Description
本出願は、欧州特許出願第EP13152774号および米国仮特許出願第61/756,633号である2013年1月25日に出願された特許出願「A medical device and method for facilitating selection of an annuloplasty implant」、欧州特許出願第EP13152770号および米国仮特許出願第61/756,649号である2013年1月25日に出願された特許出願「A valve for short time replacement for taking over the function of, and/or for temporary or partial support of, a native valve in a heart」、欧州特許出願第EP13152771号および米国仮特許出願第61/756,663号である2013年1月25日に出願された特許出願「Temporary atrium support device」、及び欧州特許出願第EP13152768号および米国仮特許出願第61/756,670号である2013年1月25日に出願された特許出願「A system for cardiac valve repair」に関連する。上記出願は、あらゆる目的のためにその全体が引用により本明細書に組み込まれる。
本発明は概して、僧帽弁、大動脈弁、又は三尖弁などの心臓弁改善のための医療機器、同様にそのためのツール及び方法に関する。より具体的には、本発明は、生体弁の短時間の交換、支援、および/または修復のための医療システム、所望の位置に人工弁を保持および/または安定させるために、腱索及び/又は弁尖を収集し及び配置するための機器、及び心臓の生体弁の短時間の交換のために人工弁を送達する方法に関する。
心臓外科手術の間、心臓は頻繁に停止され、灌流されないので、弁の置換および修復に使用される時間を短縮することが重視される。
本発明の具体的な例はここで、添付の図面を参照すると共に記載される。しかし、本発明は、多くの異なる形態で実施され得るものであり、且つ、本明細書で説明される例に限定されると解釈されるべきではない。むしろ、これらの例は、本開示が徹底的且つ完全なものとなり、且つ本発明の範囲を当業者に十分に伝えるように、提供される。添付の図面にて例証される例の詳述において使用される用語は、本発明を制限するようには意図されていない。図中、同様の数字は、同様の要素を指す。
追加の空間を通って、弁輪形成装置(30)が適所に進められてもよい
一旦カテーテル(1310)が全ての腱索(1340)を包囲し、360度の範囲の空間(coverage of the space)が達成されると、操縦カテーテル又はワイヤー(1310)の端部ユニットが動かされ、それにより腱索(1340)をまとめる。動作は、カテーテル又は弁(502)の回転を含む場合があり、そこで、腱索を把持するカテーテルの端部の曲率は、弁の方へとそれらをまとめる。送達カテーテル(310)は、操縦自在なカテーテル又はワイヤー(310)の全体の配置中に定常的に保持される。

Claims (7)
- 生体弁の短時間の置換および修復のための医療システムであって、
該医療システムは、人工弁(502);及び
所望の位置で前記人工弁(502)を保持し及び/又は安定させるために、腱索を収集して配置するための装置を含み:
該装置は、複数の腱索及び/又は弁尖を把持するためのユニットを含み、該ユニットは、前記複数の腱索を把持して前記人工弁(502)に向かって引っ張るための、流体を充填可能なバルーン、または端部に曲率を有し、心臓の心室壁に向かって半径方向に移動して複数の腱索を包囲する回転可能なカテーテルであり、使用中、前記複数の腱索は、前記回転可能なカテーテルの回転によってまたは前記充填可能なバルーンの膨張によって前記人工弁(502)に向かって引っ張られ、前記腱索と心臓の心室壁との間に一時的な空間を形成し、
前記システムは、クリップを含み、前記腱索及び/又は前記弁尖は、前記クリップで前記人工弁に向かって適所に維持され、前記クリップが螺旋形として成形されていることを特徴とする、医療システム。 - 前記人工弁を送達するための操縦自在なカテーテル;及び/又は
弁輪形成装置;及び/又は
ロケーション弁エキスパンダーをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 人工弁(502)を所望の位置に保持する及び/又は安定させるために、腱索及び/又は弁尖を収集し及び配置するための装置であって、前記装置は:
複数の腱索及び/又は弁尖を把持するためのユニットを含み、該ユニットは、前記複数の腱索を把持して前記人工弁(502)に向かって引っ張るための、流体を充填可能なバルーンまたは端部に曲率を有し、心臓の心室壁に向かって半径方向に移動して複数の腱索を包囲する回転可能なカテーテルであり、使用中、前記複数の腱索は、前記回転可能なカテーテルの回転によってまたは前記充填可能なバルーンの膨張によって前記人工弁(502)に向かって引っ張られ、前記腱索と心臓の心室壁との間に一時的な空間を形成し、
前記装置は、クリップを含み、前記腱索及び/又は前記弁尖は、前記クリップで前記人工弁に向かって適所に維持され、前記クリップが螺旋形として成形されていることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記人工弁は送達のために折り畳み自在、及び/又は、送達後に拡張自在であり、ここで前記装置が人工弁に付けられる又は人工弁と統合されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記腱索及び/又は弁尖が収集され、前記人工弁の回転により前記人工弁の方へと配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の装置。
- 前記人工弁は、前記人工弁の回転により、前記腱索及び前記生体弁に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項3乃至5の何れか一つに記載の装置。
- 前記人工弁の前記回転はカテーテルの回転によって作動されることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の装置。
