Description

In the invention described in the claims of the present application, the center conductor and the outer conductor of the coaxial cable in which the center conductor and the outer conductor surrounding the center conductor are covered with the outer insulator are connected to each other. The present invention relates to a coaxial connector device that includes a contact member and a ground contact member that are insulated from each other and is mechanically and electrically connected to a mating connector device that is another connector device.

For transmission of high-frequency signals between multiple electrical components, electrical devices, or electronic devices, a central conductor and an outer conductor that surrounds it through an internal insulator, forming a signal transmission path that is not easily affected by external noise. In many cases, coaxial cables are used that are covered with an external insulator. For example, when a coaxial cable is connected to a circuit board that handles high-frequency signals, the high-frequency signal is transmitted from the circuit board to the outside through the coaxial cable, or from the outside to the circuit board through the coaxial cable of the high-frequency signal. Transmission takes place.

When the coaxial cable is connected to the circuit board, a coaxial connector device having a contact member to which the central conductor of the coaxial cable is connected and a ground contact member to which the outer conductor of the coaxial cable is connected is connected to one end of the coaxial cable. The coaxial connector device is attached to the circuit board, for example, provided with a center contact to which a high-frequency signal to be handled in the circuit board is supplied and an annular ground contact which is arranged to surround the center contact and to which a ground potential is applied. Mechanically and electrically connected to the mating connector device. The state in which such a coaxial connector device is mechanically and electrically coupled to the counterpart connector device is, for example, that the ground contact member of the coaxial connector device is fitted and connected to the annular ground contact of the counterpart connector device. The contact member of the coaxial connector device is contacted and connected to the center contact of the counterpart connector device.

When mechanical and electrical connection of the coaxial connector device to the counterpart connector device is performed, the counterpart connector device attached to the circuit board has, for example, a center contact and an annular ground contact in the circuit board. The coaxial connector device attached to one end of the coaxial cable is directed from above the component mounting surface on the circuit board to the component mounting surface. The ground contact member of the coaxial connector device is engaged and connected to the annular ground contact of the counterpart connector device, and the contact member of the coaxial connector device is contact-connected to the center contact of the counterpart connector device. . Therefore, on the circuit board to which the counterpart connector apparatus is attached, the coaxial connector apparatus protrudes from the mounting surface of the parts and the like on the circuit board.

。   As described above, when the coaxial connector device is mechanically and electrically connected to the counterpart connector device, the mechanical and electrical connection of the coaxial connector device with the counterpart connector device is undesirably released. It is hoped that the occurrence of the situation will be avoided. Therefore, in the related art, the mechanical and electrical connection between the coaxial connector device and the counterpart connector device to which the coaxial connector device is mechanically and electrically connected is undesirably released. It has been proposed to provide a lock mechanism (locking mechanism) for maintaining to avoid (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

In the coaxial connector device (coaxial connector (10)) disclosed in Patent Document 1 and the mating connector device (mating connector (60)) to which it is mechanically and electrically connected, the coaxial connector device includes: The contact member (terminal (13)) that is connected to the central conductor (core wire (C1)) of the coaxial cable (cable (C)) is connected to the outer conductor (shield wire (C2)) of the coaxial cable. The ground contact member (external conductor (11)) is held by the insulating housing member (dielectric (12)) in a mutually insulated state, and the mating connector device is connected to the signal terminal on the circuit board. The signal contact portion (center conductor (62)) connected to the contact portion and the ground contact portion (outer conductor (61)) surrounding the contact connection portion (contact portion (62A)) of the signal contact portion are insulated housing members ( dielectric The body (63)) is held in a mutually insulated state. When the coaxial connector device is mechanically and electrically connected to the mating connector device, the fitting cylindrical portion (14) in the ground contact member of the coaxial connector device is fitted into the ground contact portion of the mating connector device. In addition to being connected, the contact portion (25) in the contact member of the coaxial connector device is contact-connected to the contact connection portion in the signal contact portion of the counterpart connector device.

Under such circumstances, the fitting cylindrical portion of the ground contact member of the coaxial connector device is formed as a ring formed by bending the metal plate, and a substantially annular protrusion extending in the circumferential direction on the inner surface thereof. The strip portion (14B) is provided as a lock portion, and the ground contact portion of the mating connector device has a cylindrical shape, and an annular lock groove (61A) is formed on the outer surface portion thereof. ) Has been formed. Under such circumstances, the inner diameter of the protrusion (14B) provided on the inner surface of the fitting cylindrical portion of the ground contact member of the coaxial connector device is the same as that of the outer surface, and the lock groove (61A) is formed. It is set to be smaller than the outer diameter of the ground contact portion of the mating connector device.

And, when the coaxial connector device is mechanically and electrically connected to the counterpart connector device, when the fitting cylindrical portion of the ground contact member of the coaxial connector device is fitted and connected to the ground contact portion of the counterpart connector device, The protrusion (14B) provided on the inner surface of the fitting cylindrical shape in the ground contact member of the coaxial connector device engages with the lock groove (61A) formed in the outer surface portion of the ground contact portion of the counterpart connector device, Thereby, the situation where the fitting of the fitting cylindrical portion of the ground contact member of the coaxial connector device to the ground contact portion of the mating connector device is undesirably released is prevented.

