Claims (2)
- 環状に形成されて内周側に内歯を有する内歯歯車と、外周側に前記内歯と噛合可能な外歯を有して前記内歯歯車の内周側に配設される第1外歯歯車および第2外歯歯車と、前記内歯歯車、前記第1外歯歯車および前記第2外歯歯車を回転自在に保持するハウジングとを備え、前記ハウジング内において前記内歯歯車の内周側と前記第1外歯歯車および前記第2外歯歯車の外周側とに囲まれてポンプ室が画成されてなる歯車ポンプであって、
前記ハウジングは、前記第1外歯歯車と前記第2外歯歯車との間に介在されて前記ポンプ室を前記第1外歯歯車側に配置される第1ポンプ室と前記第2外歯歯車側に配置される第2ポンプ室とに分割する仕切部を有し、
前記第1ポンプ室は、前記内歯歯車および前記外歯歯車の回転に応じて流体が吸入される第1吸入空間と流体が吐出される第1吐出空間とを有し、
前記第2ポンプ室は、前記内歯歯車および前記外歯歯車の回転に応じて流体が吸入される第2吸入空間と流体が吐出される第2吐出空間とを有し、
前記第1吸入空間と前記第2吸入空間とが前記内歯歯車の回転中心に対して対称に配置されるとともに、前記第1吐出空間と前記第2吐出空間とが前記内歯歯車の回転中心に対して対称に配置され、
前記ハウジングは、前記ポンプ室を有するポンプケースと、前記ポンプケースに取り付けられて前記ポンプ室を覆うポンプカバーとを備え、
前記ポンプカバーは、一端側カバー部と、中間カバー部と、他端側カバー部とを備え、
前記一端側カバー部は、吸入口と、吐出口とを有し、
前記他端側カバー部は、前記第1吸入空間に連通する第1吸入孔と、前記第2吸入空間に連通する第2吸入孔と、前記第1吐出空間に連通する第1吐出孔と、前記第2吐出空間に連通する第2吐出孔とを有し、
前記中間カバー部は、前記吸入口と前記第1吸入孔および前記第2吸入孔とを連通させる吸入通路と、前記吐出口と前記第1吐出孔および前記第2吐出孔とを連通させる吐出通路とを有し、
前記吸入口から吸入した流体を、前記吸入通路により分岐させて、前記第1吸入孔および前記第2吸入孔から前記第1吸入空間および前記第2吸入空間にそれぞれ導入し、
前記第1吐出空間および前記第2吐出空間から前記第1吐出孔および前記第2吐出孔にそれぞれ移送された流体を、前記吐出通路により合流させて、前記吐出口から吐出するように構成したことを特徴とする歯車ポンプ。 - 前記仕切部は、前記第1外歯歯車の外歯に摺接する第1周面と、前記第2外歯歯車の外歯に摺接する第2周面と、前記内歯歯車の内歯に摺接する一対の第3周面とを有し、
前記第1吸入空間内の流体は、前記内歯歯車と前記外歯歯車との回転に伴って、前記第1外歯歯車の歯溝と前記第1周面との間に充填されて前記第1吐出空間へ移送されるとともに、前記内歯歯車の歯溝と一方の前記第3周面との間に充填されて前記第2吐出空間へ移送され、
前記第2吸入空間内の流体は、前記内歯歯車と前記外歯歯車との回転に伴って、前記第2外歯歯車の歯溝と前記第2周面との間に充填されて前記第2吐出空間へ移送されるとともに、前記内歯歯車の歯溝と他方の前記第3周面との間に充填されて前記第1吐出空間へ移送されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯車ポンプ。
