Claims (15)
- 患者に補助酸素を提供するためのシステムで使用するためのカプノグラフィシステムであって、
前記患者に対する物理インターフェースからサンプルガス流を得ることと、
サンプリング時間間隔中に、前記サンプルガス流に沿ったサンプルガス差圧及び/又はサンプルガス流量の、前記患者の各呼吸周期にわたる変化を判定することと、
前記変化、又は前記サンプルガス流量の変化と前記サンプルガス差圧の変化との間の比が、対応する閾値以上であるかどうかを判定することと、

- 前記コントローラは、補助酸素が提供されておらず、1つ又は複数の患者状態が、補助酸素が推奨されることを示すと判定された場合、補助酸素が推奨されることを示す第1のメッセージをレンダリングし、補助酸素が提供されており、前記1つ又は複数の患者状態が、補助酸素が推奨されないことを示すと判定された場合、補助酸素が推奨されないことを示す第2のメッセージをレンダリングする、請求項1に記載のカプノグラフィシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記コントローラが前記第1のメッセージ及び前記第2のメッセージのうちの少なくとも一方をレンダリングする場合、警報メッセージである第3のメッセージをレンダリングする、請求項3に記載のカプノグラフィシステム。
- 前記カプノグラフィシステムは、前記コントローラに結合されたレンダリング部を含み、前記コントローラは、前記レンダリング部を使用してメッセージをレンダリングする、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のカプノグラフィシステム。
- 前記カプノグラフィシステムは、前記物理インターフェースに流体的に結合された流量制限器を含み、前記コントローラは、前記流量制限器間の差圧から、前記流量制限器を通る前記サンプルガス流量を取得する、請求項1に記載のカプノグラフィシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記サンプルガス流量の変化と前記サンプルガス差圧の変化との間の前記比を判定する、請求項1に記載のカプノグラフィシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記サンプルガス流内の二酸化炭素ガスの濃度及び分圧のうちの少なくとも一方を判定し、レンダリングする、請求項1に記載のカプノグラフィシステム。
- ユーザによる吸入のために、補助酸素を含む換気ガスを前記物理インターフェースに提供する空気圧システムを含む、請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載のカプノグラフィシステム。
- 前記コントローラは、前記サンプリング時間間隔中に、前記サンプルガス流に沿った前記サンプルガス差圧及び/又は前記サンプルガス流量のグラフをレンダリングする、請求項5に記載のカプノグラフィシステム。
- 患者に補助酸素を提供するためのシステムによって実行されるカプノグラフィの方法であって、
前記患者に対する物理インターフェースからサンプルガス流を得るステップと、
サンプリング時間間隔中に、前記サンプルガス流に沿ったサンプルガス差圧及び/又はサンプルガス流量の、前記患者の各呼吸周期にわたる変化を判定するステップと、
前記変化、又は前記サンプルガス流量の変化と前記サンプルガス差圧の変化との間の比が、対応する閾値以上であるかどうかを判定するステップと、
前記変化、又は前記比が前記閾値以上であると判定された場合、前記患者に補助酸素が提供されていると判定し、そうでない場合、補助酸素が提供されていないと判定するステップと、
補助酸素が提供されているかどうかの前記判定の結果をレンダリングするステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記患者に補助酸素が提供されていると判定したかどうかを示すメッセージをレンダリングするステップを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 1つ又は複数の前記患者の状態が、補助酸素が推奨されることを示すかどうかを判定するステップと、
補助酸素が提供されておらず、前記1つ又は複数の患者の状態が、補助酸素が推奨されることを示すと判定された場合、補助酸素が推奨されることを示す第1のメッセージをレンダリングするステップと、
補助酸素が提供されており、前記1つ又は複数の患者の状態が、補助酸素が推奨されないことを示すと判定された場合、補助酸素が推奨されないことを示す第2のメッセージをレンダリングするステップと
を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のメッセージ及び前記第2のメッセージのうちの少なくとも一方をレンダリングする場合、警報メッセージである第3のメッセージをレンダリングするステップを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記サンプルガス流量の変化と前記サンプルガス差圧の変化との間の前記比を判定するステップを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