When the protrusion (14B) engages with the lock groove (61A), first, the elasticity of the ground contact member of the coaxial connector device is utilized, and the fitting cylindrical portion of the ground contact member temporarily moves. The inner diameter of the substantially annular ridge (14B) provided on the inner surface of the fitting cylindrical portion is temporarily enlarged, and the ridge (14B) is temporarily connected to the mating connector device. The state of contacting the outer surface portion of the ground contact portion is taken. Subsequently, the protrusion (14B) is moved along the outer surface portion of the ground contact portion of the mating connector device to engage with the lock groove (61A) formed in the outer surface portion, thereby temporarily A state is taken in which the inner diameter dimension of the enlarged protrusion (14B) is restored.

Under such circumstances, the protrusion (14B) provided on the inner surface portion of the fitting cylindrical portion of the ground contact member of the coaxial connector device and the lock groove formed on the outer surface portion of the ground contact portion of the mating connector device. (61A) is to prevent a situation in which the fitting of the fitting cylindrical portion of the ground contact member of the coaxial connector device to the ground contact portion of the counterpart connector device is undesirably released, and the counterpart connector device of the coaxial connector device The lock mechanism is configured to maintain the mechanical and electrical connection with the main body so as to avoid undesired release thereof.

In the above-described conventionally proposed coaxial connector device and the mating connector device to which it is mechanically and electrically connected, a lock portion is formed on the inner surface of the fitting cylindrical portion of the ground contact member of the coaxial connector device. An annular protrusion (14B) is provided, and an annular lock groove (61A) is formed on the outer surface of the cylindrical ground contact portion of the mating connector device, and the inner diameter of the substantially annular protrusion (14B) The coaxial connector device is mechanically and electrically connected to the mating connector device when the size is set to be smaller than the outer diameter size of the cylindrical ground contact portion having the outer surface portion where the lock groove (61A) is formed. Are connected to each other, the fitting cylindrical portion of the ground contact member of the coaxial connector device is temporarily expanded and deformed while the counterpart connector device When the ridge (14B) is engaged with the round contact and engaged with the lock groove (61A), select the inner diameter of the ridge (14B) as shown below. The inconvenience associated with is brought about.

That is, when the inner diameter of the protrusion (14B) is selected so that the difference from the outer diameter of the ground contact portion that is larger than that is relatively large, the protrusion (14B) The protruding cylindrical portion (14B) provided on the inner surface of the fitting cylindrical portion of the ground contact member of the coaxial connector device provided with the outer surface portion of the mating connector device is temporarily expanded and deformed. In contact with the ground contact portion and then engaging the protrusion (14B) with the lock groove (61A) formed in the outer surface portion of the ground contact portion of the mating connector device. This causes the inconvenience that a considerably large operating force is required for the combined cylindrical part, and conversely, the outer diameter of the ground contact part in which the inner diameter of the protrusion (14B) is larger than that. The difference from the dimension is When selected to be relatively small, the locking of the protruding portion (14B) with the fitting cylindrical portion of the ground contact member of the coaxial connector device being fitted and connected to the ground contact portion of the mating connector device The engagement with the groove (61A) is made loose, and the fitting cylindrical portion of the ground contact member of the coaxial connector device undesirably temporarily expands and deforms relative to the ground contact portion of the counterpart connector device. This causes a disadvantage that a state where the fitting is released is likely to occur.

In view of such points, the invention described in the claims of the present application includes a contact member to which a central conductor of a coaxial cable is connected, a ground contact member to which an outer conductor of the coaxial cable is connected, a contact member and a ground. And a locking member that is detachably engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion of the ground contact member, and the annular fitting portion of the ground contact member is in a direction along the imaginary central axis direction. Is formed with an engaging portion that engages with an engaged portion provided on an outer surface portion of the ground contact portion of the mating connector device. A locking engagement portion is provided that is arranged to be movable around the outer peripheral surface portion when it is engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion of the ground contact member. The engaging portion engages from the outside with a position that partially closes the slit formed in the annular fitting portion of the ground contact member. It is those characterized by restricting the expansion deformation of the slits formed therein for fitting portion outwardly to widen.

The engaging portion provided on the inner surface portion of the annular fitting portion of the ground contact member as described above and the engaged portion provided on the outer surface portion of the ground contact portion of the mating connector device are, for example, One of these forms a protrusion, and the other of them forms a groove in which the protrusion engages.

Under such circumstances, the above-described locking member is, for example, in addition to the locking engagement portion, the locking member is annularly fitted while the shell portion of the ground contact member is bent with respect to the annular fitting portion. A flat plate-like portion placed in a state of being close to or in contact with the shell portion on the outside of the bent shell portion, and the flat plate-like portion and the locking member It is assumed that a connecting portion for interconnecting the joint portion is provided. In such a case, the locking member is formed integrally with, for example, a bent metal plate, and the locking engagement portion provided on the locking member is, for example, a ground. A curved engagement portion that is curved along the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion of the contact member is formed.

In addition to the locking engagement portion, the above-described locking member is, for example, an outer peripheral surface portion in the annular fitting portion where the shell portion of the ground contact member is bent with respect to the annular fitting portion. A flat plate-like portion placed in a state of being placed close to or in contact with the shell portion outside the bent shell portion, and the flat plate-like portion and the locking engagement portion. When the connecting portion to be interconnected is provided and the stopper portion protrudes from the connecting portion, and the stopper portion moves around the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion, A part of the ground contact member is abutted to prevent excessive movement of the locking engagement portion. In such a case, the locking member is integrally formed of, for example, a metal material that has been cut.

