Description
非強化無アルカリガラスとして、組成物100wt%当たりにSiO2 61wt%、Al2O3 16wt%、MgO 3wt%、CaO 8wt%以下、およびSrO 0.05wt%を含み、0.5mmの厚さを有する無アルカリガラスを準備し、ソーダ石灰ガラスとして、組成物100wt%当たりにSiO2 73wt%、Al2O3 0.15wt%、Na2O 14wt%、K2O 0.03wt%、CaO 9wt%、およびMgO 4wt%を含み、2.0mmの厚さを有するソーダ石灰ガラスを準備した。また、接合フィルムとして、0.76mmの厚さを有するポリビニルブチラール(PVB)フィルムを準備した。前記無アルカリガラスの弾性係数は78GPa、ビッカース硬度は6.3GPa、破壊靭性は1.20MPa・m1/2であり、前記ソーダ石灰ガラスの弾性係数は72GPa、ビッカース硬度は5.6GPa、破壊靭性は0.85MPa・m1/2である。
実施例2においては、2.1mmの厚さを有するソーダ石灰ガラスを準備したことを除いては、実施例1と同様の方法により接合ガラスを製造した。
組成物100wt%当たりにSiO2 73wt%、Al2O3 0.15wt%、Na2O 14wt%、K2O 0.03wt%、CaO 9wt%、およびMgO 4wt%を含み、2.0mmの厚さを有するソーダ石灰ガラスを2枚、および0.34mm厚さのPVBフィルムを接合フィルムとして準備した。前記ソーダ石灰ガラスの弾性係数は72GPa、ビッカース硬度は5.6GPa、破壊靭性は0.85MPa・m1/2である。2枚の前記ソーダ石灰ガラスの間に接合フィルムを置いておき、80℃、300torrの圧力条件で加圧して圧着した。圧着された前記ソーダ石灰ガラスをオートクレーブで130℃、11.76barの条件で処理して接合ガラスを製造した。
比較例2においては、2.1mmの厚さを有するソーダ石灰ガラスを2枚準備したことを除いては、比較例1と同様の方法により接合ガラスを製造した。
前記実施例1、実施例2および比較例1、比較例2で製造された接合ガラスに対する落球衝撃試験を下記のとおりに行った。
前記実施例2および比較例2で製造された接合ガラスに対する高速移動物体の衝撃試験を下記のとおりに行った。

Claims (14)
- ソーダ石灰ガラス、および
前記ソーダ石灰ガラスの一面上に接合される非強化無アルカリガラスを含み、
前記ソーダ石灰ガラスの厚さは前記非強化無アルカリガラスの厚さより大きく、前記非強化無アルカリガラスの弾性係数は前記ソーダ石灰ガラスの弾性係数より大きい、接合ガラス。 - 前記ソーダ石灰ガラスと前記非強化無アルカリガラスの厚さ比は1:0.1〜1:0.5である、請求項1に記載の接合ガラス。
- 前記非強化無アルカリガラスの厚さは0.3mm以上1.0mm以下である、請求項1または2に記載の接合ガラス。
- 前記ソーダ石灰ガラスと前記非強化無アルカリガラスの弾性係数比は1:1.04〜1:1.17である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の接合ガラス。
- 前記非強化無アルカリガラスの弾性係数は70GPa以上90GPa以下である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の接合ガラス。
- 前記ソーダ石灰ガラスと前記非強化無アルカリガラスのビッカース硬度比は1:1.15〜1:1.27である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の接合ガラス。
- 前記非強化無アルカリガラスは、接合フィルムまたは接着剤によって前記ソーダ石灰ガラスの一面上に接合される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の接合ガラス。
- 前記接合ガラスは、前記非強化無アルカリガラスと前記ソーダ石灰ガラスが整合した状態で曲面をなして曲がった曲面接合ガラスである、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の接合ガラス。
- ソーダ石灰ガラスを準備するステップ、
非強化無アルカリガラスを準備するステップ、および
前記ソーダ石灰ガラスの一面上に前記非強化無アルカリガラスを接合するステップを含み、
前記ソーダ石灰ガラスの厚さは前記非強化無アルカリガラスの厚さより大きく、前記非強化無アルカリガラスの弾性係数は前記ソーダ石灰ガラスの弾性係数より大きい、接合ガラスの製造方法。 - 前記接合するステップは80℃以上140℃以下の温度で行われる、請求項9に記載の接合ガラスの製造方法。
- 前記接合するステップは、前記非強化無アルカリガラスを接合フィルムまたは接着剤を用いて前記ソーダ石灰ガラスに接合する、請求項9または10に記載の接合ガラスの製造方法。
- 前記ソーダ石灰ガラスまたは前記非強化無アルカリガラスを曲面に加工するステップをさらに含む、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の接合ガラスの製造方法。
- 前記ソーダ石灰ガラスは、500℃以上700℃以下の温度で曲面に加工される、請求項12に記載の接合ガラスの製造方法。
- 前記非強化無アルカリガラスは、700℃以上900℃以下の温度で曲面に加工される、請求項12に記載の接合ガラスの製造方法。
