Description

Claims (12)
- 一体的な材料により形成され、中央部及び前記中央部を少なくとも部分的に囲む周辺部を備える膝蓋骨板体を備え、前記中央部は、その中に複数の板部材取り付け穴を含み、前記周辺部は、複数のタブを備え、各タブが接続部を介して前記中央部に対して連結され、各タブが前記膝蓋骨板体から選択的に取り外し可能であり、前記膝蓋骨板体は、膝蓋骨に適合するように、少なくとも水平及び垂直方向に大きさが定められており、
前記中央部は、五角形状を有し、
前記複数の板部材取り付け穴は、前記五角形状の複数の頂点に対応する位置に設けられる、板部材。 - 1つの板部材取り付け穴または1つのタブ取り付け穴は、約2.0mmから約3.0mmの直径を有するネジを受容する、請求項1に記載の板部材。
- 前記板体は、少なくとも6つの取り付け穴を含む、請求項1または2に記載の板部材。
- 前記板体は、少なくとも8つの取り付け穴を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の板部材。
- 前記一体的な材料は、チタンまたはチタン合金を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の板部材。
- 前記膝蓋骨板体は、約3.0mmの厚さ未満である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の板部材。
- 前記膝蓋骨板体は、約2.0mmの厚さ未満である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の板部材。
- 前記膝蓋骨板体は、約1.6mmの厚さ未満である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の板部材。
- 前記板部材取り付け穴の各々は、それぞれの1つの前記板部材取り付け穴を通して挿入される固定素子に先立って、初めに前記膝蓋骨板体を前記膝蓋骨に対して固定するのに役立つガイド挿入部をさらに備える、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の板部材。
- 前記ガイド挿入部は、それぞれの1つの前記板部材取り付け穴を通して前記固定素子を挿入する前に取り外し可能である、請求項9に記載の板部材。
- 前記固定素子は、係止ネジまたは非係止ネジである、請求項9または10に記載の板部材。
- 前記接続部は、前記膝蓋骨板体の板厚の約80パーセント未満の厚みであり、各タブがその中に配置されたタブ取り付け穴を含む、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の板部材。