In such a coaxial connector device according to the present invention, the contact member connected to the central conductor of the coaxial cable and the ground contact member connected to the outer conductor of the coaxial cable are mutually insulated by the insulating housing member. The connector main body is configured to be supported, and the locking member is formed separately from the connector main body.

The connector main body has an annular fitting portion in which the ground contact member is fitted and connected to the ground contact portion of the mating connector device, and a center conductor that is bent and extends from the center conductor and connected to the contact member. A shell portion that is connected to the outer conductor of the coaxial cable, and the annular fitting portion is formed with a slit extending in the direction along the virtual central axis direction, and the annular fitting portion is formed on the inner surface portion thereof. Is provided with an engaging portion that engages with an engaged portion provided on an outer surface portion of the ground contact portion of the mating connector device to which the connector connector is fitted and connected. In addition, the locking member is detachably engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion of the ground contact member in the connector main body, and such a locking member is provided in the annular fitting portion of the ground contact member. A locking engagement portion is provided that is arranged so as to be able to move around the outer peripheral surface portion when engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion, and the locking engagement portion is an annular fitting of the ground contact member The part is locked from the outside at a position where the slit formed in the part is partially closed, and the role of expanding the slit formed in the annular fitting part is regulated.

Under such circumstances, when the annular fitting portion of the ground contact member is fitted and connected to the ground contact portion of the counterpart connector device, the engaging portion provided on the inner surface portion of the annular fitting portion is the counterpart connector device. It engages with the engaged portion provided on the outer surface portion of the ground contact portion. For example, the annular fitting portion of the ground contact member is fitted and connected to the ground contact portion of the counterpart connector device, and the engaging portion provided on the inner surface portion of the annular fitting portion is the ground contact portion of the counterpart connector device. The engaging member is engaged with the engaged portion provided on the outer surface portion, and the outer peripheral portion of the ground contact member in the annular fitting portion is bent with the shell portion of the ground contact member bent with respect to the annular fitting portion. The locking engagement portion that is engaged with the surface portion and is provided on the locking member takes a position that partially closes the slit formed in the annular fitting portion outside the annular fitting portion. .

As described above, the locking engagement portion of the locking member that takes the position of partially closing the slit formed in the annular fitting portion outside the annular fitting portion of the ground contact member, The ground contact portion of the counterpart connector device is connected to the annular fitting portion that is engaged with the engaged portion provided on the outer surface portion of the ground contact portion of the counterpart connector device as provided on the inner surface portion. When an undesired external force is applied to release the fitting connection state of the ring contact portion and separate from the ground contact portion, the annular fitting portion is locked from the outside and formed on the annular fitting portion. Regulates outward expansion deformation that widens the slit. The annular fitting portion is provided on the inner surface portion of the mating connector device when the mating connection state with the ground contact portion of the counterpart connector device is released and separated from the ground contact portion, and is provided on the outer surface portion of the ground contact portion of the counterpart connector device. In order to disengage the engaging part engaged with the engaged part from the engaged part, it is necessary to generate an outward expansion deformation that widens the slit formed therein. Is controlled by the locking engagement portion provided on the locking member, and the engagement portion provided on the inner surface portion of the annular fitting portion is provided on the outer surface portion of the ground contact portion of the counterpart connector device. The state engaged with the engaged portion is continued.

Therefore, even when an undesired external force is applied to the annular fitting portion of the ground contact member to release the fitting connection state with the ground contact portion of the mating connector device and to separate it from the ground contact portion, The engagement portion provided on the inner surface portion continues to be engaged with the engaged portion provided on the outer surface portion of the ground contact portion of the counterpart connector device, and the ground contact portion of the counterpart connector device and The fitting connection state is maintained.

When the mating connection state of the annular fitting portion of the ground contact member with the ground contact portion of the mating connector device is intentionally released, the annular fitting portion enters the mating connection state with the ground contact portion of the mating connector device. For example, after the engagement with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion of the locking member is released and removed from the annular fitting portion, the ground contact portion of the counterpart connector device is connected to the annular fitting portion. Appropriate external force is applied to separate from. Thereby, the annular fitting portion temporarily causes outward expansion deformation to widen the slit formed therein, and the engaging portion provided on the inner surface portion is the outer surface portion in the ground contact portion of the counterpart connector device. The mating connection state with the ground contact part of the mating connector device is released as a part that is disengaged from the engaged part provided in the connector.

In such a coaxial connector device according to the present invention, when mechanically and electrically connected to the mating connector device mounted on the circuit board, the annular fitting portion of the ground contact member in the connector body is the mating connector. A locking engagement portion provided on the locking member is engaged with and connected to the ground contact portion of the apparatus, and a locking member formed separately from the connector main body is engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion. An annular fitting portion that is fitted and connected to the ground contact portion of the mating connector device by taking a position that partially closes the slit formed in the annular fitting portion outside the annular fitting portion. In the mating connection with the ground contact portion of the mating connector device, and undesirably Even if the action is applied, the locking engagement portion provided on the locking member engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion outwardly widens the slit formed in the annular fitting portion. Therefore, the annular fitting portion can maintain the fitting connection state with the ground contact portion of the mating connector device. As a result, the mechanical and electrical connection of the coaxial connector device with the counterpart connector device can be reliably maintained while avoiding undesired release.

