Description
[0001] The present invention relates to an apparatus for decomposing an article that comprises a substrate or an article comprising the substrate by causing a pulsed power discharge in a liquid.
In order to recycle used home appliances etc., various operations are required. In disassembling, since it is necessary to disassemble individually various kinds of screwed parts or soldering parts etc., automation is difficult, and manual dismantling by workers is the mainstream. Although manual dismantling ensures flexibility of the work, the working efficiency is low, and a method of automatically and efficiently dismantling a wide variety of used home appliances is required.

FIG. 11 is a view showing the configuration of a conventional article disassembling apparatus shown in
However, when proceeding with the continuous discharge, the weight of the bar-
Therefore, the object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems, and by concentrating the discharge path of the pulse discharge in one place, it is prevented that only a part of the article is locally decomposed, and a certain number of times. It is an object of the present invention to provide an apparatus for decomposing articles which is capable of decomposing the entire article to a desired particle size by the discharge of

As described above, according to the above aspect of the present invention, the discharge path of the pulse discharge is concentrated at one place when, for example, the housing disassembles the article made of the insulating material by the discharge in the liquid. Only a portion of the particles can be degraded locally, and the entire article can be degraded to the desired particle size with a fixed number of discharges.
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
An apparatus for decomposing an article according to an embodiment of the present invention generates a pulse discharge between electrodes placed in a liquid and performs decomposition of the article using the electric discharge or a shock wave induced by the electric discharge. is there.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an aspect of the disassembling apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
The
Although the
The
The
The scattering prevention means 4 is disposed so as to surround the disassembly areas above the upper surfaces of the
In FIG. 1, the
The
Therefore, when the
Second Embodiment
The apparatus for disassembling an article according to the second embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 2 is the apparatus shown in FIG. 1 in which the end portions of the
In FIG. 2, since the end portions of the
FIG. 3 shows the combination of the end portions of each of the
Further, in FIG. 2, one
Next, the relationship between the distance between the electrodes and the crushing force will be described.
About the plastic case (sample 1) which imitated a small household appliance, the decomposition process test was done using the decomposition apparatus of the articles | goods shown in FIG.
The production conditions of
The
The article was disassembled in the apparatus shown in FIG. 2 with a discharge voltage of 150 kV and a pulse frequency of 1 Hz. The electrodes of the
The evaluation of the decomposition test using the
The
From the above, in the decomposition of the small household appliance, under the condition of the applied voltage of 150 kV, the case can be disassembled when the total distance between the electrodes is 10 mm or more and 100 mm or less. It turned out that you can Since the breakdown distance and the applied voltage are generally in direct proportion, the total of the inter-electrode distance should be determined in accordance with the applied voltage.
The distance between the electrodes is preferably 5 mm or more under the
Third Embodiment
The apparatus for decomposing an article according to
In FIG. 5, the V-shaped electrodes (

The
In FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the forward and reverse rotations are performed around the other end so that one end comes in contact with and separates from the
Fifth Embodiment
The apparatus for decomposing an article according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 8 differs from the apparatus shown in FIG. 1 in the configuration as follows. That is, first, one of the
The
In FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, as an example, the
FIG. 9 is a view showing the structures of the
In the disassembling apparatus of FIG. 8, even if most of the surface of the
Sixth Embodiment
The apparatus for decomposing an
In the case of a digital camera in which most of the surface of the

Further, a combination of the embodiments or a combination of the embodiments or a combination of the embodiments and the embodiments is possible, and a combination of the features in different embodiments or the embodiments is also possible.
The apparatus for decomposing an article according to the aspect of the present invention can generate creeping discharges in which current flows on the surface of the article in various current paths, in the case of an article whose housing is made of an insulating material such as plastic. Since it is possible to effectively generate the insulation breakdown of the liquid that is important for the decomposition, it can be applied to the decomposition of small information home appliances such as mobile phones or game machines for the purpose of recycling.
