Description
Claims (9)
- 少なくとも2つの金属被覆層と、この金属被覆層の間に配置された少なくとも1つのプラスチック層を具えるサンドイッチ複合材料を製造する方法であって、
片側にプラスチックが被覆されている少なくとも2つの金属半製品が提供されており、
前記金属半製品の少なくとも1つのプラスチックが被覆されている側を接続作業前に活性化して、前記半製品のプラスチック層の間が接続され、
前記半製品を前記半製品のプラスチックが被覆されている側で互いに接続して、サンドイッチ複合材料を成形する方法において、
前記半製品が、ポリアミド、ポリエチレン、又は、ポリアミド及びポリエチレンの混合物から成る少なくとも1つのプラスチック層に接続されており、
前記半製品のプラスチック層の活性化を、前記半製品のプラスチックが被覆されている側から直接的に行い、
当該活性化を、少なくとも1つの半製品の前記プラスチックの表面を融点又はガラス転移温度を下回る温度で加熱することによって行うことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記金属被覆層の方向に負となる温度勾配を前記プラスチック層の中に発生させることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の方法において、前記加熱を、レーザー、LED、マイクロ波放射、又は赤外線源によって放射方式で行うことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、少なくとも1つのプラスチック層で被覆した2つの帯状の半製品をそれぞれ1つのコイルから巻き戻して、前記半製品の少なくとも1つのプラスチック層の活性化後、連続的に、前記2つの半製品を前記プラスチック層で互いに接続することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、鋼から成り、厚さ0.1mm乃至0.5mmの金属被覆層を有する半製品を接続することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記接続作業前に0.1乃至0.8mmの厚さであったプラスチック層を有する半製品を接続することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記金属被覆層と前記プラスチック層の間に少なくとも1つの接着促進層を有する半製品を接続することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記半製品の接続がローラー装置を用いて行われ、少なくとも1対のローラーが、当該ローラー対がロールギャップを提供するように配置されており、その中で前記帯状の半製品が互いに接続されていることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の方法において、前記半製品の接続に、ツインベルトプレスを用いることを特徴とする方法。