Under such circumstances, the locking member provided with the locking engagement portion is integrally formed of, for example, a bent plate material or a cut metal material, and is annularly fitted in the ground contact member. When the locking engagement portion of the locking member is engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion, the periphery of the outer peripheral surface portion is assumed to be detachably engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the portion. The arrangement that is allowed to move around is relatively simple. Further, when the locking engagement portion of the locking member has a position where the slit formed in the annular fitting portion is partially closed outside the annular fitting portion, the locking member is connected to the annular fitting portion. It is only necessary to perform a simple operation that does not require a relatively large operating force, and is only required to be engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion and moved along the outer peripheral surface portion.

Thus, according to the coaxial connector device according to the present invention, the contact member to which the central conductor of the coaxial cable is connected, the ground contact member to which the outer conductor of the coaxial cable is connected, the contact member and the ground contact member, A connector main body including an insulating housing member that supports each other in a mutually insulated state, and a locking member that is formed separately from the connector main body and is attached to the ground contact member of the connector main body. Therefore, when used mechanically and electrically connected to the mating connector device attached to the circuit board, the machine with the mating connector device has a relatively simple configuration and does not require a relatively large operating force. That the electrical and electrical connection can be reliably maintained to avoid its undesirable release That.

The form for implementing this invention is demonstrated with Example 1 and Example 2 about this invention described below.

FIG. 1 shows a coaxial connector device 10 constituting a first example of a coaxial connector device according to the present invention. A coaxial connector device 10 shown in FIG. 1 includes a connector main body 11 and a locking member 12 formed separately from the connector main body 11.

The connector body 11 is used by being attached to one end of a coaxial cable. As shown in FIG. 4 to be described later, the coaxial cable 13 to which the connector body 11 is attached at one end is in close contact with the central conductor 14, the internal insulator 15 that tightly surrounds the central conductor 14, and the internal insulator 15. It has an outer conductor 16 that surrounds it and a skin insulator 17 that tightly surrounds the outer conductor 16. At one end of the coaxial cable 13 to which the connector main body 11 is attached, the skin insulator 17 is partially cut away to expose the outer conductor 16, and the outer conductor 16 and the inner insulator 15 are partially exposed. And the central conductor 14 is exposed.

Under such circumstances, as shown in FIG. 2, the connector main body 11 is formed of an elastic conductive material as a main component and is electrically connected to the central conductor 14 of the coaxial cable 13. The contact member 20 is made of an elastic conductive material, and is made of an insulating material such as a synthetic resin material, and a ground contact member 21 that is electrically connected to the outer conductor 16 of the coaxial cable 13. In addition, an insulating housing member 22 that supports the contact member 20 and the ground contact member 21 in a mutually insulated state is provided.

The insulating housing member 22 has a base 23 that holds the contact member 20. The base 23 is provided with a center conductor support 24 that supports the center conductor 14 of the coaxial cable 13 connected to the contact member 20, and can be bent from one end of the base 23. The bent contact portion 25 is in a state of being pressed against the contact member 20 when bent.

The ground contact member 21 has an annular fitting portion 26 that surrounds the base portion 23 of the insulating housing member 22. The annular fitting portion 26 forms a cylindrical body whose virtual center axis is represented by the virtual center axis Cx shown in FIG. 2, and a slit 27 (described later) extending in the direction along the virtual center axis Cx. 6 and FIG. 10 etc.) are formed. And the annular fitting part 26 in which the slit 27 is formed has the elasticity that it has, and the state in which the outward expansion deformation and the expansion deformation that cause the slit 27 to temporarily widen to increase the inner diameter have occurred. It is supposed that a reduction deformation that returns from the original state to the original state can occur. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the annular fitting portion 26 is provided with an engaging portion 28 that is formed on an inner surface portion thereof and forms a protruding portion that protrudes inward. The base portion 23 of the insulating housing member 22 and the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 surrounding the base portion 23 constitute a fitting connection portion in the connector main body 11 and are attached to one end portion of the coaxial cable 13. The connector main body 11 is fitted and connected to the mating connector device with such a fitting and connecting portion. The pair of elastic tongue portions 36 extend along the virtual center axis Cx of the annular fitting portion 26 in the base portion 23 of the insulating housing member 22 surrounded by the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21.

The locking member 12 that constitutes the coaxial connector device 10 together with the connector main body 11 is detachably engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 of the connector main body 11. As shown in FIG. 3 showing the locking member 12 as a single unit, the locking member 12 is engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21. When the engaging engagement portion 37 arranged to be movable around the outer peripheral surface portion and the shell portion 29 of the ground contact member 21 are bent with respect to the annular fitting portion 26, the ground contact member When the locking member 12 is engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 with the annular fitting portion 26 of 21 being fitted and connected to the ground contact portion of the mating connector device, the shell portion is bent. A flat plate-like portion 38 disposed near or in contact with the shell portion 29 on the outside of the shell 29 and a connecting portion 39 for interconnecting the locking engagement portion 37 and the flat plate-like portion 38 are provided. To have. Thus, the locking member 12 provided with the locking engagement portion 37, the flat plate-like portion 38, and the connecting portion 39 is integrally formed of, for example, a bent metal plate material.

