Claims (13)

前記上部溝及び前記下部溝が形成されるよう、前記外側部の上端と下端との間から水平方向へ延び、上方及び下方へ折り曲げられた端部を備える内側部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用カートリッジ。 - 前記上部ボンディング部が、上方へ膨らむように設けられ、前記接着剤を囲むように前記内側部の上部を覆い、
前記下部ボンディング部が、下方へ膨らむように設けられ、前記接着剤を囲むように前記内側部の下部を覆うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池用カートリッジ。 - 前記上部ボンディング部及び前記下部ボンディング部は、前記接着剤を囲む内周面にエンボシングが形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池用カートリッジ。
- 前記上部ボンディング部は縁端が下方に向け、前記下部ボンディング部は縁端が上方に向けるように設けられ、
前記内側部は、前記上部ボンディング部の縁端と前記下部ボンディング部の縁端とが各々締まりばめ可能に設けられる縁端結合溝を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池用カートリッジ。 - 前記上部ボンディング部は、前記上部ボンディング部の縁端から所定間隔に離隔した位置より下方へ突出する上部余肉リブを備え、前記下部ボンディング部は、前記下部ボンディング部の縁端から所定間隔に離隔した位置より上方へ突出する下部余肉リブを備え、
前記内側部は、前記上部余肉リブ及び前記下部余肉リブが各々締まりばめ可能に設けられる余肉リブ結合溝をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池用カートリッジ。 - 前記メインフレームが、
少なくとも一つの単位フレームの上部または下部に上下方向へ突出して設けられる封止リブと、前記封止リブが設けられた部分の反対側に前記封止リブよりも大きい大きさを有する凹部と、を含み、
前記封止リブに結合し、前記メインフレームの上下積層に際し、隣接するメインフレームの凹部に少なくとも一部が挿入されるように構成される封止部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用カートリッジ。 - 前記メインフレームが、長方形をなす四つの単位フレームで構成され、前記開口部が、前記メインフレームにおける長辺となる一対の単位フレームに備えられ、
一端が、前記一対の単位フレームのうちいずれか一つの単位フレームの開口部に固定され、他端が、前記一対の単位フレームのうち他の一つの単位フレームの開口部に固定され、開放された空間を水平方向へ横断するように設けられるプレート支持部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池用カートリッジ。 - 前記メインフレームが、前記内側部のうち前記上部溝と前記折り曲げられた端部との間、または、前記下部溝と前記折り曲げられた端部との間に位置し、上部及び下部へ突出して形成される内側突起をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池用カートリッジ。
- 前記メインフレームが、
前記外側部における前記上部溝に隣接し、前記上部冷却プレートの外側に位置する上部外側溝と、
前記外側部における前記下部溝に隣接し、前記下部冷却プレートの外側に位置する下部外側溝と、をさらに備え、
前記上部外側溝及び前記下部外側溝には、前記接着剤が挿入されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池用カートリッジ。 - 請求項1から請求項10のうちいずれか一項に記載の二次電池用カートリッジを含む、バッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から請求項10のうちいずれか一項に記載の二次電池用カートリッジを含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から請求項10のうちいずれか一項に記載の二次電池用カートリッジを含む、自動車。
