height adjusting structure 11 will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 to 13. In addition, the same structure as 1st Embodiment attaches | subjects the same code | symbol, and abbreviate | omits description. As shown in FIG. 11, the outer wall height adjusting structure 11 of the present application can be suitably used when a diagonal member 12 such as a turnbuckle and other members are fixed to the lower part of the outer wall base material 3.

As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the outer wall height adjusting structure 11 includes a flat outer wall panel 12 that is installed on the outer wall base material 3 with a second space H3 and another outer wall panel 12A positioned above. An adjustment fitting 13 that is fixed to the lower end portion on the indoor side of the outer wall panel 12 and adjusts the installation height of the outer wall panel 12, and a bottom plate that is installed in a housing on the indoor side of the outer wall panel 12 and on which the adjustment fitting 13 is placed And a receiving metal fitting 14 having a plate-like folded piece 142 in which the edge of 141 is bent upward. In the illustrated example, the other outer wall panel 12A is installed above the outer wall panel 12, but another component member 2B of the building may be installed as in the first embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 12, the outer wall panel 12 has a contact plate 2c inserted in the internal space of the mounting member 2a of the outer wall member 21, and the contact plate 2c is a fixing portion 131 of the adjusting fitting 13 described later. Concatenated with As shown in FIG. 13, the outer wall base material 3 that supports the outer wall panel 12 has holes 3b formed in the web 3a. Bolts for fixing the receiving metal fitting 14 to the outer wall base material 3 can be inserted into the hole 3b, and the hole 3b is formed in accordance with a height position where the receiving metal fitting 14 is desired to be installed.

As shown in FIGS. 11 and 13, the adjustment fitting 13 is fixed to the lower end portion on the indoor side of the outer wall panel 12 and holds the lower end of the outer wall panel 12, and the nut 4 a at the tip cannot be rotated. And a bolt 42 to be fixed. The fixing portion 131 is a member formed by bending a flat plate, is formed by bending a holding portion 13a that holds the lower end of the outer wall panel 12 and one end of the holding portion 13a at a right angle, and is connected to the contact plate 2c. Connecting portion 13b and a horizontal portion 13c extending to the indoor side by bending a part of the tip of connecting portion 13b to the side opposite to holding portion 13a.

At one end of the connecting portion 13b, two second through holes 13d are provided at positions aligned with the first insertion holes 2e of the contact plate 2c. A second female screw hole 13e having a female screw is formed. The bolt 42 is inserted from above into the second female screw hole 13e, and the nut 4a is fixed to the tip so as not to rotate. At this time, the bolt 42 is screwed into the second female screw hole 13e.

The receiving metal fitting 14 is installed on the side surface of the outer wall base material 3 which is a kind of a casing for supporting the outer wall panel 12, in this case, on the web 3 a of the lip channel steel. The bracket 14 includes a rectangular bottom plate 141 on which the bolts 42 of the adjustment bracket 13 are placed, a folded piece 142 formed by bending three edges of the bottom plate 141 upward, and the outer wall base material 3. And a support portion 143 that is fixedly supported. The folded piece 142 is bent upward at both ends of the bottom plate 141 on the outer wall panel 12 side and both ends orthogonal to the in-plane direction of the outer wall panel 12. The support portion 143 is formed of a fixed support portion 14a fixed to the web 3a, and an arm portion 14b formed by bending one end of the fixed support portion 14a at a right angle and connecting the bottom plate 141 and the fixed support portion 14a. In addition, a third through hole 14c penetrating in the plate thickness direction is provided substantially at the center of the fixed support portion 14a. Moreover, the receiving metal fitting 14 is formed so that the second distance H4 from the upper surface 141a of the bottom plate 141 to the upper end 142a of the bent piece 142 is equal to or less than the second distance H3.

Next, the outer wall height adjusting structure 11 that adjusts the installation height of the outer wall panel 12 using the adjusting metal fitting 13 and the receiving metal fitting 14 described above will be described. First, the adjustment fitting 13 in which the fixing portion 131 and the bolt 42 are set in advance is fixed to the outer wall panel 12. Specifically, the second through hole 13d of the connecting portion 13b and the first insertion hole 2e of the contact plate 2c are aligned, and communicated with the low head bolt 7 and fastened and fixed with the low head nut 71 as shown in FIG. .

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 10, the arm portion 14b of the metal fitting 14 is arranged so as to extend in the in-plane direction of the outer wall panel 12, and the fixed support portion 14a is brought into contact with the web 3a of the outer wall base material 3, The third through hole 14c and the hole 3b are fastened and fixed by the second bolt 15 and the second nut 16 communicating with each other. Since the hole 3b is formed at the installation height position of the receiving metal fitting 14 as described above, for example, when the diagonal member 12 is installed below the outer wall base material 3, as shown in FIG. The metal fitting 14 is formed so as to be adjusted to a height position that does not interfere with the diagonal member 12. Then, as shown in FIG. 9, the tip of the bolt 42 of the adjustment fitting 13 installed on the outer wall panel 2 is placed on the bottom plate 141 of the fitting 14, and the outer wall panel 12 is attached to the outer wall in the same procedure as in the first embodiment. Fix to the base material 3. At this time, the folded piece 142 of the metal fitting 14 prevents the bolt 42 from moving greatly in the out-of-plane direction on the outdoor side of the outer wall panel 12.

When it is desired to adjust the height of the outer wall panel 12 after the outer wall panel 12 is installed on the outer wall base material 3 or when the outer wall panel 12 is removed during maintenance or the like, the outer wall fixture 9 is removed from the vertical joint 121 between the outer wall panels 12. The outer wall panel 12 can be loosened to the outer wall base material 3 by operating, and the outer wall panel 12 can be lifted and removed from the outdoor side as shown in FIG. At this time, as described above, the second distance H4 from the upper surface 141a of the bottom plate 141 to the upper end 142a of the folded piece 142 is formed to be equal to or less than the second interval H3 in FIG. Even if the outer wall panel 12A is installed, if the outer wall panel 12 is lifted upward by the second distance H4, it can be removed without interfering with the other outer wall panel 12A.

In FIG. 9, the lower surface of the holding portion 13 a of the adjustment metal fitting 13 and the lower surface of the bottom plate 141 of the receiving metal fitting 14 are installed at substantially the same height position. The length in the vertical direction may be adjusted so that the lower surface of the holding portion 13a is positioned below the lower surface of the bottom plate 141. By forming the adjustment fitting 13 in this way, the outer wall panel 12 can be arranged at a desired height regardless of the situation of the lower part of the outer wall base material 3.

Needless to say, the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be appropriately changed without departing from the scope of the idea of the present invention.

This invention can be used suitably when adjusting the installation height of the outer wall panel formed in flat form.