The locking engagement portion 37 provided on the locking member 12 forms a curved engagement portion that is bent along the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21, and has both ends thereof. The portions are formed as a pair of opposing locking end portions 37a each of which has a plate member forming the same folded to increase rigidity. And between one front-end | tip part and the other front-end | tip part of a pair of latching end parts 37a shall be an engagement opening, and the latching member 12 of the ground contact member 21 of the connector main body 11 is used. When engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26, the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 passes through the engagement opening in the locking engagement portion 37.

When the connector main body 11 constituting the coaxial connector device 10 as described above is attached to one end of the coaxial cable 13, first, as shown in FIG. 4, the skin insulator 17 is partially cut away. The center conductor 14 of the coaxial cable 13 having one end portion in which the outer conductor 16 is exposed and the outer conductor 16 and the inner insulator 15 are partially cut away to expose the center conductor 14. The ground contact member 21 is provided at the base 23 of the insulating housing member 22 in a state where the shell portion 29 is in the upright position and the bent contact portion 25 provided on the insulating housing member 22 is not bent. It is mounted on the center conductor support portion 24 formed.

Thereafter, the shell portion 29 of the ground contact member 21 taking the upright position is bent with respect to the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 to take the bent position. At that time, the bent contact portion 25 provided on the insulating housing member 22 is bent along with the shell portion 29 and comes into contact with the center conductor connecting portion 35 of the contact member 20 so that the center conductor connecting portion 35 is connected to the insulating housing. The member 22 is pressed and moved toward the center conductor 14 of the coaxial cable 13 placed on the center conductor support portion 24, and the center conductor connection portion 35 is brought into a contact connection state with the center conductor 14 of the coaxial cable 13. As a result, a state is obtained in which the center conductor 14 of the coaxial cable 13 is mechanically and electrically connected to the center conductor connecting portion 35 of the contact member 20.

Further, after that, in the shell portion 29 that assumes the bending position, each of the pair of first bending engagement portions 31 is bent and engaged with the cable protection portion 30, and the pair of second bending engagement portions 31 is also engaged. Each of the bent engaging portions 32 is bent so that the center conductor 14 is engaged with the outer conductor 16 of the coaxial cable 13 connected to the center conductor connecting portion 35 of the contact member 20, and a pair of third conductors is further provided. Each of the bent engaging portions 33 is bent, and the center conductor 14 is engaged with the skin insulator 17 of the coaxial cable 13 connected to the center conductor connecting portion 35 of the contact member 20. Thereby, the shell portion 29 of the ground contact member 21 is connected to the outer conductor 16 of the coaxial cable 13 in which the center conductor 14 is connected to the center conductor connection portion 35 of the contact member 20. As a result, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the state where the connector main body 11 constituting the coaxial connector device 10 is attached to one end of the coaxial cable 13 is firmly maintained.

However, it is assumed that the shell portion 29 approaches or abuts outside the shell portion 29 of the ground contact member 21 that is bent. At this time, the locking member 12 is placed at the non-locking position.

Subsequently, the locking member 12 placed in the non-locking action position moves the locking engagement portion 37 provided on the locking member 12 around the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21. Then, it is rotated with respect to the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21, and as a result, it is placed in the locking position as shown in FIGS. 11, 12, and 13. In this way, when the locking member 12 is in the locking position, as shown in FIG. 13, the locking engagement portion 37 provided on the locking member 12 includes a pair of locking engagement portions 37. The annular fitting portion 26 is locked from the outside at a position where the slit 27 formed in the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 is partially blocked by one of the locking end portions 37a of the ring contact portion 37a. The outward expansion deformation that widens the slit 27 for the fitting portion 26 is restricted.

In this manner, the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 in the connector main body 11 attached to one end portion of the coaxial cable 13 is fitted and connected to the ground contact portion 50 of the mating connector device 40 and is locked. When the member 12 is engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 in the connector main body 11 and placed in the locking action position, the cross section taken along the line XIV-XIV in FIG. As shown in FIG. 15 showing a cross section taken along line XV-XV in FIGS. 14 and 12, the central conductor 14 of the coaxial cable 13 is connected to the central conductor connecting portion 35 supported by the insulating housing member 22 in the connector main body 11. Of the contact member 20 formed to extend in the insulating housing member 22 so as to face each other. Each of the pieces section 36 is to have been contacted connected to the contacting portion 47 constituting the cylindrical portion of the signal contact portions 46 of the counterpart connector device 40. Thereby, the central conductor 14 of the coaxial cable 13 is connected to the signal terminal provided on the component mounting surface 42 of the circuit board 41 through the contact member 20 in the connector main body 11 and the signal contact portion 46 of the counterpart connector device 40. In addition, a state in which the outer conductor 16 of the coaxial cable 13 is connected to a ground terminal provided on the circuit board 41 through the ground contact member 21 in the connector main body 11 and the ground contact portion 50 of the counterpart connector device 40 is obtained.

