図1は、タンクの一例を示す概略図である。この例では、タンク10は高圧タンクであり、燃料電池車両に搭載される高圧の水素ガスが充填された高圧タンクの例を示している。しかし、タンク10の用途は任意である。充填物も、高圧の水素ガスに限定されない。

Claims (6)
- ライナーの外表面に未硬化の樹脂成分を含む繊維束を所要のピッチ幅で多層に巻き付けて繊維強化樹脂層を形成する工程を少なくとも含むタンクの製造方法において、
少なくとも最も外側の層に前記繊維束を巻き付けるときに隣接する繊維束と繊維束との間に繊維束が存在しない所要幅の隙間が形成されるように前記ピッチ幅より幅の広い第2のピッチ幅で繊維束を巻き付ける領域を1か所以上に形成する工程と、
前記隙間にブリードした樹脂が硬化して形成された硬化樹脂からなる凸部の先端部を所定高さを残して削り落とす工程と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とするタンクの製造方法。 - 前記削り落とす工程を削り落とされた残存部の切り落とし面が平坦面となるようにして行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタンクの製造方法。
- 少なくとも前記凸部の表面に光の反射層を形成する材料を塗布して光反射層を形成する工程と、前記光反射層にレーザーを照射して前記凸部の位置および形状を測定する工程とをさらに含み、前記削り落とす工程を前記測定から得られた情報に基づいて行うことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のタンクの製造方法。
- 前記光反射層を形成する材料として接着材を含む材料を用いることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のタンクの製造方法。
- 前記削り落とす工程によって削り落とされた残存部の削り落とし面を利用して薄葉状のラベルを貼付する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のタンクの製造方法。
- 前記第2のピッチ幅で繊維束を巻き付ける領域は前記タンクの少なくとも円筒胴部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のタンクの製造方法。
