Description
圧縮空気供給部及び空気出口を備えたハウジング、
該ハウジング内に配置された多機能スライド部材であって、軸方向に移動可能で、かつ、該ハウジングによって囲まれている部材、
ピンを囲み、ハウジングの底部に対して多機能スライド部材を支持する渦巻ばねであって、ピンの領域のハウジング内に配置された渦巻ばね、及び
ハウジングから突き出た位置にピンを停止させることを可能にするロック手段
を有し、
該多機能スライド部材が、圧力容器に至る盲孔に接続された溝を有し、該溝は、多機能スライド部材の位置に応じて、休止位置では圧縮空気供給部のみに接続され、作動位置では圧縮空気供給部と空気出口とに接続され、通気位置では空気出口のみに接続されるものであり、
該多機能スライド部材が、盲孔とは反対側の端部で、開口部を介してハウジングから突き出ているピンに接続されており、該端部で、該ピンが手動操作によって圧力を軽減する手段を含む安全制御装置により達成することができる。

Claims (10)
- 液体媒体の塗布装置に用いる圧力容器用安全制御装置であって、安全弁、作動圧力の制御装置、圧力指示器及び圧力除去装置、並びに、当該装置を圧力容器に接続する手段を含む装置において、
圧縮空気供給部(2)及び空気出口(3)を備えたハウジング(1)、
該ハウジング(1)内に配置された多機能スライド部材であって、軸方向に移動可能で、かつ、該ハウジングによって囲まれている部材(4)、
ピン(7)を囲み、前記ハウジング(1)の底部(10)に対して前記多機能スライド部材(4)を支持する渦巻ばねであって、前記ピン(7)の領域の前記ハウジング(1)内に配置されたばね(9)、及び
前記ハウジング(1)から突き出た位置に前記ピン(7)を停止させることを可能にするロック手段(11)、
を有し、
前記多機能スライド部材(4)が、前記圧力容器に至る盲孔(6)に接続された溝(5)を有し、該溝は、前記多機能スライド部材(4)の位置に応じて、休止位置では前記圧縮空気供給部(2)のみに接続され、作動位置では前記圧縮空気供給部(2)と前記空気出口(3)とに接続され、通気位置では前記空気出口(3)のみに接続されるものであり、
前記多機能スライド部材(4)が、前記盲孔(6)とは反対側の端部で、開口部を介して前記ハウジング(1)から突き出ている前記ピン(7)に接続されており、該端部で、前記ピン(7)が手動操作によって圧力を緩和する手段(8)を有し、該手動操作によって圧力を緩和する手段(8)を前記ばね(9)の圧力に抗して動かして前記多機能スライド部材(4)を前記通気位置に移動させることができることを特徴とする安全制御装置。
- 手動操作によって圧力を緩和する前記手段(8)が、レバー、プレート又はリングとして構成したものである請求項1に記載の安全制御装置。
- 圧力を緩和する前記手段(8)が、前記圧縮空気供給部(2)内に別個の構成要素(21)として形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の安全制御装置。
- 前記別個の構成要素(21)が、キャリッジ(19)に接続されている請求項3に記載の安全制御装置。
- 前記キャリッジ(19)が、L字形に形成されており、前記ロック手段(11)によって停止することができるものである請求項4に記載の安全制御装置。
- 前記渦巻ばね(9)が、ばね定数が異なる2つのばねによって構成されており、ばね定数が高い方のばねが、ばね定数が低い方のばねよりも短いものである請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の安全制御装置。
- 前記ロック手段(11)が、留め具として形成されたものである請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の安全制御装置。
- 前記ロック手段(11)が、差し込み固定具として形成されている請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の安全制御装置。
- 前記ハウジングが、圧力嵌合、形状嵌合又は材料結合の方法で、前記圧力容器(12)に接続されている請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の安全制御装置。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の安全制御装置を有する圧力容器であって、前記安全制御装置が、該圧力容器(12)の底部(13)内に配置され、該圧力容器に気密な態様で接続されていることを特徴とする圧力容器。