At this time, the locking member 12 that is engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 in the connector main body 11 and placed in the locking action position is provided with the locking engagement provided therein. The portion 37 has a position that partially closes the slit 27 formed in the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 by one of the pair of locking end portions 37a in the portion 37, and the annular fitting portion 26 is disposed outside thereof. And the role of restricting the expansion deformation that widens the slit 27 with respect to the annular fitting portion 26. Thereby, for example, the annular connection portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 in the connector main body 11 fitted and connected to the ground contact portion 50 in the counterpart connector device 40 is fitted and connected to the ground contact portion 50 in the counterpart connector device 40. An undesired external force acting to release the state acts, thereby causing the annular fitting portion 26 to expand outwardly to widen the slit 27 formed therein and increase its inner diameter, The engaging portion 28 provided on the inner surface portion is removed from the engaged portion 52 provided in the ground contact portion 50 in the mating connector device 40 to release the engaged state with the engaged portion 52. The outward expansion deformation that widens the slit 27 of the annular fitting portion 26 and increases its inner diameter is It is regulated by the latching engagement portion 37 in the latching member 12 placed on the inner surface, and as a result, provided in the ground contact portion 50 in the mating connector device 40 of the engagement portion 28 provided on the inner surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26. The engaged state with the engaged portion 52 is maintained, and the fitting connection state with the ground contact portion 50 in the mating connector device 40 for the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 in the connector main body 11 is stable. Maintained. Thereby, the mechanical and electrical connection between the coaxial connector device 10 and the counterpart connector device 40 is reliably maintained while avoiding the undesired release.

FIG. 16 shows a groove portion in which an engaging portion 28 provided on the inner surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 provided in the connector main body 11 of the coaxial connector device 10 is formed on the inner surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26. The modified example of the coaxial connector device 10 and the engaged portion 52 provided on the outer surface portion of the ground contact portion 50 of the mating connector device 40 are formed on the outer surface portion of the ground contact portion 50. In the modified example of the mating connector device 40 that forms a protrusion, the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 is fitted and connected to the ground contact portion 50, and the locking member 12 is connected to the ground contact member 21. In the state of being engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion in the annular fitting portion 26 and taking the locking action position. Shows a portion corresponding to the dashed line frame in the Z shown in FIG. 14 in the modified example of the modifications and counterpart connector device 40 of the coaxial connector 10. In such a portion, the engaging portion 28 forming the groove portion is engaged with the engaged portion 52 forming the protruding portion.

And when the fitting connection state with the ground contact part 50 in the other party connector apparatus 40 about the annular fitting part 26 of the ground contact member 21 in the connector main body 11 is intentionally cancelled | released, the annular fitting part 26 is the other party connector. The locking member 12 is placed in a fitting connection state with the ground contact portion 50 in the device 40 and the locking member 12 is engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 and placed in the locking action position. However, after being rotated with respect to the annular fitting portion 26 from the locking action position to the non-locking action position, it is removed from the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26. Then, an appropriate external force is applied to the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 so as to separate it from the ground contact portion 50 of the counterpart connector device 40, whereby the annular fitting portion 26 is temporarily Then, the slit 27 formed therein is widened to cause outward expansion deformation to increase the inner diameter, and the engaging portion 28 provided on the inner surface portion is provided on the outer surface portion of the ground contact portion 50 in the mating connector device 40. The mating connection state with the ground contact part 50 in the mating connector device 40 is released as being disengaged from the engaged part 52 that has been made.

According to the coaxial connector device 10 constituting the first example of the coaxial connector device according to the present invention as described above, the connector is mechanically and electrically connected to the counterpart connector device 40 mounted on the circuit board 41. The annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 in the main body 11 is fitted and connected to the ground contact portion 50 of the mating connector device 40, and the locking member 12 is detachably engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26. The engagement with the ground contact portion 50 in the mating connector device 40 is fitted into the annular fitting portion 26 that is mated and connected to the ground contact portion 50 in the mating connector device 40. An undesired external force that releases the joint connection state and separates it from the ground contact portion 50 Even if used, the locking engagement portion 37 in the locking member 12 that assumes the locking action position engages the annular fitting portion 26 from the outside with a position that partially closes the slit 27 formed therein. It stops and restricts outward expansion deformation that widens the slit 27 of the annular fitting portion 26, so that the annular fitting portion 26 maintains the fitting connection state with the ground contact portion 50 in the mating connector device 40. As a result, the mechanical and electrical connection between the coaxial connector device 10 and the mating connector device 40 can be reliably maintained while avoiding its undesirable release.

Under such circumstances, the locking member 12 is integrally formed by bending a metal plate material, for example, and is detachably attached to the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 in the connector main body 11. A configuration in which the locking action position and the non-locking action position are selectively taken together is a relatively simple structure. Further, when the locking member 12 is detachably engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 in the connector main body 11 and placed in the locking operation position, the locking member 12 is provided on the locking member 12. A relatively large operation that is simply attached to the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 using the engagement opening formed by the locking engagement portion 37 and rotated relative to the annular fitting portion 26. A simple operation that does not require force is sufficient.

Thus, according to the coaxial connector device 10, the contact member 20 to which the central conductor 14 of the coaxial cable 13 is connected, the ground contact member 21 to which the outer conductor 16 of the coaxial cable 13 is connected, and the contact member 20. A structure including an insulating housing member 22 that supports the ground contact member 21 in a mutually insulated state, and mechanically and electrically connected to a mating connector device 40 attached to the circuit board 41 is compared. Therefore, the mechanical and electrical connection with the mating connector device 40 can be reliably maintained to avoid undesired release without requiring a relatively large operating force.

