Description

Claims (12)
- 三叉神経の経皮的電気刺激のためのデバイスであって、

- 前記パラメーターは、前記デバイスによって行われる治療セッションの回数、治療セッションの総時間、全てのセッションを通して使用された最大パルス強度、全てのセッションを通して最も多く使用されたパルス強度、全てのセッションを通して人に伝達された全電荷、又はそれらの任意の組合せを含むリストから選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記供給されたパルスに対する前記人の身体的反応を記録する少なくとも1つのバイオフィードバック手段を更に備え、該バイオフィードバック手段は、該デバイスの前記電極に接続され、かつ前記記録された身体的反応を前記人によって知覚されるバイオフィードバック信号に変換する少なくとも1つの変換手段を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記人によって知覚される前記バイオフィードバック信号は、視覚信号及び/又は聴覚信号である、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記電気回路は、150マイクロ秒〜450マイクロ秒の持続時間で強度の最大の増大が0 mAから20 mAであり、レートが40マイクロアンペア/秒以下であり、強度の段階的増大が50マイクロアンペアを超えない電気パルスを発生させるのに好適な、プログラム可能な信号発生器を備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記電気回路は装置に組み込まれ、該装置は、前記長尺対称支持体(10)に機械的に接続可能である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記電気回路は装置に組み込まれ、該装置は、前記長尺対称支持体(10)に磁気的に接続可能である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 片頭痛、緊張、頭痛、群発性頭痛、持続性片側頭痛、SUCNT、慢性発作性片側頭痛、三叉神経痛、顔面神経障害、結合組織炎、慢性痛、うつ病、気分循環症、心的外傷後ストレス症候群、脳しんとう後症候群、昏睡、不安、振戦、失語症、強迫性障害(OCD)、不眠症、睡眠障害、睡眠時無呼吸症候群、睡眠過剰、てんかん、転倒発作、注意欠陥多動性障害(ADHD)、パーキンソン病、アルツハイマー病、多発硬化症、脳卒中及び小脳症候群を含む、神経学的障害の電気療法治療に用いられる、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のデバイスと使用者に対する取扱説明を含むリーフレットとを備えるキット。
