Description
The present invention relates to a sliding body, a vibration actuator, and an optical member.
Conventionally, there is a vibration actuator including a vibrator and a relative movement member as a sliding body. In the vibrator, an electromechanical conversion element and an elastic body are joined, and a progressive vibration wave (hereinafter referred to as a traveling wave) is generated in the elastic body by using expansion and contraction of the electromechanical conversion element. The relative movement member in pressure contact with the child (elastic body) is friction driven.
In the sliding body of this type of vibration actuator, the elastic body is made of a highly elastic material such as a stainless steel metal material in order to efficiently transmit the applied vibration to the relative movement member.
In such a sliding body, in response to demands for higher efficiency, improved driving stability, and improved durability, a material used for the frictional contact surface between the vibrator and the relative movement member, or a combination of the materials, in response to the demand for improved durability Has been proposed.
For example, in
However, when one of the contact surface of the vibrator with respect to the relative movement member and the contact surface of the relative movement member with the vibrator is made of thermosetting resin, the thermosetting resin has a high water absorption rate. In some cases, deterioration such as swelling may occur. As a result, driving may be impossible due to a phenomenon in which driving performance deteriorates or contact surfaces are fixed.
The subject of this invention is providing the sliding body, vibration actuator, and optical member which have favorable sliding performance.

Moreover, this invention relates to the vibration actuator provided with the said sliding body.
Furthermore, this invention relates to the optical member provided with the said vibration actuator.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the sliding body, vibration actuator, and optical member which have favorable sliding performance can be provided.

(About FEP)
In the
FEP has a melting point of about 270 degrees, which is lower than the
The thickness of the FEP
In addition, the film thickness of the FEP
(Effects of FEP)
As shown in FIG. 4, the FEP
The FEP
(About PTFE)
The

(Applicable to rod type motors)
In the above-described embodiment, the drive is taken out in the circumferential direction of the ring by the ring-shaped ultrasonic motor, but the shape having the output axis from the center of the ring in the direction perpendicular to the ring. The present invention may be applied to an ultrasonic motor (so-called rod-type ultrasonic motor).
In particular, many of the rod type ultrasonic motors are small in size, easily generate heat, and easily swell the resin film in a high temperature and high humidity environment.
Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to expect an effect of suppressing a decrease in driving performance of the ultrasonic motor in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment and an adhesion between the vibrator and the moving body.

As described above, this embodiment has the following effects.
In the sliding body, the frictional contact surface of the pressure contacted vibrator is made of a thermosetting resin film. This resin film is a thermosetting resin film in which the vicinity of the outermost surface is in the form of a film or a continuous film of fluororesin with few pinholes.
In addition, the thermosetting resin film on the frictional contact surface of the vibrator includes FEP having a melting point of 285 ° C. or less, and a continuous film of fluororesin is formed on the outermost surface with this fluororesin. Further, the fluororesin continuous film has a distribution in which the density of the upper layer is high when viewed in the upper layer and the lower layer of the entire thermosetting resin film.
For this reason, according to this embodiment, even in a high temperature and high humidity environment, due to the water repellency and concealing property (there are few pinholes) of the fluororesin continuous film, the hygroscopic property constituting the resin film on the frictional contact surface of the vibrator. It becomes possible to prevent swelling of a high composition.
Furthermore, even when the outermost surface of the thermosetting resin film on the frictional sliding surface is worn, by partially melting the fluororesin from the lower layer of the continuous film on the outermost surface and replenishing it with frictional heat during sliding, etc. The mechanical strength, high slidability, and water repellency are maintained, and the performance of the vibration actuator can be maintained for a long time. In addition, it is preferable that the fluororesin is melted because efficient replenishment is possible, but the fluororesin is replenished to the outermost surface of the resin film even in a softened state without melting.