FIG. 17 shows a coaxial connector device 60 constituting a second example of the coaxial connector device according to the present invention. A coaxial connector device 60 shown in FIG. 17 includes a connector main body 61 and a locking member 62 formed separately from the connector main body 61.

The connector main body 61 is used by being connected to the counterpart connector device while being attached to one end of the coaxial cable, and is a coaxial connector device constituting the first example of the coaxial connector device according to the present invention described above. 10 is configured in the same manner as the connector main body 11 included in 10. Therefore, in FIG. 17 to FIG. 22, portions corresponding to the respective portions of the connector main body 11 in the connector main body 61 are shown with the same reference numerals as those of the respective portions of the connector main body 11. Is omitted.

A coaxial cable 63 (shown in FIGS. 19 to 22 described later) to which the connector main body 61 is attached at one end is also the same as the coaxial cable 13 to which the connector main body 11 is attached at one end. Accordingly, in FIGS. 19 to 22, portions corresponding to the respective portions of the coaxial cable 13 in the coaxial cable 63 are shown with the same reference numerals as those of the respective portions of the coaxial cable 13. A detailed description of the cable 63 is omitted. Further, the mating connector device 70 (shown in FIGS. 19 to 22 described later) to which the connector main body 61 is coupled is configured in the same manner as the mating connector device 40 to which the connector main body 11 is fitted and coupled. Accordingly, in FIGS. 19 to 22, portions corresponding to the respective portions of the counterpart connector device 40 in the counterpart connector device 70 are shown with the same reference numerals as those of the counterpart connector device 40. Detailed description of the counterpart connector device 40 is omitted.

Under such circumstances, the locking member 62 constituting the coaxial connector device 60 together with the connector main body 61 is detachably engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 of the connector main body 61. Has been. As shown in FIG. 18 showing the locking member 62 as a single unit, the locking member 62 is engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21. At this time, the engaging engagement portion 64 arranged to be movable around the outer peripheral surface portion, and the shell portion 29 of the ground contact member 21 are bent with respect to the annular fitting portion 26, so that the ground contact member When the engaging member 62 is engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 with the annular fitting portion 26 of 21 being fitted and connected to the ground contact portion of the mating connector device, the shell portion is bent. A flat plate-like portion 65 disposed near or in contact with the shell portion 29 on the outer side of the shell 29 and a connecting portion 66 for interconnecting the locking engagement portion 64 and the flat plate-like portion 65 are provided. It has been.

The connecting portion 66 is provided with a pair of stopper portions 67 each projecting outward from the connecting portion 66, and thus the locking member 62 has a pair of stopper portions 67 projecting from the connecting portion 66. Will have. Each of the pair of stopper portions 67 provided in the connecting portion 66 is configured such that when the locking engagement portion 64 moves around the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 of the connector main body 61, It abuts against a part of the contact member 21, thereby preventing excessive movement of the locking engagement portion 64.

A groove 68 is formed on the outer surface of the flat plate portion 65. When a predetermined jig engages with the groove 68 and rotates, the locking member 62 is engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 of the connector main body 61. It is supposed that the whole can be rotated.

As described above, the locking engagement portion 64 that can move around the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21, the flat plate-like portion 65 in which the groove portion 68 is formed, and the pair of stopper portions 67. The locking member 62 provided with the connecting portion 66 from which is protruded is integrally formed of, for example, a metal material subjected to cutting.

The locking engagement portion 64 provided on the locking member 62 forms a curved engagement portion that is bent along the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21, and has both ends thereof. The portion is a pair of locking end portions 64a facing each other. The pair of opposing locking end portions 64 a form an engagement opening, and the locking member 62 is formed on the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 of the connector body 61. When engaged, the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 passes through the engagement opening in the locking engagement portion 64.

The connector main body 61 constituting the coaxial connector device 60 is attached to one end of the coaxial cable 63 in the same manner as the connector main body 11 constituting the coaxial connector device 10 is attached to one end of the coaxial cable 13. It is said.

FIG. 19 shows a state in which the connector main body 61 attached to one end of the coaxial cable 63 is mechanically and electrically connected to the mating connector device 70 fixed on the component mounting surface 72 of the circuit board 71. It is shown together with a locking member 62 that is detachably engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 provided in the connector main body 61. When the connector main body 61 as shown in FIG. 19 is mechanically and electrically connected to the counterpart connector device 70, the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 in the connector main body 61 is connected to the counterpart connector. The engagement portion 28 provided on the inner surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 is provided on the outer surface portion of the ground contact portion 50. Thus, the engaged state of the annular contact portion 21 of the ground contact member 21 with the ground contact portion 50 is stabilized.

Thereafter, as described above, with the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 in the connector main body 61 being fitted and connected to the ground contact portion 50 of the mating connector device 70, as shown in FIGS. The locking member 62 is detachably engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 in the connector main body 61. In such a case, the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 has an engagement opening formed between a pair of locking end portions 64 a opposed to each other in the locking engagement portion 64 provided in the locking member 62. The locking member 62 is attached to the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21, and the locking engagement portion 64 provided on the locking member 62 is connected to the ground contact. The annular contact portion 26 of the member 21 is arranged so as to be movable around the outer peripheral surface portion, and the flat plate portion 65 provided on the locking member 62 is bent in the shell of the ground contact member 21. It is assumed that the shell portion 29 approaches or comes into contact with the outside of the portion 29. At this time, the locking member 62 is placed in the non-locking action position.

