Description
カフに連通するチューブが接続される接続部と、
前記接続部に連通している通気路と、
前記通気路を通じた前記カフへの送気と、前記通気路を通じた排気の少なくとも一方を実行することにより、前記カフの内圧を上昇または低下させる加減圧部と、
前記加減圧部に前記排気を実行させつつ前記送気を開始させ、前記内圧を過渡状態から定常状態、または定常状態から過渡状態にする第一制御部と、
前記内圧が過渡状態を経て定常状態に遷移しているかを判定する判定部と、
前記判定部の判定に基づいて、前記加減圧部に前記送気を継続させつつ前記排気を抑制または停止させる第二制御部と、
を備えている。

ここで、Pはカフ20の内圧であり、P0は、定常状態におけるカフ20の内圧であり、Rは、通気路10とチューブ30を含む流路の抵抗である。所定値T1の具体例としては、500msec〜1000msecが挙げられる。
Claims (5)
- カフを用いて被検者の血圧を測定する血圧測定装置であって、
カフに連通するチューブが接続される接続部と、
前記接続部に連通している通気路と、
前記通気路を通じた前記カフへの送気と、前記通気路を通じた排気の少なくとも一方を実行することにより、前記カフの内圧を上昇または低下させる加減圧部と、
前記加減圧部に前記排気を実行させつつ前記送気を開始させ、前記内圧を過渡状態から定常状態、または定常状態から過渡状態にする第一制御部と、
前記内圧が過渡状態を経て定常状態に遷移しているかを判定する判定部と、
前記判定部の判定に基づいて、前記加減圧部に前記送気を継続させつつ前記排気を抑制または停止させる第二制御部と、
を備えている、
血圧測定装置。 - 前記送気の開始からの時間を計測する計時部を備えており、
前記判定部は、前記計時部により計測された前記時間に基づいて前記判定を行なう、
請求項1に記載の血圧測定装置。 - 前記内圧を検出する検出部を備えており、
前記判定部は、前記検出部により検出された前記内圧に基づいて前記判定を行なう、
請求項1または2に記載の血圧測定装置。 - 前記判定部は、前記検出部により検出された前記内圧が最初の過渡状態の開始から所定時間内に定常状態に遷移しているかを判定し、
前記第二制御部は、当該判定に基づいて、前記内圧が低下するように前記加減圧部の動作を制御する、
請求項3に記載の血圧測定装置。 - 前記定常状態における圧力は、30mmHg以下である、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の血圧測定装置。