Subsequently, the locking member 62 placed in the non-locking position is rotated by engaging a predetermined jig with a groove 68 provided in the flat plate portion 65, for example. 64 is rotated with respect to the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 while moving around the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21, and as a result, FIGS. 21 and 22. As shown in FIG. Thus, when the locking member 62 is in the locking position, the locking engagement portion 64 provided on the locking member 62 is connected to the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21. At a position where the formed slit is partially blocked, the annular fitting portion 26 is locked from the outside, and the outward expansion deformation that widens the slit of the annular fitting portion 26 is restricted.

The locking member 62 is rotated with respect to the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21, and accordingly, the locking engagement portion 64 provided on the locking member 62 is connected to the annular fitting portion of the ground contact member 21. When the movement around the outer peripheral surface portion in 26 is performed, the stopper portion 67 provided in the connecting portion 66 in the locking member 62 is a part of the ground contact member 21, for example, as shown in FIG. Then, the ground contact member 21 is brought into contact with the first bent engagement portion 31 provided in the shell portion 29, thereby preventing excessive movement of the locking engagement portion 64.

In this manner, the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 in the connector main body 61 attached to one end portion of the coaxial cable 63 is fitted and connected to the ground contact portion 50 of the mating connector device 70 and is locked. When the member 62 is engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 in the connector main body 61 and placed in the locking action position, the same as in the case of the coaxial connector device 10 described above. Thus, a pair of elastic tongues extending in opposite directions in the insulating housing member in the contact member supported by the insulating housing member in the connector body 61 and having the central conductor connecting portion connected to the central conductor of the coaxial cable 63. Each of the portions is a cylinder in the signal contact portion of the mating connector device 70 Parts are those contacts connected to the contacting portion forming the. As a result, the central conductor of the coaxial cable 63 is connected to the signal terminal provided on the mounting surface 72 such as the component of the circuit board 71 through the contact member in the connector main body 61 and the signal contact portion of the counterpart connector device 70, A state in which the outer conductor of the cable 63 is connected to the ground terminal provided on the circuit board 71 through the ground contact member 21 in the connector main body 61 and the ground contact portion 50 of the counterpart connector device 70 is obtained.

At this time, in the same manner as in the case of the coaxial connector device 10, the fitting connection state with the ground contact portion 50 in the mating connector device 70 with respect to the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 in the connector main body 61 is stable. Thus, the mechanical and electrical connection of the coaxial connector device 60 with the mating connector device 70 is reliably maintained while avoiding its undesirable release.

According to the coaxial connector device 60 constituting the second example of the coaxial connector device according to the present invention as described above, the connector is mechanically and electrically connected to the mating connector device 70 mounted on the circuit board 71. The annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 in the main body 61 is fitted and connected to the ground contact portion 50 of the mating connector device 70, and the locking member 62 is detachably engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26. The engagement with the ground contact portion 50 in the mating connector device 70 is fitted into the annular fitting portion 26 that is mated and connected to the ground contact portion 50 in the mating connector device 70. An undesired external force that releases the joint connection state and separates it from the ground contact portion 50 Even if it uses, the latching engagement part 64 in the latching member 62 which took the latching action position latches the annular fitting part 26 from the outside with the position which partially closes the slit formed in it. Then, the outward expansion deformation that widens the slit of the annular fitting portion 26 is restricted, and the annular fitting portion 26 is maintained in the fitting connection state with the ground contact portion 50 in the mating connector device 70. As a result, the mechanical and electrical connection of the coaxial connector device 60 with the mating connector device 70 can be reliably maintained while avoiding the undesirable release.

In addition, the coupling portion 66 of the locking member 62 is provided with a pair of stopper portions 67 each projecting outward from the coupling portion 66, so that the ground contact member 21 of the connector main body 61 is annularly fitted. The locking member 62 engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the joint portion 26 is rotated to take the locking action position, and accordingly, the locking engagement portion 64 provided on the locking member 62 is a ground contact member. When the movement around the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of 21 is performed, the stopper portion 67 abuts a part of the ground contact member 21, thereby preventing excessive movement of the locking engagement portion 64. .

Under such circumstances, the locking member 62 is integrally formed, for example, by cutting a metal material, and is detachably engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 in the connector main body 61. A configuration in which the locking action position and the non-locking action position are selectively taken together is a relatively simple structure. Further, when the locking member 62 is detachably engaged with the outer peripheral surface portion of the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 in the connector main body 61 and placed in the locking action position, the locking member 62 is provided on the locking member 62. A relatively large operation that is simply attached to the annular fitting portion 26 of the ground contact member 21 using the engagement opening formed by the locking engagement portion 64 and rotated relative to the annular fitting portion 26. A simple operation that does not require force is sufficient.

The coaxial connector device according to the present invention as described above includes a contact member to which a central conductor of a coaxial cable is connected, a ground contact member to which an outer conductor of the coaxial cable is connected, and a contact member and a ground contact member that are mutually insulated. And a relatively large operating force with a relatively simple configuration when used mechanically and electrically connected to a mating connector device attached to a circuit board. And can be widely applied to various electronic devices and the like as being able to reliably maintain the mechanical and electrical connection with the counterpart connector device so as to avoid undesired release thereof. .
